I had a great time - staff is very friendly, professional, and always at disposal. Very clean at all times and flexible with asks from guests. Direct access to beach, animation, multiple pools. Very well located to key touristic spots. Very grateful to all the stuff, particularly those at reception, serving dinner, and cleaning the room.
I was unhappy with the taxi service offered by the hotel. They are over priced when compared to a local taxi and, at exit to the airport, they were trying to over charge us. When we said no, they were incredibly rude and purposely dropped us at the wrong terminal. I would recommend not to use them. Everything else in the hotel is great and all the other staff is amazing. Just not the taxi company that works for them.

We had the most fantastic stay, Iβve been fortunate enough to stay in many high end hotels in different locations in the world for me the customer service and friendliness of the staff here was as good if not better than any Iβve previously experienced. Our day always started being greeted by the happiest friendliest room attendant Monir who kept the place spotless it was always a pleasure talking with him and returning to the room to find what towel origami heβd left. Our days round the pool were made very special firstly by Mohamed Regab who sorted our sun beds and towels always with a warm welcome and smile on his face. Are bar men round the pool Akram Ahmed and Hossam were fantastic, very attentive and constantly kept us topped up with refreshments. We enjoyed bthe food in the restaurant always finding something to our liking the service from Remmi (not spelt correctly sorry) and his team was excellent. Our evenings spent sipping Egyptian bubbly at the bar were fun with Ahmed, Ismail and Mohamed keeping our glasses full and plenty of humour. Unfortunately during our stay refurbishment of the lower pool and rooms was taking place. It would have been so nice to see it all finished as the hotel grounds were stunning with the cascading waterfalls and immaculately kept gardens. A thank you to Mo Elsayed and his team of bell boys that were always willing to help giving a lift with the luggage and even a lift in the buggy back to the room. Lastly a thank you to Mohamed on the front desk for his help and facilitating a late check out due to our delayed flight. It would be impossible to thank everyone by name employed by the hotel for making our stay so special but the professional friendly service we received was second to none and so thank you to each and everyone. Like many traveler's, youβre probably researching resorts in Sharm, filtering by reviews and price. I spent several days researching and narrowing down my options based on reviews from multiple websites. Eventually, I chose this resort for a five-night stay, followed by another five nights at the Steigenberger, which is about 30 minutes from Safir Sharm.
Upon arrival at Safir, we were initially impressed by the exterior and warmly welcomed at reception with a couple of glasses of orange juice, which was a thoughtful touch.
We were then shown to our room, which, although very dated, was spacious and clean, so we had no major concerns. After dropping off our luggage, we decided to visit a bar, as we had been traveling all day and were looking forward to a couple of beers.
The first bar we visited was an outdoor bar, conveniently located just a few feet from our room. The bartender was very friendly and asked for our order. I requested two beers, at which point he offered a special deal, three bottles at a discounted price. I explained that we had paid for an all-inclusive package and was confused as to why we needed to pay for drinks. He informed us that this particular bar was not included in the all-inclusive plan and that all drinks there must be purchased separately. Not wanting to argue, we simply paid and enjoyed our drinks.
After finishing our beers, we headed to the dining area. As we walked around surveying the available dishes, nothing looked particularly appetising. The presentation was poor, resembling a school cafeteria. My wife and I selected a few items to try, but unfortunately, everything was either cold or lukewarm and quite unappetising. I should note that we are not picky eaters.
Disappointed, we left most of our food uneaten and proceeded upstairs to another bar. I ordered a beer, while my wife requested a gin and tonic. After taking one sip, her expression made it clear that she was unimpressed.

Very big and beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and kind. A lovely reef that you could easily see with the snorkel . Mister Jordian was really helpful, kind and sympathetic. He was always there asking if everything was ok. Monir was really available and was always watching out if everything was ok in our room. Every day he left us a towel sculpture over the bed, it was very nice and he was very kind and polite. Overall, the food is really good and was able to please everyone, including italians that are hard to please.
Unfortunately the main pool is under renovation so we werenβt able to use it. Another thing that the hotel could improve on is the animators, most of them were focused on the russians and there were not so many activities.

1,Housekeeping He talks way too much nonsense. Seeing that we are Chinese, he kept insisting we were Sudanese. Canβt he even tell by our skin color?
2. There were no warning signs on the beach, which led to us getting cuts on our feet.
3. When we first arrived, the door lock was difficult to open. Everyone had to try multiple times before it finally worked.
4. There should be towel pickup points at both beaches. Itβs too far to walk from one beach to the other just to get a towel.
5. For the diving service, we were required to go all the way up to sign the form. But the beach is on a steep slopeβitβs exhausting to go up and down. Why canβt they just bring the diving equipment down and let us sign there? We had cash in our room and offered to charge the service to our room number, but Ali insisted I go back and fetch the money. It was a tiring hassle.

This is our second time at this hotel, and it's truly a dream. Because it's so good, we brought our family this time. Mr. Jordian always welcomes us with a good mood, and we have a lot of fun. Mr. Jordian has a very good relationship with all hotel guests, and you feel very welcome during every conversation with him. He even remembered us after one year. The manager, Jordian, was incredibly kind and helpful β he went above and beyond by giving us a free upgrade to a beautiful beachfront, newly renovated room, and even sent us fruit plates as a lovely welcome treat.
The resort itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had a warm, hospitable atmosphere. The staff were always accommodating and ready to help at any time. Special mention to the beach lifeguards specially georgeβ not only were they attentive and professional, but they also took us on wonderful snorkeling tours and even explained the different types of fish we saw.

We booked the all-inclusive package and arrived quite late β yet to our delight, the hotel had already arranged a food for us as a warm welcome. A small issue with our room was handled instantly by Mr. Jordian, whose professionalism and care exceeded all expectations. He surprised us by upgrading us to what is undoubtedly one of the best rooms in the hotel, offering a spectacular sunrise view over the sea.
Room 2601 was maintained to perfection by Mr. Emad β the cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding every single day. The buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of dishes and changing menus, and the team was impressively quick and attentive with table service. Thanks to the all-inclusive option, we enjoyed drinks at any moment with an extensive selection to choose from.
The facilities are fantastic β from snorkeling opportunities and beautiful pools to a great volleyball court where we had so much fun. A special mention goes to Mr. Islam, whose kindness truly stood out: he graciously extended our last day with full access to all services, even though our flight was at night β something we have rarely experienced, even after traveling to many hotels around the world.
This stay was simply outstanding β a genuine 100/10 experience. We highly recommend choosing the all-inclusive option. This hotel is exceptional in every way. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable! Habibi !

The property size and concept are very promising and give you many options for spending few days of vacation.
The size of the room was impressive (large room, large bathroom, large balcony, walk-in dressing) - I was upgraded from DeLuxe to Premium, with seaview. The staff is making personal efforts to make you feel good. The reception staff is always there for you to try to take any requests. Impressive surface of swimming pools.
Although making great personal efforts, the staff cannot compensate the lack of professional training or clear standards; or technical limitations around the property. The room was poor technical quality with several things not looking good or not working. They fix everything if you ask, but that is not the point in a vacation. It is not a bad experience, but you may feel the property is little old and needs refresh.

The location where one can snorkel right off the shore.
Other hotel guests who step all over the coral reefs. Clear in-person verbal and graphic indication of this being forbidden right at the point of the jetty (not just at the entrance of the beach)is to be anticipated. A guard on the other jetty with wooden planks should help.

The resort is very beautiful with all the facilities. Staff is very kind and always available to support. Services are very good. Breakfast was also very nice. The views are amazing and very nice areas next to the beach. The location is also very good near to old market and namaa bay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always full of positive energy, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
We would especially like to thank Mr. Jordian for accompanying us during our stay, as well as the housekeeping staff for room 1116. The gentleman who took care of our room was very polite, sweet, and attentive.

The bed were sooo comfortable !! The room was spacious and clean. We had a pool view with a balcony which we enjoyed.
We arrived very early since our flight landed at 6h30 am and the first front desk agent was rude and it felt like he was done with his day. He still told us we could have a room earlier but with little details. He also took our passeport and said he would bring it back but left without doing it. I wasnβt feeling safe without my passeport. I went back and the new front desk agent was way nicer and gave me our passeports back !

Location was good, it has its own beach front, diving center is on the property.
The rooms and facilities are pretty poor. Even if we had all inclusive service, we barely could eat anything. Even to get a table and cutleries were hard during breakfast and dinner time, it was a real fight for our chair and plates every single time. Food was also very poor quality. There is a lot of room for improvementβ¦.

Remarquable staff. All of them were helpful & recommending places to visit.
I had a great time. The resort is very big offering 6 swimming pools & several beach locations.
I was treated like a queen by Mr. Mohammed El Sayed chief concierge, Abou Ziad, who offered daily gulf car rides. We, had many interesting chats, that I will miss.
The room was daily cleaned by Mahmoud Gamal, our housekeeper. He was always cleaning very well the room & balcony. He is also an artist, creeating shapes with towels, adding flowers.
At the huge restaurant, there were a variaty of meals, spaghetti station, a grill , drinks & fruits. I need to mention also that the staff at the restaurant were very organised & sooooooo kind, I wish to name all of them, they are always smiling,Bicho, Ahmad, Mohamad, mahmoud ... It was a pleasure to eat specially that i am vegeterian.
At the front desk Islam & Oussama helped also.
Finally, it is an exceptionnal place that I have to visit again.
The Very very loud music all morning and afternoon. I had to escape to the beach several times. The music is so old and always russian. I know that the clients are but there are other nationalities to take into consideration.
Besides, the taxi can't get inside the resort,not even to the door of the reception. We had to drag our luggage.

My stay at Safir Resort Sharm El Sheikh was honestly one of the most refreshing and soul-healing experiences Iβve had in a very long time. The entire resort is beautiful, peaceful, clean, and professionally managed. Every single staff member I interacted with was kind, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the reception team, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, spa team, drivers, and cart drivers β everyone made me feel valued and comfortable. The atmosphere of the resort is incredible β relaxing, safe, and full of positive energy. The views, activities, pools, beach, and overall environment were amazing. I especially appreciated that the staff were professional and friendly without being pushy. Even simple greetings every morning made the experience feel warm and personal. This trip genuinely helped me recharge mentally and emotionally, and I will absolutely return again. I will also highly recommend this resort to my friends and family.
Honestly, very little. The resort is large, so sometimes getting around in the heat can be tiring, but thankfully the cart drivers and transportation around the property made it much easier and were always helpful.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. We spent some time researching before selecting this place and we can confirm it was an excellent choice.
It's a comfortable place to enjoy your vacation no matter what you plan to do here. The room was spacious , super clean with a nice bathroom. The beds are comfortable and WiFi covers perfectly everything from the room, though the restaurants to the beach.
The food was very good, including nice fruits and deserts. The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. There are many pools. We came mainly for nature and that worked perfectly. The hotel has its own private beach with some sand for those enjoying shallow water and the wonderful coral reef for those enjoying snorkeling or diving. The corals and fish are beautiful and as good as at any boat trip. In Egypt the nature has opening times , it's 8-19 for the beach and that's fine. With some little waves the coral reef gets closed, but you can walk 10 minutes to the hidden (from the waves) bay Ras Um Sid beach (5euro). On some other days the wind and waves are the other direction and the hotel's beach is more quiet. In any case this is a perfect location with both options.
The reception is always at your disposal, no matter what hour is your flight. With booking. com reservation you will for sure enjoy your stay as we did. We are definitely going to come back soon.

Especially Mr. Jordian who welcomed us at the front desk . He was super friendly and helpful. Th hotel has a prime location with excellent sea view. Lots of activities parties and events. The diving center is great and snorkeling is available at the beach of the hotel. Kids loved everything and the staff is super friendly and active. The food was great and Ibrahim Naiem and Ossama Salah( food and beverage ) were very nice.
