The room was big, the bed was comfortable, heating was working. Room was cleaned every day except on Monday. I had half-view of the city from my room on the 5th floor and window was looking to a quiet street. Wifi was strong. I think I was the only guest in the building due to off-season. :-)
There is water kettle and cups in the room but no coffee or tea, and also only liquid hand soap and no toiletries despite the photos of them here. :-(
There was 1 night when some people (looking like permanent residents or hotel staff?) was very loud in the room below mine but after I asked them around midnight they got quiet.

I like everything in the room! I didn't expect much before because i was only finding some place to stay at Karlovy Vary for 1 night, but turned out that everything was so good. They have almost every facilities you'd need. The location is also near the Lanovka Diana which is just only a few steps there to go up to look at the city, up on the tower on the mountain. Everything was so great. The staffs are also look nice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kitchen is well equipped. Large Fridge in the bathroom :) .
Breakfast was excellent. They serve plenty of choices for vegetarian also. Breads, salad, couscous, quinoa, veg cutlets, juices, fruits, muffins, coffee.. wao. Really love breakfast. Staff is also very helpful and smiling. a big cheers for staff in the morning :)

They changed our room without asking us. We dont like much our rooms and facilities.
Double bed and sofa bed is not comfortable at all. Sofa bed is not for 2 people. my wife and daughter slept on sofa bed but its was really difficult. We selected the rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds but we got the room with 1 sofa bed. That too small.
Bathroom is big but i dont like the windows area in bathroom. Anyone can see thru windwos from outside while showering or on toilet seat. We covered the windows with towels.
Parking area is not at hotel. its in some garage. they took 1000 kc as refund able deposit for parking which they didnt mentioned on booking site. we have to park our car for few minutes in paddle area. It was risky as we were afraid from Police. the lady give us the garage keys and shows us the way. Garage is next to Divadlo/theatre. Its dark brown wooden doors. Nothing is mentioned on garage doors. We aksed someone about garage. Parking is secure. Euro 12 per day. You can park the car in public parking with cheaper price.
Building and lift is old style.
Only 2 chairs in the room. No table.

The roomes are nicer ans cleaner than one might expect compared to for example the reception and elevator.
For one night it's overall okay.
We experienced rather unorganized routines for check-in during weekend and check-out in the morning as there's no personnel present at the reception. Can be a bit annoying when you're in a hurry to leave.
Additionally, the smell from the breakfast is surprisingly unpleasant and pungent, which also penetrates the door into the room.

The location is great, very close to the pedestrian zone of Karlovy Vary. The location is difficult to find by car (it is hidden behind a huge hotel) and we were driving in circles for about half an hour. When we gave up we called the property and the guy from the reception came and picked us up.
Walls are very thin - the guest next door turned on TV at 5 am in the morning and we couldnt sleep since. Do not expect too much, rooms would need some renovation, but overall the property is worth the money.

It’s a bit of the struggle with the reception as is no one there and it’s close most of the time. I was checking out at 6am and was no one to handle the keys so I was forced to leave them in the room. Try to contact them and no one pick the phones and no response to messages. However, value room for price.

Karlo Vary is a nice city
This was exactly the „ I dont want „ experience . After a long drive you just want to arrive BUT not with that hotel . Putting in the Satnav the adress it shows that you can the reach the hotel only walking or by car entering a residential area but you cannot as you are not able to to lower the moveable Traffic restriction barriers. I was totally lost and after several Phone calls back and forward I was still waiting for promissed pick up. Actually I never got to the hotel. Never again.

I liked that I had my own bathroom, and a hot water kettle to make tea.
I didn't feel safe here - the door to the street was left unlocked, and there was only one lock on the door to the room, so there was one lock that prevented anyone who wanted to from coming in. I was also promised a room with a view, but it was facing into an alley.

The hotel is conveniently located - not in the very center, but close to the springs and next to the funicular. The room is excellent, spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean linens. Towels, soap, and a mini shower gel for each guest are provided. There is also a kettle, tea, and sugar. A good, large TV is available. The receptionist is very friendly. Everything is very clean and tidy. An excellent option for a reasonable price. If we travel here again, we would definitely return.

Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean, located close to the main attractions. Got an awesome recommendation for the thermal pool from the reception.
The underground parking is at 5-6 minutes walking and I can't stress this enough, make sure you tell them to reserve you a parking place and confirm it. You can park close to the hotel alley for a few minutes to check-in, but otherwise there is no available parking nearby.

Simple but clean hotel. Good for a short stay/overnight if you're visiting Karlovy Vary for a city tip. Location is great.
Beds were good, room was very clean and bathroom was nice.
On both Booking.com and their own website it's stat that parking is available. Upon arriving, this was not the case. Parking is at a different location (a few min away) and availability is limited and, according to the staff, must be discussed before arrival - is information is nowhere to be found. We therefore were not able to park and had to arrange other parking at our own expense.
Breakfast was ok - very simple and basic. Would have appreciated a bit more options (especially bread).

Location is close to the main touristic area. Parking availability.
Access to the hotel is not easy. You have to access through an alley and the parking is about 3 blocks from the hotel. The closest you get with the car is a near hotel that allows you to park a few minutes if you are not during the Film Festival which is a caos and you have to park far away. The hotel has some stairs until you get the elevator and if you get the sixth floor you have to also go by the stairs from the fifth floor. Very heavy the noise of the elevator engine from the room. Bathroom smelled a little bad.

There is no reception 24h which means if you have a problem you have no one to call for; also extremely rude receptionist.
The lift is a safety hazard: it has no door. The room is outdated and there is no air conditioning. There is no parking close to the hotel so if you have luggage prepare to walk 10 minutes with your stuff.
Just good for one night stand or if there are no other options around.

Simple hotel, very clean rooms and funky vibe, which we liked. It feels old and that makes it nicer. Elevator is a bit rough but gives a vibe. I think it is balanced with the quality and price they asked. Receptionist and staff were very kind.
Communicating special breakfast needs was practically impossible. We were asked at check-in which needs we had. My vegan partner at best to avoid animal products, and asked for basics, such as fruit and veggies. They served eggs, meat and milk product everyday - lol. Kitchen staff is not fluent in English/German so we could not really find a solution. We had to buy something extra but it all went ok at end. Besides the language barrier they were friendly and tried their best to understand
