Easy to find, and the security at the hotel made me feel so secure to be alone in my room while my husband was at a hockey game.
Staff were so professional, friendly, and informative, and they made my husband and I like we were royalty. The next time I am in Vancouver I will be staying at Hampton Inn and Suites on Robson.
It is a personal preference not to have housekeeping in the room during my stay.

Really liked the gym view on the 16th floor and the Peloton bikes in the gym. Sadly, I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed the entire weekend that we were there so that was unexpected and unfortunate.

I made reservations and added an extra bed.front disk supervisor was extremely unprofessional. She told me extra bed meaning is crib for babies and I need to pay for it.i paid for parking ,extra bed. and very expensive, about $450.

Super convenient location, i love how we are just a stone's throw away from a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and literally beside BC Place. The skytrain was a good walk 10 min walk from the hotel and there are 2 lines nearby. The room layout was very intuitive and the beds were big and very comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety and the dishes, though simple, were filling and tasty. The amenities were very well kept, from the rooms, the restaurant and their gym. Would stay here again the next time I'm in Vancouver again.
The gym if possible could use a bit more equipment. The TV channels are quite limited - understand that guests rarely stay in the room, but it would be nice to watch some good movies at night after a long day of walking around, touring. If i may suggest as well an airport shuttle if possible for the guests.
