It has more like a vintage vibe, cute in a way.
I am not sure if people staying in room 30 (next to my room) were fighting or whatever, but it was really disturbing to wake up to that and because of that way too early. Maybe guests should be reminded it's a hotel, not their home.

The cleannes. There was mold in the bathroom. The marks from lipstick (I hope) on the back of the bed, and on the covers. The cleaners rushed our room when we were going out, without asking. They just grabbed the door. Itยดs quite unproffesional.

The location is great, lots of markets around ,restaurants and metro stations are 5 minutes walking distance.
Breakfast was fine, staff friendly
The bed is not comfortable to sleep in.
Because it's an old building, you can hear any movement in the main hall, the noise from the street,anything from the neighbours in the next room.
The hotel itself doesn't look like in the picture and I am not very sure why it has 4 stars.
P.S. don't forget your earplugs!

In my room was many things broken. Shower cabin, the wall was dirty, room has a weird smell. And the HEATING WASN'T WORK AT ALL!
I asked the reception to give me another room but that 2 nights in the cold room.
When I was complaining about the room condition, the night shift receptionist put all in the computer. But next morning I was asking when they can fix it. The receptionist didn't know about the problems at all and was a bit rude to me.
Finally for the last night I got a normal, clean room!

The hotel is located in a picturesque neighborhood of ลฝiลพkov/Vrลกovice. The metro station Jiลรญho z Podฤbrad is very close. The hotel itself was great, staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding. Btw., the morning walk through Vinohradskรก Street, around the Czech Radio, and towards the Museum, is beautiful.
Nothing in particular. Two very minor things: the single room was surprisingly small, and for breakfast, I was looking for Wiener Wรผrstchen/pรกrky, but they only had Bratwรผrstchen/bรญlรฉ klobรกsky (which are quite rare in Czechia).

Very tasty and diverse breakfast, clean room and bathroom, very good location, personnel was waiting for us despite late arrival, Vladimir was assisting us :).
I chose bed preference (one instead two separate beds), however after making reservation and payment I received information that due to lack of availability I will get 2 separate beds - the conditions cannot be change after confirmation and payment. This needs to be clear before making reservation.

It is located at the right spot. Near to the city centre but far enough to have some relax after a day of touring.
We had a room on the street side. Since the windows are made of traditional wood panels the traffic noise, especially the tram was load. I could hardly used to it, but my partner slept well.
I suggest to sacrafice the originality of building a little bit and change the window frames to a modern isoliting one.

It's a very pretty hotel with kind staff and beautiful rooms. The receptionist has helped us a lot by allowing us to checkout an hour later, so that we could have enough time to visit the city center. The metro station is a quick walk away and I recommend everyone to visit "Magical Sova" a Harry Potter themed cocktail bar which is right around the corner.
This may be limited to our room, but since our window was aimed towards the street, there was a lot of noise from traffic (cars and trams). The room was also quite warm so I highly recommend booking a room with air-conditioning if the outside temperature is above 25 degrees.

Breakfast was good, wide range of things. They provide you tooth brush and tooth paste if you ask for which is good.
My room had no AC and was very hot, there is no sound isolation at all. It was almost no difference if the room has walls or not, you could hear every single voice or noise as if there is no wall. I could barely sleep in the whole stay, just one night everything was quiet. There were lots of students screaming, slamming the doors, etc. during the night until 1:00-2:00 pm. When I called the reception that there is so much noise and I cannot sleep he said wait they will go to sleep soon and then it will be quiet. It was not only me, there were 5 of us staying in different rooms and buildings (the hotel has two different buildings) in the hotel and we had same experience (we were in Prague for a meeting).

The staff is friendly, towels changed and room cleaned on daily bases, breakfast was super (best scrambled eggs I have eaten), cosy feeling. Location is perfect, next to tram and close to metro station. The parking is in the back part of hotel, enough space for big car (Multivan). Great price/performance. Would come back if ever in Prague again.

Fast check-in and check-out, nice varieties of food for breakfast, friendly staff who were at the front desk - especially Vladimir, the quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located and the location of the hotel in general, easy access to tram, metro, nice restaurants, bars and bistros nearby.
As a person who works in hospitality and tourism, I haven`t been in a hotel that is rated 4 stars but has unclean rooms, marks of burned carpet on a couple of spots, and the towels that we had were extremely overused (I would even compare it to a "sandpaper" for wood) and on the sides, threads were hanging out from the towel. Also, I could not understand the policy of the hotel, that we had a mini bar which was empty, and if you would like to have water you will need to go down to the front desk to grab some and put it in the minibar.
There was no AC in the room and no central ventilation, just a simple fan.
The food at breakfast was nice but the area or should I say rooms, where the breakfast is served, are pretty small, we tried all the possible timings to go on breakfast (7 am, 8 am, 9 am) but it`s always full of people and extremely noisy since there are small rooms, low ceiling, and no music.
Worth a mention is the staff in the improvised restaurant who were very unfriendly when my wife asked for gluten-free bread they showed a pretty nasty attitude, and after 40 minutes when we were done eating they brought a couple of slices of gluten-free bread, but when we asked for it the next day, unfortunately, the lady was not speaking English and we ended up giving up on that.
However, I did not expect this kind of service from a 4-star hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk is good. Mr. Vladimir helped me with everything he could. Hotel is near metro and tram stations, also you can reach downtown for 20-30 minutes on foot. Breakfast was great and bed was comfortable.

The staff is friendly and nice always ready to help. The breakfast was tasty. The hotel is in a very good location next to metro, tram and has all the shops necessary near them. I will be definitely coming back!

Location is close to the underground, easy to get to the old town. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional.
It was very slippery in the shower . Access to our room was by stairs only.
