Good location and has parking. Walking distance from Town Hall. Good value considering the price.
Breakfast was very meh, considering it cost 18 euros. The bed is hard, with just one pillow per person (an extra pillow would improve comfort a lot).

It had a bed…
We was told parking was available before we booked (4 hours before we arrived) but was closed on arrival. Very rude staff at the front desk (around midnight) I actually had to drop my wife and daughter off and drive out of the city to park and sleep in the car, perfect after an 800km drive.

The location is great, close to the old town and the viertal. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was warm despite its being cold outside.
The only frustrating thing was arriving at 2.15 and being told if I wanted to check in either wait for 45 mins or pay money. Seems a silly company rule.
The team stored my bag and problem was solved. But gives the hotel that budget feel, which the rest of the amenities don’t deserve.

The location was great, just 5 minutes to the center.
The breakfast was nice
When we try to use the air-conditioning in the room,it gets extremely hot even on the lowest speed.
The size of the bathroom was to small, but it is reasonable for the price .

It's perfect for my needs visiting friends in the area. It's simple but has everything you need. It's also handy for walking into the city and for the railway station.
The carpet in the upper floors is a bit worn.

The bed was comfortable. Even though we had a window to the street, when we closed the window we didn’t hear any noise. Not even from neighbors. I was surprised at first but I slept like a baby. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the city center. If you go by car don’t forget to order a green sticker. There is an environmental zone. We forgot and had to park near Hauptbahnhof.
Absence of garbage bags.

Good location with walking distance to the city center and attractions. Private parking lot is a plus even though it costs extra.
Our room is right by the elevator so it’s noisy until late. The bathroom is tiny, and has lotta mold in the shower area! The bed is alright but the pillows are super thin and so uncomfortable. The worst pillows we ever slept on!

Good location for the main attractions and nightlife. Reception was welcoming and easy to check-in and out. Rooms were clean and accessible.
There was a bit of noise bleed in the rooms, and I could here the room next to me and the lift outside my door. Rooms would benefit from USB wall sockets. The bathroom was very small but clean and tidy.

Location, close to city centre and main train station
Broken toilet seat in room pinched your skin when using, thin mattress that almost comes off the bed whilst sleeping. Noisy main road outside. Shower hose was split so water leaked out the hose.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent breakfasts.
The room was comfortable and spacious.
Great location.
A kettle in the room would have been good.
The carpet design in the landing was in very poor taste. One had the initial impression that it was badly frayed and then the sense that paint had been strewn over it. Unfortunate.
