It was very close to the S and U train stations, as well as a huge market area within 5 min walking distance. The staff were friendly. Towels, hand and body soap were provided, as well as cleaning utensils for the apartement. The bathroom was nice and clean. In the kitchen, the amount of pots and pans was fine, and there was a collinder. The fridge is adequately sized, but there is no freezer. For a short stay it was more than fine.
The kitchen utensils were a bit lacking and old. Plates and eating utensils were from different sets and did not have the same sizes. The provided knives were cheap and bent when I tried to cut onions. There were also no scissors, and in combination with the knife quality it was a bit difficult to open things. The bedroom and kitchen were cleaned only superficially: while the floor and surfaces were clean, edges and tops of cabinets were dusty or dirty. I would also recommend washing the dishes before using them.

It doesn't look like its pictures at all.
The bathroom was smelly and quite dirty. we didn't use the towels either, but mainly, the reason for our frustration was the staff.they didn't greet you or respond to your good day, good afternoon ... not even a simple hi ! On our first day, the lady at the reception was quite rude and didn't speak any English or any other languages.
By the end of our stay, we had sore muscles and neck ache thanks to deformed and uncomfortable pillows.

We could hear the people in the apartment upstairs.
We were in the first floor and the main door was near our window. It makes a strong noise everytime it closes and scares us. Although, we thought we would had an apartment upstairs, with a balcony.

I had an apartment, which had a kitchenette. The bed and linen was clean.
It was convenient for Charlottenberg station and other public transport. There are places to buy food, eat and drink near to the property.
Prior to arriving I was asked the same question repeatably, which I had already answered. The apartment I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures! It wasn't what I was expecting, not clean, things left in the microwave; I did contact the property about this and received no reply.

Very friendly service, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. For the location near Berlin Messe this is a very good value for money accommodation.
The only downside was the weak pressure of the hot water in the shower, but it is not a big issue.
There is a paid parking but the height of the parking is very low, only regular cars fit, keep in mind large SUVs or vans do not fit. Anyway at night it is not difficult to find parking on the street.

The location was good enough.
(1) the hotel wasn’t responsive, as I tried to contact them on Booking and on the phone without any success;
(2) the keys for all the rooms are the same;
(3) the images on Booking didn’t match with the actual room we were offered;

(5) it’s neither a hotel nor a hostel, it’s a dormitory for the refugees;
(6) the room wasn’t soundproofed.

It was so loud! The neighbors were partying until 4 In the morning, you could hear everything through the walls, when the people in the next room were going to the toilet, washing the teeth, everything. I barely got some sleep. The reception is there from 09-24 and they didn’t care about the loud guests. I got an apology the next days, but nothing changed till guests left the room. The workers on the reception also speak german very poorly:/

The property location is well connected to transport , the property can be easily accessed 24*7 . I rented the apartment, it was well equipped with kitchenette, there was enough space according to studio apartment.

Location is convenient. There are my trains going to the centre of Berlin, and it takes just minutes to get there. Also the room was fine. Basic stuff, but everything you need. Also there is a large shopping street nearby and a beautiful Schlossenburg castle nearby. Also the receptionists speak 4 languages and can give you advice, if you need. They are Ukrainian, Russian, German and English.
The only thing I didn’t like was a road, looking like a back yard of a luxury mansion. But this is what you cannot change. Not big deal, really, if you are happy to have a place to spend some nights without being bothered about a luxurious holiday.

Great location which was near to the train station (2 min walk) and lots of regular trains to the centre and hourly to the airport. Exactly like the photos. Kitchen a good standard with a hob and microwave. The fridge had a small freezer. Lidl was 15 mins walk away (just past station) and a good size and prices. Staff at the desk were friendly. Beds were fine.
The shower dial for temperature needed to be very precise as it jumped from hot to cold very quickly. When neighbours used the shower you could hear it so I did get woken up a bit early. No fan in the room so did get warm if hot outside

When you want to do early check-in, staff are not available till 9:00 am and need to use the back side of door to go out. Which I find little bit hurdle but it’s not a show stopper.

It was so cold and we were there with a 1 year old. Even though we requested to fix the heater 3 times. It wasn't done. And even one of the receptionist was so unfriendly. The other two receptionists seemed to be nice.
There was no dustbin in the room. A very small one in the bathroom. Room had this old dingy feels. With very dull lights in the room.
They asked for €100 deposit, and that too after we had already booked the hotel.
If I knew that beforehand I could chip in €20 euros more and go to a better place.

the place is located close to the S-bahn and U-bahn, so it's convenient to go anywhere in the city.
the buiding is built in a weird way, the hallways are full of flights of 3/4 stairs, and the elevator only serve the half floors, this is extremely inconvenient if you have luggages. the rooms are extremely small and poorly furnished. it seems there are people living full full time in the buiding, leading to some hanging there cloths to dry in the hallways. finally the price is really not worth it

I have used this hotel on many occasions and have always found the staff friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with all facilities within a few minutes walk.
I feel that, despite the corridor carpet having been replaced, everything was a little grubbier than my previous stay in March: Dishes were left to air dry at the sink instead of being put away in cupboards, bed covers were a little crumpled and other things were a little slapdash generally. I hope that this problem is the result of a single cleaner rather than a generalised deterioration in standards. I have booked to stay again in a few weeks and will report back.

The location of this apartment is superb.U bahn stations and market were just a minutes walk away. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.The room was a bit small but we stayed there for only two nights so it was overall a comfortable stay.All facilities were there in the room as described. Worth for money.
We prepared the food at the apartment only so found that the utensils were a little bit not enough. The big plates to eat,the spatula to cook were a little less otherwise the room had everything for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was cold and while the staff tried offering solutions, nothing was solved. They said the heating was off in the building so they offered us an electric heater, but it was just a normal cold fan.
