Excellent design for a small apartment. Staff was super-friendly, super-helpful. We asked that the cleaning staff not enter our room, so we could feel private - no problem. We brought towels for replacing - no problem, The staff always accommodated us, in an intelligent fashion, in whatever we asked for.

Although the room was really close to the city and the U-bahn, it was very quiet which was a must for us. There were nice views out to mature trees and a large moss roof. The small kitchen was a bonus and good for breakfasts and nights where we didn't go out. There were a couple of supermarkets about five minutes from the hotel for supplies.
My husband used the breakfast buffet only once. Although he liked what he got, he thought it was too expensive at 22 Euros.

The corridor carpet is dirty and stained in places. Some things in the apartment need repair. In room 415 the kitchen tap is rusted and the chrome is missing. The bath plug does not work well and leaks during a bath, meaning that you need to constantly run the water to maintain the depth.

Unexpectedly cold, pillows are too thin, some small things were missing or too used and old (like an opener for bottles, or a dishwashing brush, rags or dusters for a floor, a doormat, a shoe spoon, etc..). Thanks staff they gave an electronic heater right away, but thats not the level of so big apart hotel. Should be more serious heating in rooms - this hood instead of central heating doesn’t work at all.

We enjoyed our stay at Adajio! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quiet place, 10 min to bus stop and subway/train. Supermarket is 2 min walk. We departed in the evening and were offered to leave our baggage in the hotel so we could go walking without our heavy bags.

The apartment was fantastic, clean, and the addition of a small kitchen area is amazing and makes a stay so much easier.
The staff were great and willing to help in any way possible, and the whole atmosphere of the place made for a comfortable and restful stay.
Location was perfect, with Savignyplatz station a short walk away, and also great shops and places to eat all within walking distance too.
The price was quite a bit cheaper than a lot of places I was looking at when finding a place to stay, but this was not a reflection on the quality of the accommodation in any way. Such great value for such great accommodation!
I would highly recommend staying here.

The duty manager at the reception had a sense of humour when we arrived. The small apartment is well-appointed with a good kitchenette. We had a great bathroom with a full bath. We have been here before and always were happy. The location is of course fantastic.
The parking arrangement has changed since last time we were there and the new one is expensive and inconvenient. The wall plugs for lap top connections is a bit far from the bed; we would have needed extension cables.

Good value for its price. The kitchenette in the room was good. The room was quite spacious. Location is good, the property is clean and modern. Really cannot say anything bad.
Check-in process was rather long and complicated. Too much papers and questions, even though all the info asked was already on my online reservation. Germany never changes :) I even vas forced to register in the hotel's loyalty program. Nothing bad, just takes a lot of your time for nothing.
Also, they do not have late checkout (at least as I was told).

Om Sunday morning before 8 AM, the whole buildings fire alarm was set off, and all the guests had to run to the street, but then later it was announced as a false trigger. Not necessarily their fault, but an unpleasant experience.

The Adagio in Frankfurt had newer, simple machines, and they were free to the guests!!

3. grate on ceiling of oven was not clean, but was difficult to see; maids should have a small brush on their carts to clean this
3. electric towel warmer in bathroom did not work
4. lobby temperature was very cold -NOT necessary!! I could not eat or sit in there.
5. entrance & reception area was 1 block back from street - can you move this ???
