Very close to the station, and on the way into the centre so it was a great location. There are restaurants all around but on higher floors you don't hear anything. It was nice to be in the centre of everything and it felt safe.

Very well located hotel, right in the center and close to most objectives and restaurants. Nice breakfast.
We were left waiting outside the building in the evening because receptionist had left their office. Even if we had our room keycard there was no option to enter the hotel based on that and we had to wait until someone got out of the hotel. We find that unacceptable. While we understand the security concerns, there should be a way to restrict access to guests only, even if receptionist out for a while.

Fairly clean and ok for one night.
The large amount of trash containers in front of the hotel, it was a hot day in Nuremberg and the smell was awful.

The only good thing is that they allow dogs.
What I didn’t like was, first of all, that they don’t have parking. The bathroom is very small and full of mold. The rooms were cleaned carelessly, they often forgot to change the towels, and there was noise all night because of the cafés downstairs.

Good location next to the Underground comes from the airport and the side of the old town.
We 'we got quite room and comfortable bed
The bathroom was moldy and smelly, under the bed was very dusty which came out very fast while walking in the room. And the room was quite cold 18 °C no heating in September

I chose this hotel for its good balance of location and cost. I wasn’t expecting much from it — just a simple, comfortable place to stay. I stayed for 1 night
Early check-in was not possible. Had received an msg for Euro20 to make at least 1 room available before time but I missed that msg. Nothing to complaint about as I was able to put my luggage at reception.
There was a bit of mold in the shower area — it would be great if that could be cleaned more thoroughly

Amazing location everything is a walking distance, lots of nice places nearby.
Breakfast is delicious.
Check in time 15:00. not flexible for an early check in even though it was 14:15. you have to pay extra 20 euro if you want early check in.
Staff got mixed up with our booking and were convincing us we payed for a room for only 1 person...

It was a hotel with a good location and a good price. We stayed there one night. The elevator was a bit scary. I think the hotel was clean for the price we paid, but the best thing was its great location.

Banging location - right in old town, perfect for markets
Mattress was a topper - may as well have sleep on the floor. Ibis is a budget hotel, however the price didn’t reflect this.
I understand it’s Xmas markets, however maybe utilise the money you make in the busy season to actually make it comfortable. Want homely like other hotels
A place to stay and sleep not enjoy
Staff helpful, which must be hard given the stuff they must have to deal with

Friendly staff, excellent location, room adequately equipped, shower good, bed comfy, everything clean and tidy.
A kettle in room would be useful. The temperature control was ineffective, too hot. The checkin was a long process with paper forms and a long 45 minutes queue, but the staff were very good and efficient; it was the system seemed rather slow and outdated.

Location of the hotel with easy walking to city center is fabulous. Easy to reach from main train station on foot. Breakfast was fresh and kept well stocked. If you want a central walkable location at a no frills hotel this is a good option and a good value for the location.
Rooms on front of hotel were loud at night so opening the windows was not an option. Rooms are very small with a very small shower. There was not even a hook to hang a second coat at the doorway. No safe in the room.

I loved the windows and view of the alt stadt outside my window. The room was comfy, the bathroom was pretty spacious for a small one person hotel room (and the room itself was pretty spacious as well), and the hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the alt stadt and near all of the holiday markets.
While I loved the view, the noise levels until later in the evening were unexpected. The parking situation was also a little complicated as you need to park at the Bahnhof and walk over to the hotel (which is in a pedestrian zone). The parking was an additional fee as well.

The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from train station and right in the center, already in the pedestrian area.
Room is the reliable Ibis standard, good bed and pillow, good isolation.
The building is quite old, elevator super slow. Should put a kettle in the room, or at least have a hot/cold refill in the lobby for morning coffee.

Apart of the level of the room, the rest was decent Ibis quality, so basicaly ok.
The window was looking to an inner yard, from where quite loud noise was coming. Despite good isolated windows one could clearly hear it during the night. We know that prices during the Spielwarenmesse are high, but 1100 eur for this room for 3 night is way overpriced.

Everything was fantastic about the property, and the staff were extremely lovely. You can’t beat the location and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.
I was in room 101 and the shower door would not stay closed and even though I tried to hold it closed while showering so much water would get onto the bathroom floor. I stayed there for several days so it was quite annoying to have a mini flood to clean up every day.

Excellent location , accessible from station by underpass…all old town easily walkable …and much more besides .
Hotel was very clean , comfortable , good shower . The customer service was very good ..we had a small issue with our room which was sorted in 10 minutes . The breakfast was very good value ..quality food presented in an immaculately clean dining room .the staff here didnt stop cleaning , replenishing the display and wiping tables .other hotels could take note !
We have no complaints …we knew that having a good location would mean some street noise but this was not a problem ..we could have closed the window if it was . In fact it added to the sense of place and was testament to how popular a location Nuremberg is .
