Overall the hotel was a solid option for our stay in Copenhagen. The hotel was situated on a harbour with nice views. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were a decent size with adequate facilities. While we didn't use the breakfast, it was included which was a nice bonus.
The only real downfall was our particular room was situated right above the entrance to the hotel and with the way the windows are, anyone who was walking down toward the hotel could look straight into our room if they wanted too. As a result we left the curtains closed a majority of the time.

Excellent location, very convenient in terms of transport (about a 5-minute walk to the ะผะตtrะพ/subway), good infrastructure and a beautiful sea view. The breakfast is very good. Thereโs also a nice area nearby for walking and relaxing, with a view of the sea.
Check-in at 3:00 PM is quite late. Also, there was no wardrobe in the room to hang clothes.

It is more a business hotel. Big lobby that doubles as a nice work space.
The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, 5 min away from metro. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
Definetly coming back.
The room was a bit smaller than expected and there is no closet. It wasn't much of a problem for us, but it might be for some.

I came to Copenhagen for the marathon run and chose this hotel as it is located in short running distance from Fรฆlled Parken, where the marathon starts. It is also in a short walking distance to a metro station, making it is easy to reach other parts of the city. It is nice to be located so close to the coastline, with restaurants and seabath/sauna at hand. The staff was friendly although the check-in staff could have been more numerous (two instead of one). It was nice to be able to buy snacks and drinks from the little shop in the lobby. I was happy that the hotel made it possible to have an unusually early breakfast on the marathon Sunday.
As the hotel is ranked as a four star hotel it was surprising to find the room lacking some important items, including shelves/cabinets for clothes, a small fridge and a coffee machine. The breakfast was ok, but could have been be more varied. The bed was too soft and the pillows too firm, for our liking. There was an outside noise (garbage collection) disturbing us at early hours on weekdays.

This is an extremely budget hotel. The rooms are shoe-boxes; there are no cupboards or mini fridges in the rooms. They did not replenish the complimentary coffee and tea during the stay or even provide complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast was average.

Very clean and comfortable. Out of the tourist craziness and only a 5-7 minute Metro ride to city center. The Metro is very easy to navigate, cheap, clean, and safe (like we found all of Denmark to be). It is also in a very cool, young, hip neighborhood with good low key restaurants and a couple of grocery stores.
Would have liked outside views, but you canโt have everything.

The Fairfield Inn was outstanding. The location was close to the metro. The surrounding area was great. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was 5*s. The staff was super helpful. I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn to future travelers.

The hotel is a very new and clean building. The staff is friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is good. There is a subway station at a few 100 meters. Also there are a few supermarkets, restaurants and bars all very near.
The room is quite small and relatively expensive. The furniture is not really suitable to work for a long time on your laptop computer. I had expected regular air conditioning but there is a sort of air cooling system. This made quite some noise but did not manage to cool down my room from over 23 degrees to the desired about 20 degrees.

Excellent location in a modern and vibrant part of the city. For me, the surrounding architecture was an additional pleasure in itself โ a beautiful, contemporary, and thoughtfully designed urban environment that was wonderful to walk through and admire.
The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfasts were good. The only suggestion I would make is to add a few more fish options, as not everyone eats meat or cold cuts. Especially considering that the fish in Copenhagen is absolutely fantastic.
The rooms were clean, and housekeeping was provided daily. We particularly appreciated that the towels were changed every day. Given the absence of heated towel rails and the cool, rainy weather during our stay, this was extremely valuable and made our stay much more comfortable.
The room was comfortable and well maintained, but for two people staying four nights it felt quite small. There was virtually no space to keep two suitcases open. We either had to step around them constantly or keep them closed and use them as our primary storage, as there was no wardrobe or other suitable place for our belongings.
For a one-night stay this would probably not be an issue, but during a four-night stay it became rather inconvenient.
