The hotel location is good.

They have taken $400 as a security deposit for two bookings which they are supposed to return at the time of my checkout. However, to date, they haven't returned the amount.

We liked the location and the parking which was pretty empty through our stay. Breakfast was also pretty varied, the food was amazing and the elevator has a sign warning you about rush hours (9am-10am on weekends) as the tables are scarse. The beds were great quality and cleanliness was amazing. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something.

Room was not big enough for 4 people, we were pretty uncomfortable through our stay with only one suitcase each so be sure to check the measurements given on the info of the room when booking if you care about that. The hotel also looks/feels old and our room had liquid/humidity stains in the walls apart from having only one tiny ceiling light in the whole room, located at the door, so it didn't help much. Apart from that everything was maneagable.

Clean. Comfortable Friendly staff

Could have provided water bottles to customers like Holiday inn express in New york but they didn't. The corridor was bit noisy late at night.

Everything was great! Room was clean, breakfast was very good and the location was not bad and we walked everywhere!

The price that I booked changed when I got there. I showed my email and they eventually did change it, but then we had a ton of taxes attached which I still don't understand why I was charged 4 HST taxes and when asked I was not provided with a good enough answer.

The location was fabulous. Breakfast was very good, and everything was kept very clean. Outstanding place to stay.

The fitness centre is very small and I was only able to use it once because three or more people was too many.

Location was great for our needs Manager took good care to contact me to refund me the deposit that was not returned by an employee working

1. Not having cash deposit - I had lost my wallet days before arriving. 2. The customer service rep didn't check me out properly - I was ready with my debit card out and she said I could go

Location, value for money, staff, size of the room. Everything is exactly what I needed for this trip.

I was hoping the hotel would offer breakfast but it no longer does. While I don't mind going out for breakfast, it would be preferable to have it at the hotel.

Every thing except for having construction happening at the front entrance and having to haul luggage over make shift ramp. I could handle this but some older individuals could have issues.

Breakfast was good, staff were very polite. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Had a robot that could delivery chips to the room - which the kids still talk about a month later

Very pricey for a standard hotel, there were numerous additional fees on top of the baseline price making it even more expensive than initially anticipated. This was well communicated in advance but still hundreds of dollars in additional fees were tough to swallow.

The location was great and easy to get taxis from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing especially the pancake machine. There is coffee in the lobby which is nice to stop by when coming back in. The staff are very nice and approachable. There is a Metro supermarket within walking distance too. I really did like it a lot.

It's a bit pricey but I think that is standard for Toronto.

The hotel location was convenient and in walking distance of the CN Tower. Breakfast was good but being English would like to have had baked beans and mushrooms more readily available.

Improvement work outside the hotel but appreciate it was necessary.

Good location, staff very helpful, room large, great view from 16th floor, bed very comfortable. Shower great with good towels and Toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Free coffee in reception 24 hours. Small tuck shop in lobby.

Unpleasant smell on entering room, was offered two alternative rooms, which also had the same smell so decided to stay in original room as better view, was left a room spray and we kept windows open which seemed to solve problem. Not sure if it was coming from carpet or air conditioning ventilation.
