The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean, close to the metro and other public transportation, also there is a mall nearby, several food shops in a walking distance of about 4 minutes. Overall I'm very pleased.

Breakfast was the only thing that was good.
Despite paying for my stay in cash upon departure, the full amount was charged to my card at check-in.
I was many times assured by the reception employees that it would be released, but it appears to still be under procedure, according to my bank's notification.
This discrepancy has caused inconvenience and financial strain. I kindly requested by consecutive emails a prompt resolution to release the hold on my card but they have not replied any (!). They have charged me twice for the stay and they do not reply to emails.

The room was spacious and comfy with a desk and chair, small sofa, big TV and queen-size bed. The bathroom was big and accessible, and the fitness center was clean and well set up. The hotel is located a short walk from the metro which takes you anywhere in the city very quickly. The personnel was attentive, friendly and very helpful.
We would have needed some more cupboard space, drawers as well as hanging space. The bathroom concept with the shower not separated from the rest of the bathroom (so the entire floor gets wet and the water doesn't even fully run off into the drain but pools by the toilet) is just annoying. I think this is some kind of Danish standard but it should seriously be rethought as there is just no benefit to it. Also missing from the bathroom was a makeup mirror so I had to lean over the large sink area to be able to make up my face with some acceptable lighting. On the second last day our room was not made up and the mini bar fridge was out of order or simply not switched on.

The hotel is located close to a metro station which is a few minutes out of Copenhagen CBD.
Staff are friendly, breakfast is good and great views from hotel.
The only thing was that the hot water system did not work well. The shower goes hot and cold the whole time.

Nice view, the building is impressive. Nice windows with design from the top to the floor. Nice bar on the roof-top. Very kind staff. They do serve free coffee, fruit and croissants in the morning for everyone. That's super friendly.
The bathroom, even if is big enough, is not as convenient as it should. The wash basin is too small, very that is close to the wall from the side that the towels hang, and it gets even more restricted from a very big water tap that extends to the front. That makes it very inconvenient, because all the water gets spilled outside and on the only shell that lies underneath it. So the only space to put personal toiletry follows with them being fully wet, if put there...
The shower is also problematic. The glass is too small, closes only from the one side and lets too much water getting spilled on the floor, that gets flooded. The cold/hot indications at the shower is also reverse, which is confusing and potentially dangerous. The ceiling shower is also very close to the shower tap, so once opened, one cannot escape it. The concept is minimalistic, we get it, but the bin had not have a hole on the top of it, because it creates a not so nice sense when entering the bathroom.
The bed is a bit squeaky when one sits on the edge, something that I wouldn't expect in such a hotel level.
The parking outside the hotel is crazily expensive. I paid 279 DKK for 13 hours, and there is no limit. My stay was 4 days, so it would easily cost two more rooms.... Thankfully I got a tip and parked at the golf, with 1/3 of that price.

great clean rooms, amazing showers, nice design, 23 floors on two towers, restaurant, spa and gym. close to the city by metro, train and bike.
no windows (which is explicable for a high tower) yet if you like long showers, the steam may be too much for the ventilation.

Good location, nice lobby, nice breakfast
First hotel in the world that when maid service comes in, they make up only the one of the twin beds !!!
We called and let them know and we also informed the front desk when we went out. What they did? NOTHING. Bed remained undone when we returned late at night.
Also, in twin bed room set up, each bed is so narrow you think you may fall during the night. For God’s shake, you can not have 90cm beds in 2024.

I've never been to a hotel, which felt like a city on its own. In the hotel, you can find restaurants, bars, store, and a cash machine. The bar/restaurant on the top floor caught my attention the most: an amazing view of the city lights of Copenhagen. Also, we had a severe allergy to gluten, and the staff in restaurants took care of that with no problem.
Staff was not always welcome, and friendly.

We wanted a hotel that was close enough to both the airport and the city and this was perfect. It took us less than 20 mins to get to both places by public transportation. It is conveniently located at a 5 minute walk from a metro station and also is in a area with a few good cafes and a grocery store around.
Additionally, the staff was extremely nice and it was very easy to check in and check out from the property.

It is in a good location and close to metro station. They have different type of pillows.
In the beginning this place felt wonderful with helpful staff that would provide help anytime. With more days passing everything changed. They refused to help with many simple tasks any hotel would provide. Some of the stuff in the room were broken on arrival and the curtain fell on the last day for no reason. The cleaning was poorly done. Shame all of that happened because I felt the hotel was wonderful in the beginning.
