The hotel was located in a fantastic area - so close to everything and felt so safe walking around at all times. The room was fine and the aesthetics of the hotel were charming and grand.
There were many staff members, it felt like too many? We were not greeted at all at any time during our stay, which made the atmosphere feel quite cold and inhospitable. Despite there being (at one point) 4-5 staff members in and around a desk, no one helped us on the stairs with our bags. I don’t usually expect this, however, unsure the point of having so many people working? They seemed to be talking more amongst themselves.

Overall the hotel is well located and I could effectively walk to all major points of interest, which was a big plus. The breakfast was very nice and I was happy to be able to start even a little bit earlier before the morning flight on my day of return. Staff overall seemed very nice.
I have chosen a small single room with a walk-in shower, which after all turned out to be very small. It was sufficient for 2 nights, but there was not so much space to even put freely luggage around. The walk-in shower overlaps with the whole bathroom floor so the water ends up everywhere. I had some small issues with the room being cold on the first night and heating switching on only the second day. Overall given the price to quality ratio for such a small room, I would possibly reconsider my choice if I were to stay longer.

The staff misinformed us, and I'm sure our rooms were downgraded from the expectation. The coffee maker in one room broke spilling water everywhere, which took days to be resolved including the mess.

Loved the central location, around 5 minutes away from Kongens Nytorv where all four of Copenhagen’s metro lines meet.
The hotel is elegant and classy. The front desk staff was really great and helpful. The small gym was well equipped and available around the clock.
Single room is tiny in size but doesn’t lack any comfort, they even offered the option of a room with bath tub or shower.
The breakfast while good, it lacked a little bit for a hotel of this caliber and quality.

The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance from the major sights in a nice neighborhood. Elegant lobby, with art exhibited. The rooms seem a little dated, but well taken care of and had their cosy charm.
Good beds with a variety of pillows (big and small), for individual sleep preferences.
We liked to coffee machine in the room.
It seemed the wineglasses from the mini bar were there for a long time, we’d probably rinsed them, if we had used wine from the minibar.
Around the corner from the hotel was construction going on for which reason we had sandy shoes, and carried sand into our rooms, perhaps the room service overlooked to vacuum it from our carpeted room. But that was a minor detail.
