Great aesthetic design, Itโs clean and still new, exactly like the pictures. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is amazing, itโs safe and beautiful, it has fair amenities for preparing meals, Internet connection is very good.
The room we got wasnโt perfectly designed speaking functionally. the bathroom door doesnโt give enough privacy, it can be a bit transparent. Also the sink is outside the bathroom and it could get a bit wet all around

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Even though we arrived very early, well before the official check-in time, they kindly let us check in without any extra charge, which we truly appreciated. The cleanliness of the hotel was greatโeverything was clean and well-maintained. Also location wise it's one the best spots to stay in Cairo.

Everything was perfect and staff were amazing! It gets a bit noisy from the streets but itโs in downtown so everything is near! Only note would be if breakfast is introduced, it would be such a bonus! But honestly the stay was wonderful and would definitely recommend this place ?

The location is excellent, and the service is okay. I was surprised that the rooms didn't match the photos on Booking.com at all.

The rooms are clean, and the place is safe. The hotel is fine for overnight stays because it's close to all the important sites in the city center. However, for those who prefer luxury, this hotel won't satisfy them!

The elevator was out of order for the last two days, which was very annoying for me and the other guests. The problem wasn't addressed quickly

My reservation for the last day was canceled due to some mistake, so I had to spend the last night in the lobby, which wasn't very comfortable, as there wasn't even a proper restroom.

The hotel needs significant development and improvement, and its best feature is the location, honestly. I might return if it's improved and developed.

The hotel is in a nice area that has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and nice things to see. The room is quite big. The room it is a little outdated but it can be ok. We had a problem to the bathroom that was resolved pretty quick.
We arrived to the hotel around 5 AM. When we arrived we stayed like 30 minutes in the lobby because they couldn't find my reservation and the manager did not responded, the people from reception didn't talked to us even though I asked several times what is happening.
When I booked the room I asked to have the room at an upper level. When they gave me the room it was not at an upper level and when I asked if we can have the room changed they said that this was the highest level. They lied.
They do not have a room dedicated for luggage. Also, the elevator wasn't working for 2 days.
The WI-FI is either very slow or not working at all.

Location is great and u can reach to Cairo Museum and Bus Station easily. There is no outdoor signage and Brassbell / Hannaux names kinda confused for abit. Otherwise, the spaces design of double bunk bed is perfect and the room is far from the street's chaotic noise.
on site staffs could be friendlier but the ones over the call was great!

Third stay here and just as good as always. A great downtown Cairo location within walking distance of the Nile, the Egyptian Museum, and Cairo Tower. The property itself was very nice, and located in an extremely convenient part of Cairo. There were many facilities, shops, and activities around the area! The bus station, and the Egyptian museum are within walking distance as well! I cannot even begin to describe how well the rooms were done up, and the washing machine and kitchenette were s huge plus. I would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the city!
There is not much to say, one night the hot water did not work but if you cant take a cold shower you need to grow as a person.

The staff were super incredible!! The room was very cute, and had everything we could ever need- iron, hairdryer, microwave, kettle.
There wasnโt a dryer, so we had to air dry our clothes, which was inconvenient.

I would have liked to be able to switch on the TV and find films in english without having to wrestle with an unknown system. It's not that I needed a TV but it is easier to switch off and relax after a day's activity if there is a TV going in the background. Trying to find english language channell was a huge challenge. Advanced tech is not always helpful. Sometime simplicity is best.
