The staff were amazing, so accommodating and kind. We had to check out early for our flight home and they facilitated an early breakfast for us even packaging it up in a takeaway box so we could have it on the go.
They also allowed us to check in early to our room which was very helpful as we had been up travelling 7 hours at that point.
The TV was very good for when we came back in the evening and had BBC nordic which meant we could watch some shows in english.
The hotel was super central so we were very close to everything and there were always the bikes to rent nearby.

No heating in the shower, at all, so expect a frozen shower. No lampshades, just hanging lightbulbs. Loose connections in the electrical outlets, so don't move while charging your phone.

Good location. There is a grocery store right in front of the hotel, also a lot of options for food and drinks in the area. The staff is very friendly. Great breakfast that was delivered in the bedroom every morning.
It was a bit hot in the bedroom and the shower pressure was pretty low. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel’s location is close to the lake, there are few supermarkets, vintage stores, many cafes and restaurants nearby. We reached the city center in 20 minutes by feet but you can also take public transport.

It was the first time I saw a pre-booked breakfast. It is an excellent idea regarding sustainability. The rooms seem to have good sound isolation. It is a perfect place to have some peace and quiet after a day in the city. The rooms in the attic are really cozy, neat and clean. The roof terrace offers a charming view of the city and it is a great bonus. The staff is very friendly and handy.
The breakfast room could be a bit small for the number of rooms in the hotel. Usually there is no problem as the staff ask you at what time you would like to have your breakfast.

Lovely welcome, I appreciated the upgrade from a single to a double room. Complimentary water and beers in the room's fridge. Everything I could need in the room, including a kettle with tea and coffee. Quality sheets and towels, all very clean. I enjoyed a comfortable stay.
For me, the bed was too soft but others might prefer that.
An expensive stay even without breakfast but I guess that's pretty standard in Copenhagen.

The breakfast was good but I personnaly prefer buffet. I did my choice in day 1 but because the rest of the days I came to the room late I couldn't change my choices. Also, check in needs to be done by 8pm, keep this in mind!

We loved absolutely everything.
From the friendly staff who waited for us until midnight since we had a late flight, to the perfect location and to the hotel itself, which is secluded, cozy and beautiful and has everything you need to visit this wonderful city.
The breakfast was great, and it would be waiting for you warm, freshly prepared at the time you chose.
The room is warm, with enough towels and probably the most comfortable bed, which is very important after walking around the city all day.
The hotel also has a wonderful terrace on the roof, an elevator and a beautiful view.
And all that for a pretty good price considering you're in Denmark. All recommendations and thanks to the staff for a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel, modern, very clean, comfortable. delicious breakfast. I spoke to several members of staff,all were very helpful, tips on shopping areas and a flea market were much appreciated.I felt well looked after. I liked the option not to have room cleaning service every day.
The hotel is walking distance to lots of attractions. I am a solo female traveller, I felt safe.
Bus too and from the airport stops just next to the hotel.
I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The hotel was nicely located close to public transport and while it was next to a busy road the room was still super quiet. The staff was super friendly and always did their best to accomodate our wishes. Breakfast was served to the room since they had some construction going on in their dining room and yet didn't disappoint at all; the options to choose from were plentiful.

The bathroom and specifically the washing sink is very small and difficult to use.
The room was not equiped with ventilation and you must open the window which brings you lots of noises from the street. Keep in mind you are in the center and its noisy and busy.
The pillows are really small and flat. I put 3 of them to get some comfort.
