- Vinohrady is great location full of trees, cute bars, beer houses and bistros

- room next to reception, next to coffee machine, on the ground floor, where the only privacy were shades on the windows, otherwise, not everybody would just hear you but also see you
- receptionist was a bit unpolite, we had check-in at 2 PM, we arrive at 2 PM and she told me that the room must be cleaned yet. I told her that we should have check in at 2, and her answer was - well, let's hope we will survive it, it's 2:02.

It was clean and close to a tram station so you could make your way into the city without bigger issues.
Reception staff was sometimes slightly rude and slightly unhelpful. We had quite loud neighbours during the night and informed the receptionist about this, however nothing was done to solve this. I understand this might be an awkward situation for them to solve but I mean… people need to be able to sleep. Lady who checked us out of the hotel was the sweetest though.

Everything was very smooth and the facilities were amazing. Reception team were very inviting and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We loved the hotel, the only thing it needed was to be a tiny bit closer to the main city, but that wasn’t an issue at all and we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is simple but very good. Room and bed were fine. Location is very good, a short walk to some amenities or to a tram for more adventurous outings. This is my fourth stay here, and I will return when I need to.
The only problem - and this is not the hotel's fault - was the temperature. It was a very hot week. No a/c but there was a floor-standing fan in the room. So the hotel did it's best.

Breakfast was underwelming and no butter was to bee seen pasta tate as if it was open for to long and do to the lack of buter very dry. What put me off is how "hidden" it is it are aparments buit into hotel rooms and you need to ring the bell to get in evry time no open door during the as it was a lobby of the compelx.

The price for value, for 3 nights for the room I was given was amazing, the room itself was much bigger than I expected and very comfortable and considering the location, I expected a much higher price! I really appreciated how quick the check in process was and the staff did a good job explaining everything to me, I could see they were trying their best considering English isn't their native language. The breakfast offered is also great, it's in a very comfy space and you have a wide selection to choose from, a sweet breakfast, English breakfast all available to your liking, there's also a toaster and Coffee machine available for use! The owners of this establishment are very friendly, I met them when having breakfast, they really seem to care about attention to detail and one of them even helped me out when she noticed that I was struggling with the Coffee machine, it honestly made me feel really taken care of.
In all honesty, I'm being very nitpicky with these points. In my room, I noticed a lack of electrical outlets, they were mostly found at the end of the bed and in the bathrooms, it would have been cool to have some right next to the nightstand just to make it easier to have access to my phone. The bathroom's hairdryer was a bit on the weak side, it felt like it could barely warm up. The shower itself has a detachable shower head, it's mostly a bath tub with a curtain on the side, me personally, I prefer having a closed glass shower with a door as it causes less of a mess with water and is more hygienic than having a curtain, the temperature of the water was a bit hard to set sometimes as well, otherwise it worked fine.

The staff was very nice:) Breakfast wasn't big, but was tasty - they have good coffee. Our room was very quiet, with the windows looking out onto the courtyard/other building (so no noise from the street). It's in the opposite direction than the castle, but it's close to the main train station, so it was perfect for us. And the room was spotless, with a super clean bathroom!

The location was very good and close to the center. Breakfast cost 8 euros per person, and I consider it quite lacking for the price, since most hotels offer a richer breakfast. Given that you pay for it daily, you would expect a more substantial breakfast.
For what the hotel offers, I was satisfied. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, as I mentioned, to have more options.

It's not in the busy tourist area so is a lot less busy and more traditional neighborhood.
The rooms are also build around sound so you don't hear people.

The girl from the reception in my first day, …, was so sweet! She helped me with my luggage, and she asked the guys who in charge on the renovations in the hotel to start in 10 instead of 9 in the morning because of my request. That was so nice of her!
The bath was awesome, the heat worked well.
There were renovations in the hotel. I tried to work and make Zoom calls, and it was really difficult. If I had known about this before I paid for the hotel, I would have chosen somewhere else. In my opinion, it’s not acceptable not to inform guests in advance about ongoing renovations.

The staff was super nice and friendly, and did their best to help. The location was lovely, in a nice area. The room was quiet and the bed was nice and comfy.
I had an issue with the shower, when at some point the water pressure became weak until it stopped completely at the middle of the shower. Only after a few minutes the water were back. The hotel was fully booked, so I could not switch a room. The second time I tried to take a shower the water didn't stop completely but water pressure was not stable and at some moments it was ridiculously weak.
