The hotel has an excellent location where the bridge is right on your doorstep. It also has a good parking arrangement. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It was perfect for our stay to celebrate the new year. Breakfast has good selection. The staff are very friendly.

We had a superior room and double room but unfortunately didn’t have a view. It was also next door to the laundry room so we could hear the trolley early in the morning. We understand that the hotel tried to accommodate to have our rooms next to each other.

Right in the heart of the old town. Can walk to restaurants, cafes, and pubs. When exiting the hotel you are right at the old bridge.

Must keep in mind that it’s an old building and be ok with that style of architecture and accommodations. Parking is also in a lot a few minutes walk away, but worth the location.

Lovely hotel full of character and charm and in a great location right by the old bridge over the Neckar River in the old part of the city. My room looked out over this view and it was fabulous. Very warm room given how cold it was outside so this was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed and the room had all I needed. Glad I opted to stay here instead of a bland corporate hotel.

You have access to all you want when you stay here, we stayed 4 nights. We had the view of old bridge and the river and just walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants and shopping centers. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent--right on the river looking up at the castle, next to the old part of town; the breakfast was very nice, and the price was appealing, though I traveled in January.

The hotel is quite old and has not been updated much inside, except for the bathroom, which seems very up-to-date. It is well-maintained and the rooms are large, but it felt less appealing because of the age. Also the parking situation is difficult--you must drive a difficult route to reach the parking terrace (a city facility which is quite nice) and then a 10 minute walk back to the hotel, which was manageable but not preferred.
