Lovely hotel with lots of swimming pools. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive was buffet style, but it was excellent. A huge amount of dishes for each meal and the food was actually delicious. The location was great, just across the road from the beach and a short walk to the main area with bars and restaurants.
The Italian restaurant was terrible. You can visit one time for free as part of the all-inclusive but it is a set menu. The margherita pizza was awful. I really hope the chef can learn how to improve because it should be very simple to make. Also, the drinks in the bar were not great, no draft beer (at the time we visited) and the cocktails are not made with fresh fruit at all.

Foods should also appeal to the tastes of other nations as well. Also lack of snacks' varieties which was in main restaurant only. There is a guy whose name is Eid waiting in front of the hotel and he is asking passport as a policeman while each entrance to the hotel ?

It is located in the most beautiful area of โโSharm, Naama center. The location, sea and beach are very nice. I have been to Sharm 7 times and this is my second stay at this hotel. I would stay here again. Thanks to our friend Mahmut at the reception. He helped with early check-in. An extra fee is normally charged for early check-in. All-inclusive reservations are recommended. Because if you eat in the center, it is more expensive.

Main restaurant is not enough for stay capacity. It should be bigger area it causes long queues. Maybe other 2 restaurant can be a different area and main restaurant can be bigger. Foods should have more choises for vegetarian peoples.
Some old bathtubs should change with good curtains. Also fitness area is looking very old.
Locas with curtains were always full, it should be hourly reserved or smth else.

Is not a five stars hotel, Superior room size is big but need some maintenance and there is issue with mosquitoes. What truly makes this place stand out is the staff โ incredibly professional, kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, even when the hotel was very crowded. Their positive attitude really added warmth to our stay.
I was also genuinely impressed by how clean the gardens and pools were โ every single one of them without exception. The level of cleanliness and care was noticeable and appreciated. Security was another strong point, with visible presence and lifeguards everywhere, especially at the water park, where I felt the safety measures were exceptional.
The hotelโs location is excellent, and the beach is beautiful and well-maintained. A special thank you to the hotel for allowing Burkini โ this inclusive policy is very important and will definitely encourage me to come back again.
Our room was missing a third bed, even though we had booked for three people. We were initially offered a sofa bed, and after insisting, we were brought a very old extra bed with an uncomfortable mattress โ in the end, we had to go back to the sofa. I understand the hotel was fully booked, but this is something that could be better managed. Also, the room lacked enough power plugs, one wasnโt working at all, and I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The TV didnโt work, and the light bulb at the entrance of the room was also broken, which made it quite dark when coming in at night.
The food was probably the weakest part of our stay. It was okay โ not bad, but not great either. Many dishes lacked flavor, and the variety (especially at lunch) was quite limited. Breakfast pastries were below average, and although the outdoor barbecue station was the highlight, the long queues made it difficult to enjoy.
Lastly, the all-inclusive package isn't really worth it if you donโt drink alcohol. Snacks are only available for a couple of hours per day (mostly sandwiches), soft drink options are limited, and things like ice cream or slush arenโt always available.
In summary, this hotel has a lot going for it: fantastic staff, high cleanliness standards, strong security, and a great location. With a few improvements โ especially in room arrangements and food quality โ it could be truly outstanding. Iโd still recommend it, especially for families, and I hope to return soon!

Our housekeeper was trying his best even though the rooms needs some refurbishing ( bathroom ). Aquapark near by even though only half of it was open ( have been told that the rest of a park is under renovation ).

Aquapark was definitely unmaintained. Some bars did not allow the consumption of soft drinks without extra charge, even though my package was all inclusive. The cleanliness of the resort was terrible. The predominant protein in the meals was minced meat or eggs. There was no chicken fillet or beef low fat.

There is something to like in here?
This is by far the worst hotel/resort Iโve ever stayed at. The rooms were awfulโdirty, poorly maintained, and not even ready by 5:00 PM, even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM.
The staff at reception were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even followed us around asking for payment for dinner, despite one of their colleagues telling us it was included.
If youโre looking to actually enjoy your vacation, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It was such a disappointing experience, they completely ruined our stay.

Nice property, lots of pools that will keep kids busy. Best beach on the bay, only 7-10 min walk from the hotel. Water park is old but still was a lot of fun for the kids! Large selection of foods, everyone can find something they like. Lots of small bars scattered throughout the area. Taxi service and excision available for scheduling. Kids dance party almost every night and some sort of entertainment afterwards (dancing, magic show, etc).
Really bad internet in the rooms. Rooms are outdated and dirty (dirty bathtub, dusty floors, spots all over lights and curtains). Beds were clean and comfortable though.
You need to reserve your beach beds early (before 8) otherwise thereโs none available by 9. Dinner hall is overfilled during the peak hours and itโs difficult to find a table.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The room was spacious, and both the swimming pool and breakfast were excellent. I really appreciated having espresso and fresh juice available during breakfast and dinner. The dinner was especially delicious on our last night.
The beach access was inconvenient, you have to leave the hotel and walk across a street where cars pass to reach the beach located at another hotel. Also, I wasnโt satisfied with the housekeeping service; they didnโt take their job seriously and the room wasnโt cleaned properly during our short stay.

First of all I have to thank the staff for their amazing hospitality - Mohammad Ali (life guard) and Mohammad (Bar man) at the Laguna bar truly made our experience exceptional! Very respectful and very kind, they even helped us with recommendations and help to contact local numbers, their hospitality was truly unmatched, they always have a smile on their face and their kindness shines.
Next - Mina and Mahmoud at the reception were very helpful with all of our needs no matter the cost or hour, their hospitality helped make our vacation special.

The staff was excellent, doing their best to please you even if they speak poor English, but we managed it somehow as they were really helpful. I'd like to give my special thanks to Mina at the reception who was great at his work, Said the housekeeper, who made a fun decoration with the towels and made our 8-year old son happy, Mohammed the concierge, Said Farouk at the restaurant, Hussam, Ahmed and other bartenders whose names I can't remember. (They work all working like ants.)Gulfia at the front desk was great and the chefs who made a variety of food from different cuisines. The food was amazing.The resort so clean, entertainment in the evening, a lot of pools, jakuzi, comfy king size sunbeds by the main pool. We booked all inclusive so we could enjoy alacarte restaurants, Al fresco at the beach and Tex Mex- seafood restaurant at the lobby, both of which served delicious food. The resort is 5-10 minutes to the beach, there are some palm trees that give a pleasant shade and we saw some little reefs with colorful fish. It was amazing. Thank you Jaz Dreams.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mina super kind and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect โ close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was very nice and we felt very good in our stay. The room was very clean and we loved the pools, the drinks and the staff. Mr. Mina at the reception was very helpful as well. I highly recommend!
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but I think that is somewhat normal for such a big complex with many tourists.

The facilities at the property are great you can find whatever you need . The pool is fantastic as well as the beach . The staff is very welcoming and helpful everyone is literally working so hard to make you enjoy your stay especially Mr. Mina at the reception he was so helpful and friendly and was making sure that our stay is flawless. Thank you Mr. Mina . Actually all the staff was so helpful and hard working .
The hotel is nice and an excellent choice and value for money .
The rooms need more electricity sockets with different types. We had to unplug the lamps in the room to charge our phones and the shape of the socket itself was so specific and needed a rounded plug my charger plug was bigger so it didnโt fit .

The pools were generally very crowded, although there was one quieter pool without a bar that I actually preferred. The staff were mostly friendly, and the bed in the room was very comfortable, which I appreciated.
The food was below average, which was disappointing. The alcoholic drinks seemed watered down and had a strange taste, so I ended up sticking to canned beer instead. Another issue was the lack of available sun loungers and cabanas. Most were taken early in the morning by people who placed towels and then never returned, leaving very few spots open throughout the day.
My experience with the reception upon arrival was also not positive. They seemed busy and uninterested in being helpful, which made the first impression quite poor.
