The location was fantastic for what we needed. It also had a very cool aesthetic. The rooftop bar was fun! The highlight was the delicious buffet breakfast!
Checkin was a bit chaotic because it was during happy hour on a warm day and we didnt now we were supposed to check in at the bar.
Also there is no AC which is typical I suppose for Denmark. We could open the windows in the room which was nice.

I was looking only at places with elevators as I have difficulty with stairs. Unfortunately, once we got off the elevator, we had to go down several stairs to access our room. I now know to specifically ask for a room with stair-free access.

When arriving by car you cannot even stop nearby , a hotel parking space was not available, finding another parking was very difficult and expensive.
The room was very small, you could get to the bed only from one side which meant that we had to climb over each other to get in or out.
There is a closet with barely enough room for a toothbrush!
The breakfast room is way too small. In some situations the staff could have been more helpful.

Dealing with the someone having passed away, I called the hotel 1.5 week in advance to ask if we could cancel the reservation without charge. The lady on the phone assured me there wouldnt be any. When they did charge me, a desk assistant named Zoey assured me if booking.com allowed for canceling the reservation, it would be refunded. Booking didnt have an issue with this, even told me it wasnt up to them but up to the hotel, and they emailed the hotel to request the refund for me. Now, after being told twice I wouldnt be charged, they sent an email back to booking.com that I had to pay the full amount. Dont book here.

The hotel is in such a great location, just a short walk to most main attractions and plenty of restaurants/bars! Theres a roof top bar (amazing!) and a lobby bar that have such a great vibe too. The staff are incredible, super friendly and helpful, they let us store our luggage from check out at 11am until 7pm so we could enjoy our last day before we flew and even let us participate in the free wine hour after check out. I would definitely use this hotel again.
