Impeccable property with amazing staff. We were upgraded to a suite just so we get into a room earlier. And then found complimentary wine and chocolates when we returned from the day.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Nothing that we liked.

There was only one glass for water. No hot kettle, the coffee maker wasn't working, slippers were kids size, couldn't use the hot tub after 11pm (there were no sign (s) anywhere the duration the hot tub was not accessible. Very bad communication. No one at the concierge desk. We will never ever go back to this hotel. Very bad experience.

The location is perfect. We were traveling with children and the staff was super friendly. The spaces in the room are really comfortable: spacy closet to open two large suitcases with no problem, and a very spacious bathroom make it a very convenient stay

Nothing!

the staff was beyond excellent

The room could not cool down enough. It was a bit too warm in my opinion for sleeping well. The staff did get us a lighter blanket and would still have preferred a cooler room. Also I did not know about pillow menu so that shod be advertised better in my opinion.

They are in the process of changing the towels to the Hyatt cheap towels. Shang uses 100% cotton

We booked a 4 night stay, then came back a week later and stayed another 4 nights. We enjoyed the gym, our suite was lovely and we found the staff to be exceptional.

The breakfast package at $39 was more expensive than the breakfast options on the menu. We also found the choices to be limited.

Nice luxury hotel.

Facilties and styling of the rooms a little old and stuffy. Maybe a legacy of the Shangri La. Would benefit from some modernisation.
