Charlottehaven is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and has large hotel suites and fully furnished, serviced apartments. This hotel has a cafe, well-equipped gym and pool. There is free wi-fi and the option to purchase additional parking.

Charlottehaven's hotel apartments in The Garden have their own balcony, large bathroom and complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher and tea and coffee facilities, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The Tower consists of beautiful hotel suites, which are furnished with Danish design from HAY, &tradition, Gubi and Arne Jacobsen.

Nordhavn Station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and from there you can reach Copenhagen Airport Kastrup in just 30 minutes.

Very clean. Amazing interior design. The view... what is there to say? Like from a dream. The staff very kind and to the point. Nice complimentary chocolates and some coffee capsules, tea and cocoa. Very high quality shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand cream, smelled amazing and felt amazing to the skin. Thick and fluffy towels. Well equipped fitness center. There is a parking building (for payment) right next to the place. S-train and metro within 5 minutes from the hotel. The neighborhood is very good and safe.

Charlottehaven offers an excellent accommodation. Actually it’s one of the best we have ever been. A beautiful and comfortable apartment, and very helpful and friendly staff. The location is also great for staying and exploring Copenhagen. The train station is just around the corner, and the metro station is a few minutes away. We also used the Movia yellow boat from Orientkaz station. There are supermarkets and bakeries around. Absolutely recommend.

We had room 4132 and it had amazing windows with a beautiful view of the new quarter, the harbour and the sea. We almost missed our flight today because we sat on the windowsills for so long admiring the view and trying to remember this beautiful city! The room was designed by excellent designers, many solutions I wanted to apply in my flat during the next renovation.

From minuses it is absence of dryer for laundry, though there is a washing machine. Next is the lack of a towel dryer in the bathroom. And probably the main disadvantage in winter time is poor insulation of windows. The windows are amazing, but they were blowing and we had to put the window near the bed with all the pleiades that were in the room.

Beautiful, spacious, and very well designed apartment. Extremely well equipped kitchenette. Easily accessible by metro from the airport and easy to get to other parts of the city. We stayed in an apartment, it was clean, spacious and had everything required with views of the canal from one window. It was really good! The metro was nearby to get into central Copenhagen, no issues at all! We were attending a concert at the Parken stadium and property was within a 15-20 minute walk (mostly flat) would DEFINITELY stay there again!

The swimming pool cannot be accessed during swimming classes and one lady over there was very impolite pushing us to wet a 6 year old hair under a swimming cap, what made the Little one cry, so zero compassion but if you're not travelling with children all should be good. Well presented modern, very clean apartment. Easy to find and very central. The train station that links to the metro is minutes away and we used that frequently to get around. The transport links were very good so we could enjoy staying in a quiet part of the city and get into the centre quickly,efficiently and at reasonable cost. Under floor heating in February. It would have been nice if the property was cleaned once during our 3 night stay and the kitchen bins emptied. Not a major problem though.

I didn’t feel the location was good at all; we arrived around 6pm and the restaurant in hotel was closed and the nearest restaurant I could find was a 40 min walk away. Not ideal with mr 4 year old. I also booked a room based on the amazing photos from booking.com, not realising it made aware that there was two Charlotte havens - I didn’t stay in the room I expected it was small and dark with no decent lighting - I felt for 3 nights £850 was a lot of money

We found the apartment cosy, comfortable and well-appointed. It is stylish and modern with a balcony which we were able to use a little even though we were there in March. It was nice to have a reception area rather than have to pick up keys from a box with a number code. The receptionists were also helpful when we needed information. Public transport is very near by - metro, s-trains and buses, so getting around was very easy and convenient. The one suggestion we'd make is to have a choice of pillows. The ones in the bedroom were very soft. If a firmer pillow could be offered that would be appreciated.

E verything was good, but maybe get rid of the plastic plant on the bedroom window-sill - it was out of synch with the otherwise stylish look of the apartment.

The location is excellent, close to transportation, the water, and great restaurants. You are no more than 30 minutes away from anyplace in Copenhagen! They will store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, as well as after check-out so you can maximize your time seeing the sights.

Rugs in the room are a bit frayed and curling at the edges -- tripped over it once, but that was my fault.

Modern apartment with balcony - perfect for relaxing after busy days exploring Copenhagen. Apartment was super comfortable, beds excellent , towels & bathrobes soft & fluffy! Plenty of room for all 4 of us. We loved that it was out of the hustle & bustle, felt very calming to come home, lovely neighbourhood. Try the Meny supermarket for high quality snacks & groceries. And don’t miss out on exploring Nordhavn - the walk around the waterfront, swimming area & cafes around there were super. We can recommend John & Woo, excellent grown-up dining/drinks & options for two fussy teenagers (burgers!). Or head away from the waterfront through a few local streets to a lovely park. My boys loved the pool at the hotel, simply stunning. Breakfast / cafe area was very good, lots of healthy options. Everything we needed was there inc shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom and kitchen supplies like dishwasher tabs, tea towels & washing up liquid. A couple of complimentary coffee pods & welcome chocs were a lovely touch. Every member of staff we spoken to was super friendly & always with a smile. One of the best places we’ve stayed at - don’t hesitate to book or be put off by the location. It’s a beautiful place!

Loved our room. Stylish, functional and cozy - well equipped. Loved the little touches like the yoga mat and hand weights. And the Molton Brown beauty products. Great location, metro couldn’t be closer. We loved the gym, pool and sauna, which had late access. All the staff were super friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Very nicely decorated apartment, with almost all that you might need. The location is very good, close to the metro station and modern new neighbourhoods in the harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used the gym, which is really large and actually useful. The apartment and whole hotel were spotless, including gym changing rooms.

Noise isolation in the apartment is poor and if you are unlucky, you can get waken up in the morning by the neighbour's kids running out of bed at 7 in the morning or yelling across the hall. There was no shoes cleaning kit nor drying rack, if anybody needs them. The gym was a bit crowded as it is used also by the gym members, not only by hotel guests, and some of the machines needs a membership. You need a swimming cap to be able to swim in the pool.

We paid extra for 15th floor in the tower for the views but with the sun and no A/C we had to keep the blinds closed for most of the time. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable

Lovely danish designs throughout the unit

There is a bit of a “nickeled and dimed” approach happening. The gym and facilities are all great and included, but laundry detergent to use the machine in the unit is not. Also, house keeping is one day a week and the guests take out their own trash. Totally fine, but at the price per night it could definitely be covered.

Location was great, easily walking distance to Nordhavn s-tog and metro station. The balcony was nice, though it was too windy for us to use while we were there. Beautiful pool with clean locker rooms. Nice gym. The bag of Summerbird chocolates was very much appreciated.

The staff were a bit off overall - this is not the place where people were going out of their way to be helpful. I think this facility might be geared towards residents and people with gym/pool memberships rather than hotel guests. Some minor cosmetic issues in the room - not enough to complain, but a bit surprising given the cost of staying here. None of these were deal-breakers, maybe just something to be aware of. We'd stay again if we needed a place in Nordhavn/Østerbro with a pool.

The panoramic view and the ambiance of the room. Wooden sustainable interior had a good vide. Great access to Train and Metro (stations are right in front).

Hard to complain about anything, but if I had to pick one thing is that there's only one set of towels for every guest. The rooms don't have daily rooms services (which I like, it's usually overdone at most hotels), but since we were staying for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have 2 sets of towels per person. No big deal though, we just called the reception and requested more.

Very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utilities and utensils. Excellent sound proof as well. Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro, with a couple of nice cafés and bakeries nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

There’s some construction nearby, not extremely loud, but it can be slightly disruptive if you plan to spend long hours in the apartment during the day. Also, there’s no air conditioning, only a fan. However, the thick curtains help keep the room cool.

The design studio flat was simply amazing. Panoramatic windows with soft and spacious seats were one of the best parts of our holiday.

The fact, that despite calling themselves serviced appartments, they clean only once a week in the price of stay.

A comfortable bay window with beautiful view even on the 2nd floor and our kid likes a lot(However it depends on your luck because we saw some windows are not with the very good view) A big wall cabinet system was composed of quite enough volume of wardrobes to keep our winter coats and other belongings. Also we were happy with the furnishing like beetle chair, AJ wall lamp, or equipments like cutlery, dish washer, and washing machine. The floor heating system made us stay longer in this cold season. Our favourite restaurant Aube is in 10 minutes walk distance.

Since the shower space only has a small partition, the floor around the basin gets soaked. But it was same in the other accommodations. As a hotel apartment, I don't see any point that I didn't like.

It was a good location, newly designed rooms and very comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Heating system was not working, rooms were freezing. Our room changed but it was super inconvenient to have such need. We had to carry all of our luggage and was not easy with child. If I will plan to visit Copenhagen again, I will first ask if heating is working or not.
