The Gafy Resort Aqua Park hotel is very cozy and atmospheric. These are white houses with national character decorations. Bright greenery, blue water of the pools, everything is very clean. Large rooms with everything: safe, wifi, air conditioning, TV, telephone, bottled water. Snow-white bathroom, light floors. Everything sparkles with cleanliness. And this is thanks to Ahmed, who cleans my room 1132. Good animation team Mody and Momo. Good food thanks to Chef Manager Husseiny. Thanks to all the hotel staff for my great stay. Special thanks to reception manager Amir for the warm attitude towards guests, excellent work and special care for everyone. I thank the whole team and hotel manager Khaled. A horsefarm „the stable Sharm el sheikh“ is just 10 min away, with a very good guide for riding horses. Very big restaurant, nice and friendly stuff! Mohamed best cleaner in Sharm El Sheikh! Just near the beach.

I like this hotels great location, nice territory. Good food and kids playground. I wish rooms would be a bit bigger, but it was good anyway. Room service was very creative. I booked this hotel for 14 nights in January 2024 and then extended my stay for another 14 nights. I stayed here with my 3-year-old daughter, and I can recommend this hotel for a long winter stay with a child. It’s highly likely that I’ll return next winter for a long stay or visit for a shorter stay during the year. I had tears in my eyes when I left the hotel because I felt at home here and made many new friends.?All the staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful. However, I would especially like to acknowledge the excellent work and communication skills of Taha Ashraf, Abdel Hamed, Mohamed Helal, and their manager Mr. Mahmoud Hamada, who cleaned my rooms very well and were always very helpful and friendly with me and my daughter. Pros: Very good beach, perfect for children. Good walking opportunities – it’s Naama Bay, close to everything: shops, pharmacies, coffee shops, ATMs, etc. Good animation – the staff is always busy with something and very good with children. Child-friendly: the hotel’s grounds are comfortable for using a baby stroller, the beach is very close, and the hotel has a large playground that is open and well-lit 24 hours, which is very popular among children. We met a lot of new friends here. The hotel also has a small heated swimming pool, great for children in the winter, and a mini water park. Although the mini water park is not heated, I’m sure it’s very popular among children during the rest of the year. "Arnold SPA" on the premises. I didn’t try the hammam, but I did take a massage course. They have good therapists and offer reasonable prices for services.

I think some rooms need renovation, especially in Cluster 4. However, I’ve seen that the administration is working on it, and they were willing to help when I wanted to change rooms. I have some suggestions about the food at the main restaurant (if the administration wants, I can provide some advice in a private message), but overall, I’m satisfied. The staff who clean tables and floors do a good job and clean quickly, which is important to me. I think it would be nice to have a children’s menu, because if you have a child between 1 and 6 years old who is "a little picky with food" like my daughter, it might not be easy to feed them. I would also advise lowering the volume of the music on the grounds and turning it off for a couple of hours in the afternoon, between 14:00 and 16:00, when people are taking naps. It would also be nice to turn it off a little earlier, around 22:00–22:30. But anyway, as I mentioned, I am generally satisfied with my stay and would actually like to come back.))

When we arrived in the early morning we got warm welcome from the reception staff, they gave us the bracelet and we have the chance to go inside the hotel using all the facilities even the room was not ready yet. everywhere all the staff was very friendly and helpful. when we received the key of the room the bellman was so friendly that in the way to the room explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. during our stay we enjoyed everything at the hotel, starting from the clean room to the restaurant and the food also the swimming pools (by the way the heated swimming pool was amazing), and a very nice sandy beach. very good experience and we definitely will come back

Misleading information for all mentioned information on booking website Starting by rooms, I have booked two rooms, both of them should be garden view and there was no any garden view, all rooms facilities are not only outdated but also not functioning, no soap in bathrooms, all towels are stained, ants and insects on the beds ( I have video) and all inclusive benefits are misleading also, for example all different types of coffee, orange juice are not free and you gonna be charged, many times even soft drinks are finished and not available and finally all juices they are simply water with very light flavors. What about the staff? Clear discrimination between tourists and local citizens, of course tourists win, very rude way of speaking and discussing either from reception, pool staff or restaurant staff finally food quality are not satisfactory for human being ( e.g bloody chicken not cooked), no refill after 1 hr of lunch or dinner ) and for quantity you are not allowed to take more than one piece only if you are begging the staff

The all inclusive drinks were poor. My husband was drinking beer, but the beer was poured from bottles that sometimes sat in the sun for a while. The pouring was also just tipped into a flimsy plastic cup and half of the beer was froth. While I enjoyed the food, my husband found it very bland. He expected more spice/flavour. Also although we were fine, some of the other guests were complaining of bed bugs. I would advise checking the bed before getting into it.

Great selection of food at the restaurant. Accommodating and friendly chefs. Beach and pool staff professional and helpful. We went during Ramadan in peak heat very impressed by their positivity and vigilance. Safe and peaceful child firnedly environment, perfect for families.

The front of house reception staff were compromised by the mistakes of booking.com our room and meals where not appearing as we had finalised on the booking. This wasn't a good start to the holiday quite stressful going back and forth. It was resolved eventually, we were happy with the hotel and extended our stay. Overall the staff try their best to make visitors feel heard and taken care of.

The manager at the reception, along with a woman and another person, were extremely rude and provocative. Unfortunately, they know that the hotel charges are non-refundable, and they use that as an excuse to treat guests with disrespect and very poor attitude. I was supposed to get a free room upgrade, but he refused and said, “It’s up to me,” which shows a complete lack of professionalism. The level of disrespect in their behavior is unacceptable. As for the restaurant, it was very poor — and the food wasn’t just bad, it was awful. We were basically living on green salad. Unfortunately, I booked based on the reviews on Booking.com, but my experience was the complete opposite. The staff at the hotel are extremely rude, especially towards Egyptians.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, but I can really see many great improvements and upgrades. Everyone is welcoming and polite, and I always feel comfortable here. Highly recommended!

First of all, because it surprised me in a good way, because the reviews on google and booking were mostly bad, in reality it was beyond expectations. I have a few standards when it comes to accommodation: cleanliness, location, kindness and professionalism, and I can say that I found them at this resort even though the reviews were bad and I chose it in the first phase for the location on the beach.

First of all, I liked the location, next to the beach with a private beach, quite large and airy. The cleanliness of the room was a 10, the boy who took care of our room, Mohamed, did an excellent job every day (cleaning, new towels, water, toiletries, even some small creative surprises on the bed). The food was to our taste, diverse, there is plenty to choose from even if you are vegetarian, and the kitchen staff was wonderful, we even made friends with them. Friendly and attentive staff. We had a room with an opening to the garden so we had peace to rest.

The resort is very clean and well organized. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Kitchen: Chef Saeed and Chef Mohammed Aqua Bar: bartender Abdo, Beach Bar: Hussam and Room Services the superhero guys Mohammed and Mohammed , the aqua park is fun, and the facilities are suitable for families. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable

Although the resort has a private beach, it is closed at night. The animation team activities are limited and could be more engaging. Some of the equipment used is old and worn out, and the overall organization needs to be more active and lively to better reflect a fun and participatory atmosphere for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the resort. All the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, which made the experience even better. The resort offers great value for money, and everything was well organized. The snorkeling was very good, and the sandy beach was beautiful and clean. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely repeat the experience again.

I don't like to give us one key only for every room also at the resturant if I want to drink water i have to stand with very long line
