We had a bad experience at another hotel, so we decided to switch to Double Tree. Once we got in, Mostafa hosted us in a professional way and offered a free room upgrade (Sea view Suite) for the stay, honestly it was on point. This hotel is entirely renovated and falls next to Meraki and White hills. Young adults, good music and service, breakfast was nice too. Special thanks to Mostafa for his professional manner, also greetings to Ahmed Ragab for helping us.
Hotel needs to focus more on marketing, we only knew bc of the situation with other hotel, pricing was good too.

We loved the property! Hadia especially was incredibly helpful and took care of us from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The food was great and we loved the pool and beach, plenty of different settings to sit in, and the swimming/snorkeling area was beautiful. Also the bed was fantastic, extremely comfortable.

Worst double tree experience, staff needs retraining. Very rude and unprofessional service.
3 out of 4 lights were broken in my roomโs sitting area, maintenance tried fixing them 2 times and gave up. No updates afterwards.
I made 3 calls to request cotton buds and even visited the reception personally to remind them, no one ever came.
Lastly, upon check out the reception lady refused to print my bill until I give out 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor , which I strongly refused. Then she tried to double charge the room rate (see the crazy bill), after calling her out she was pissed and finally agree to print the accurate bill.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. What truly stood out was the staff โ everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.
A special thank you to the reception staff member who upgraded our room upon arrival. Unfortunately, I didnโt get his name, but his kindness and professionalism made a fantastic first impression. Iโd also like to thank Miss Hadia for kindly extending our checkout time from 12 to 2 PM, which made our departure much more comfortable and showed exceptional customer care.
The only concern I would mention is the quality of the night shows. While itโs nice that there is entertainment every evening, the performances lacked creativity. Nearly every night featured someone singing, and there was little engagement from the animation team to involve guests in fun or interactive activities. Adding more variety and guest participation would greatly enhance the nighttime experience.
Aside from this small point, the hotel is amazing, and I would definitely recommend it for its comfort, service, and outstanding staff.

The room was old and ugly and there were no toothpaste. The stuff took my phone to make a review here by themselves. I stood up for my own review, but most people probably do not. Thats a pity for a price like that

I had a truly wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh.
From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and the service was outstanding.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent, including the pools and recreational areas.
The food was also very diverse and delicious, offering a great variety to suit different tastes.
I would like to thank the entire team for their professionalism and attention to detail.
A special thanks to Katty from Guest Relations for her kindness and continuous support in making sure everything was perfect during my stay.
Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

I actually only came for one night, I got an upgrade and was on the beachside of two portions of the hotel. Everything was kept in high standard, Mahjfuz and all the staff were very kind and made me feel welcome. I enjoyed the gym and the great views of the sea. Good value for money(-:
The buffet was great but lacked some good main dishes for vegetarians, maybe itโs because I was there for one night, but besides that everything was very good

Location was fantastic. Sea is gorgeous. Great scuba school on site. All inclusive exceeded my expectations. . Great meals, coffee, desert. Drinks are what you would expect at an all inclusive.. Pool areas are top notch. Activities and various eating options abound. Employees are warm and helpful. They go above and beyond. Welcoming environment
for people from any nation.

Breakfast was nice.
The menu at the beachside cafe was very limited and costly. Many staff members were rude and seemed inconvenienced by any questions. Also, on the way to check out (yes it was early in the am, but still) I asked for help with my luggage. Waited 10 minutes and nobody arrived so we walked up the hill pulling it. Not a big deal, but frustrating nonetheless.

Usually the pictures are better than reality, but in this case; the hotel was beyond what we expected. And the receptionist with the middle name Saeed upgraded us to a suite because of me and my husbands anniversairy, what a service. And the beach, the snorkling there is amazing, so many gorgeous fishes. Ill be back.
The spa!
First they said me and my husband could get the massage together, but then they put me in a room with another tourist instead where the glasses were see through so all the males that walked by could see the women changes in purpose. A female "wardrobe" with see thorugh glass, really?! Also the spa was not giving spa energy, it needs a makeover.

I was able to swim and swim with the fishes!
The room was spacious and the people were super kind. I really was able to relax from all the site seeing Iโve done.
The Cala restaurant, Mohammad and Hani was super wonderful, I usually donโt go to the same place for a meal since I like to try new places, they made such a lovely vibe for me that I ended up going back.
Security Osama was very attentive, he saw me walking up the hill with my suitcase to checkout, he ran after me to carry the bag and had a lovely conversation!
And the breakfast man, the omelet man( I forgot his name ?), he was so lovely and fun, made me feel at home and yummy omelet โจ

What I liked the most was that my checkout was supposed to be at 12 PM, but my flight was at night. However, the receptionist, Ahmed Abu Khozima, kindly allowed me to stay all day. The resort was clean. The warm pool was great! The food was ok.
Entertainment program was a big fail. The belly dance performance ended up being more like a lap dance for bachelors than a family friendly performance. Staff were a mix of great and/or unprofessional. It really depended on the day and their mood and who you get. The resort grounds were unsafe and slippery. People kept falling on their heads all the time.

It looks modern and new facility
The location is. Lose to Soho square. Nice swimming pools and beach was ok with some coral reef and fishes. The food was amazing. Everything was taking care of. A bus was passing every 15 min to move within the resort.
