Unbelievable hotel! This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The rooms are so clean, beautiful and what a view! Easy access to many restaurants and sightseeing is right at your fingertips! All though it was for one night we made the most of our short time! The restaurant was excellent! Jazz band playing, oyster bar, and amazing service !

The room was quiet, large and well equipped. The beds were particularly comfortable and room service was efficient.
The breakfast options for hotel guests were a little confusing. It was not obvious before ordering that the breakfast, especially cooked elements would be brought to us in the lobby. In the end the food was good and well presented and we would have used the breakfast option more if we had realised how the system works. Looking at the cafe initially it was a bit off-putting for a 4 star quality hotel.

Excellent location. Very attractive lobby. FRONT DESK staff were great - but, as later noted, housekeeping staff really didn't do their job. Bed was comfortable.
The room would have been much more spacious without the kitchen (which was of no interest to us). More significantly, however, was the absence of amenities we have become accustomed to when staying at reasonably nice hotels: there were no water bottles in the fridge, no extra blankets, no housecoats (apparently, we could have asked for all of these - but that is reactive, not proactive!). Worse was the fact that housekeeping hadn't bothered to advise that the clock was an hour off, or that the safe wasn't working (it needed fresh batteries - once they were installed, the safe lit up to show it was active again).

A lot of things were close by. Walking distance to Eaton centre, trainstation , the bank , supermarket Metro.
Guestservice was helpful if we needed anything aspecially our first morning getting organized.
I wasn't able to use the fitness, sauna and spa. That would have been awsome.
They have to recommend it at check in. Then you can plan it into your schedule.
Bit of an awkward setup of the rooms. But in total we had a comfortable stay.

It's conveniently located outside of the subway station and close to streetcar stops. The staff is friendly and helpful - really like the ability to text the concierge. Also, the building is absolutely stunning.
The suite was spacious and had great views. The kitchenette came equipped with things needed.
There wasn't enough lighting in the living / kitchenette area. I think another table light next to the sofa would be better.

This hotel is on my top 10 hotels list. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. It's in a great location. The staff were 5 star. Any help I needed, they were there with a smile. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had all the amenities and more. The room design in the tower was not your contemporary rectangle set up. It was open and felt more like home, with multiple views of the city.
There wasn't really anything to point out negative. Toronto is a pricey city to visit. I can't complain about the high price of hotels, as this was the more affordable hotel downtown.

Location, location, location. Heart of downtown within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, attractions,. Subway and cable car right outside the door. Access to underground Toronto inside the lobby. Staff was very helpful. Though we never used the hotel bar, restaurant or coffee shop, they looked very nice and we're always crowded so I assume they were good.
The room was average at best. I was expecting much more for the price we paid. Acceptable, but it was like a good budget hotel back home.
