The location was not bad and the employees were nice. I gave 2 just because of stuff was helpfull.
We came to Prague to spend New Year's Eve, we paid 3-4 times the normal price just for this reason, it is a mediocre business. Our room was dirty, the insulation was very bad, everything could be heard. The building is old and needs maintenance. They ripped everyone off with the excuse of New Year's Eve, I didn't like it at all.

We had a relatively big room for the three of us and our dog was accepted as well.
Unfortunately the room had a sewage smell in it. The staff was listening to music via earphones, while talking to us. All in all the hotel did not really satisfy our expectations.

Room was stunning and bed were sooo comfortable, was so cheap by taxi from this location into the Prague city centre. Offered water, ice and cups for in room. No kettle but coffee shop round the corner for cheap price. Tv were also in our room which was helpful.

I liked the booking.com presentation. I did like the ground floor with the reception design. And the quality and size of the mattress. I did learn that as a Prague resident, I am not required to pay the city tax. That was nice.
Every single other thing I hated. This is easily the worst stay I had. Ever. Anywhere in the world. Period.
The room was a scam, literally just a closet in the wall. with a bed. Toilet and bathroom were out in the hallway. This was a very bad dorm setup disguised and priced as a hotel. The room was old, hastily put together, with a bed and not much space for anything else. My open suitcase barely fit between the bed and the wall.
The bathroom was horrible, with the shower hose leaking so much water on all sides that taking a shower was next to impossible. instead of a proper towel, I got two smaller rugs.
I tried to negotiate a better room to no avail. Admittedly it was late and the poor receptionist simply didn't have anything else available. I did notice that the hotel was dotted with Ukrainian memorabilia. I could assume the identity of the owners and I would really advise to check the standard and minimum quality of accommodation that Europeans are used to. Also, I would advise to check the regulations on deceptive marketing. I think even booking.com should be ashamed for even hosting such a deceptive hotel advertisement pretending to be almost a boutique hotel by the design. They even demanded a 500czk damage deposit. Makes me wonder what kind of clientele do they usually host there. Unheard of in any other hotel. Ever!
Overall, I would advise anyone mindful of their comfort and dignity to avoid this establishment and I would advise booking.com to reconsider the listing of this so called 'hotel'.
This was such as humiliating and insulting experience that is hard to describe.

- The staff were not polite, did not communicate well, which was odd. Many one wird reactions and they were not faking hospitality at least
- There is a room were they store all the stuff you have, in case you want to take them later, bnot dafe at all, basically gave us the keys and asked us to take ours, meaning that we could take anybodyโs property. NO SAFETY REGARDING YOUR VALUABLES
- there was an alive bug in pur bed, rhey changed our room after complaining about it though
- the shower is warm but not hot at all

I thought the towels and bedding were a bit old and the pillow could definetly do with replacing but again they were all clean. I had no other issues and would stay again

The room firstly given was at the top floor was toohot, AC was not functioning ,otherwise, also as temperature are rising all over europe i think you guys should get rooms fitted with fans atleast.Bathroom was also stinky.when they relocated to ither room it was better but again no fan or AC in the room.So, i suggest hotel authorities should look into this matter.

Room was not what I paid for. No proper beds. mattresses almost on floor supported on piece of wood. photos of room shown on booking.com were not anything like the room. Tv not working. no wardrobes in room. I advise travellers to stay clear of this hotel or should I say hostel.

My room was on the top floor and the walls were thin so when other guests came back at 2am making lots of noise it was like they were in my room so loud the wall kept no noise out I was woken up and couldn't get back to sleep for a hour due to the noise,
