Well located near the train station to get into Copenhagen and across to Sweden, for an event. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
The room was small. Had to pay an additional price to go down from a queen bedroom with a single bunk overhead to a twin room? Made no sense. Twin room slept 2, whereas the room we originally had slept up to 3, which should have been more expensive.

Location good (walkable) for bus, rail & metro links to the airport and city centre
24/7 reception with efficient staff
Issue with safe dealt with quickly
Bed reasonably comfortable
Entry to room semi blocked by wardrobe. Double bed was two singles joined and a topper. Two single duvets and two small pillows dangerous spotlights mounted on headboard.
Shower/wet room very poorly designed: controls for shower on opposite side of the room, curtain flimsy & frequently came off hooks. Soap/consumables in very small sachets insufficient for a decent wash
Room not made up once in 6 days!
Window blind ineffective & not a blackout; no curtains = light pollution and earlier than desired wake up

Very good location, nice and helpful workers and convenient self check-in/out. Clean, good WiFi, kettle is available in the room.
Room is quite small, but is enough for resting after long day of walking around Copenhagen. Also you can hear guests from other rooms quite well which can be bothering during night hours.
It was also strange that only one cup and only one sachet of coffee were initially in the room (room for 2).

Very close to the train station. Just 3 minutes walk. Also there is a big shopping mall next to the hotel that has everything.
The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and the room very clean.
Nothing. Just the bathroom was a little bit small, but you know that from the photos.

Се беше супер, хотелот е на две станици од метрото. Мали се собите, но ги користиме само за спиење. Копенхаген мора да се види а не да се одседне во соба.

The location was very good and the staff behaved quite nice. It was also quite clean in my room and the rest of the hotel.
The air quality both in the room and the floors was very bad. The bed was much smaller than expected and the walls were paper thin leading to a lot of noise bleed.

It was convenient as a place to sleep only, if you are out all day. Great to have a kettle for tea/coffee. Location close to shopping centre. Walk from train station was 10 mins.
Room felt very small with 3 people and very little space for the luggage. Only 1 chair. No room to move.

Simple room like in a boat. Kettle with coffee and tea included, bathroom is compact, but still complete. Net protection on window is useful to keep insects out. Breakfast has good options.
Soap and shower gel was available in small quantity. Breakfast may require reservation for queue one day early in case when the dining area is full. Washing machine service guide is not easy to understand.
Hint for washing machine: Fill the machine, set cleaning program, insert payment card into payment machine that matches its color, enter machine number and submit for payment (the process might change in the future, ask other visitors or staff).

Excellent location for events in Bella Center. Easily accessible from the airport (10m by train), and good transports to the city center by metro.
Breakfast was good.
Bed was not to comfortable, and the bathroom was really tight.
The soundproofing between rooms could be better.
They should clean the room more often, 5 days is a lot of time.

Room is ok for a night's stay. Nothing exceptional though.
The price of the hotel would be ok, if they offered free parking. That was not pointed out clearly enough, and paying over 20 Euro for overnight parking is a rip-off in my opinion (This is also Booking.com's fault as they don't make that clear enough. I have chosen this hotel specifically because it had parking, but adding parking and breakfast to the hotel price, I could have gotten another hotel that had those included.
