I likeOh and I like the fact that my room is huge

I had A two bedroom suite The second row was not liveable it smelled of cat urine I kept my clothes in there and when I went to go change my all my clothes smells of cat urine I had to wash my whole wardrobe and told his staff and they did nothing didn't even offer to pay for my washing I had to spend the day washing all of my clothes in the oven in the suite and did not work and only two of the elements worth every juice jug a bowl ice tray had cracks in it and we're not useable also inform the staff and they did nothing about it I was there for an entire week it's they didn't come in and clean the room or even offered to clean the room didn't give me fresh Twells I went one time to go get a change of towels and instead of greeting me politely they grimace at me and looked over my towels right in front of me as if I did something wrong to them and then at that point counter the towels and said I was missing one which I wasn't I had all the towels plus the bathmat and I requested a whole set again I never saw them again but there was an altercation between myself and my now ex-boyfriend sure the manager witnessed him yelling and walked away and did nothing about it never asked me about it and that evening my ex-boyfriend decided to jump through the living room window since it's not latched and can't be him and proceeded to rob me me steal from me and if he was probably spoken with and removed from property and inform not to come back as I did to him maybe that wouldn't have happened and the fact that I was sleeping the whole time scares me could've done far worse and in the mornings starting at around 530 in the morning the housekeeping staff I think it was in probably more around six housekeeping staff would talk full voice outside the house is right in front of the open windows not giving any respect to the people that are either still sleeping or 10 sleep in there is no conscious decision to respect people's...

Staff charged me again for my room (I had already paid in full via booking.com). When I asked for a refund the staff kept telling me booking.com had not taken the payment and I needed to contact them to sort the issue. I then showed the staff the receipt from booking.com and she finally worked out they were at fault. Toilet wasnโ€™t working, towels had stains and strands of hair on them, no tea towel in kitchen, lighting in lounge wasnโ€™t great, no aircon.

My brother and I had come over on the Ferry from Naniamo. We needed a motel for the night. This is where the taxi dropped us off. We didn't have any choice as we are from Nova Scotia, don't know the city, extremely exhausted; so we took the place. It was passable for cleanliness.

It was a very hot night. There was no air conditioner in the room. It did have a ceiling fan, that helped somewhat.

Room was clean (stains on the carpet) It is an old motel so donโ€™t expect a 4 star when staying at a 3 starโ€ฆ expect clean bed, clean washroom and showerโ€ฆ. Convenient location for bus travelโ€ฆ 3 blocks from sky train and Kingsway is a major street so plenty of busesโ€ฆ we will stay here again.

Although sorta charming, the general condition of the motel is run down and dumpy, and itโ€™s quite expensive given the conditions. Rooms, beds, and towels were clean but lots of peeling paint, doors that wonโ€™t close properly, thin walls, etc

The place was horrendous there were holes in the wall the whole place smelled like mold and the room was completely dirty you could literally see the grime on the walls and they were multiple colors due to dirt and whatever else was on them and in the corners absolutely. Reasonable location for my visit. The beds were comfortable. I can say nothing more on a positive note.

Where do I start? Ignorant staff. No air con, no fridge, no shaving socket, no glasses in the room, no kettle, no fan in the bathroom. No ice bucket - I asked for ice and was handed a paper cup with 6 cubes. Ceiling light controlled by a pull cord from the light unit and not the wall - how would a disabled person work that? One bedroom window impossible to close - it had a door chain attached to the top of the frame. One bedroom window would close but the frame was broken. Neighbouring cabins appeared to have permanent residents who seemed to be one step up from homeless, one seen to be smoking crack. I could write a book about why no one should pay to stay at 2400 Motel. This is a 40s motel that should have been demolished in the 50s!

The rooms are basic but fine, as is the location.

I left a $200 damage deposit which is normal. However, on checkout I mentioned that I spilled a few drops of soy sauce on the sheets and that it will wash out. The clerk said soy sauce doesn't wash out (ridiculous) and that they had to charge me $152.75 (!!!) for the damage, Therefore, the actual total charge for a basic room was over $400 and therefore a MASSIVE RIPOFF, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

The room was great. We loved that it was an older hotel. Definitely loved to see what was filmed there. The bed was comfy! Checking in and checking out was easy.

The cleanliness. There was some garbage in the drawers and there was a white bra left by the bed. I used to work in hospitality and we were fairly strict of keeping it in clean.

The exterior was cute. Had good tv channels.

The carpet was very dirty looking. I didn't want to walk on it. The chair also, I didn't sit in it or put anything on it. The furniture is pretty old/outdated. The closet door handle fell out when I opened it. The shower had barely any hot water and was too low for me. I am 5"8... There was a dirty rag in the window...and the light didn't have a bulb. The property must have some updated units. I didn't get one of them. This was the cheapest place I could find in august in Vancouver. It's got a bit of a schitts creek vibe to it. From season 1 not 6... Hope they can update the rooms soon and stay affordable. But I would burn the carpet for sure...

The rooms need updating as of 20 years ago. It was hot during our visit and they have zero ac or fans. Bathroom tile was all broken up and misplaced. We just needed somewhere to sleep, but it was uncomfortable with no ac. If there's a next time I'll pay $60 more to stay at a Ramada or Travelodge.

This was one of the worst experiences in an accommodation! I knew it was not going to be a luxurious experience but still disappointed me. It is really different from pictures and itโ€™s not worth the price. The place is not cleaned properly, there were a lot of cigarettes and garbage right in the front of the room entrance, also there was a dead animal surrounded by a lot of flies GROSS! The room smell is awful, we understand is an old place but it has a musty smell and the carpet is all stained. The electric sockets did not work properlyโ€ฆ I wish I took more seriously the previous reviews.

the only redeeming feature I can give it is the bed was very comfortable.

I was firstly given room 140, the door had to kicked (hard to open) and on entry the light didn't work . I reported back to reception and the girl came and physically could not open the door again so agreed to change the roo. the second room was ok was clean and tidy and appeared newish however there were large stains on the carper. I stayed for 2 nights and was woken up both nights in the middle of the night by people outside my door talking/laughing loudly and smoking cannabis ( from the UK so this is not the norm) I then returned 1 night to see a rat running around the car park. I wish I could right a more positive review however o would simply be lying to say its something it's really really not.
