Amazing coral reef, good food even for vegans, friendly staff
The reef: there are 2 short pierces to safely enter the sea, about 150 meters apart, you can swim between them and further to other hotels
The hotel area: huge with a nice greenery. Takes about 10 minutes to get from the beach to the lobby, I liked it. The shuttle is also available.
The food: one of the best we have experienced even in more expensive hotels
Animations: a plenty of standard activities (yoga, volleyball, beach games etc) but the team literally causes you to join again and again (it was my first time ever I participated in such kind of activities)
The staff: The whole animation team is super bombastic! Aladdin is always energetic, the girls always find time for a small talk with guests, even the annoying ones without an exclusion. Anna is always smiling and charming, listening to every guest, Jenia is entertaining and Nastya is cool, and all of them (forgot the names of other guys) are great dancers. Special thanks to waiter Mohammed for my latte on a soy milk
The evening program starts with singers followed by a local disco, but one can't hear the noise from a room
Family suites definitely shall pass renovation (doors, sanitary equipment, noisy air conditioners). But the value for money is still good

All the staff were exceptional professional , the perfect beach for snorkelling , crystal water color , restaurant food from all types good taste , The afult pool north 38 was perfect ...and the bar man Mr.Mohamed very professional . Over all the accomodation was marvellous .. sure to be repated again and again

- shuttle bas ( taftaf ) delayed and not moving regularly all the time .. except to be requested by the reception ..
- the location of the hotel away from the main way for transport about 1.5 km .. that you must request taxi ..or private car to get out to get atour ( if available shuttle bus just to the main way of transport will.be more than perfect .
But over all was exceptional accomodation .. we must repeat it again and again ..

The reception staff were not welcoming nor helpful; I asked for a king size bed before arrival as I was travelling with two babies they promisrd me one but we got two seperate beds instead and when asked the reception to change the room they told me we will send a guy to join them as a one which they did'nt and I had to do it my self.
The room was full of paint smell for the first two nights and the construction team in the upper floor were really disturbing.
I did not see the value of my money paied during my stay and I will not come again.
I already stayed in another resort in nearby area during the same period which was cheaper with a much better service and price/quality ratio.

The staff is great! Whenever you have a question or a favor, you will be looked after. Plenty of swimming pools. Some more crowded, some less. The food was really good! Huge selection and we never had an issues that we couldnt find something to eat. Theres also an entertainment staff, so if youre travelling with kids, there is a selection of activities for them to be involved in. Very tasty Turkish coffee at the bar on the second floor of the main building, highly recommended. Many bars scattered around the resort, youll always find a place nearby to eat or drink. The family room is fairly big, as well as the bathroom.
The air conditioning the in family room that we had is positioned right next to the bed, which increases chances that you are going to get a cold during your stay. (Happened in our case)
The bar staff at the beach need to learn some manners dealing with customers and pay more attention whenever order is being made. First case happened a the central bar on the beach (beside Aerobics etc.) where the staff member was answering to my girlfriend in an inappropriate manner, messing up the drinks and showing no interest or willingness to serve the client in polite and professional manner. That was disappointing.
The staff at the bar beside the diving center needs to pay more attention on what exactly is being ordered. We have several cases when drinks we got wrong drinks even though we were ordering drinks in slow and clear language.
However, the biggest disappointment happened on our last day of stay which unfortunately made us leave the resort with mixed feelings. A group of relatively young, male adults arrived at the pool North 38 and began acting like a bunch of animals, causing a disturbance for the other people who were trying to relax and enjoy the Calmest and quietest pool of the resort. They were warned verbally once or twice but that didnt do much. Then, they decide to start jumping backwards from the jacuzzi straight into the pool. Without even having a glimpse if theres anybody underneath. Luckily, there was nobody there. But if there was, that could end up very badly.. Eventually the tall man arrived, assumingely the Supervisor of the lifeguards. He had a brief chat with the guys who were causing all the trouble, had a good laugh with them and left. This went totally against our expectations. I might be mistaken, but if there is a bunch of young adults acting like 5 year olds, doing silly things and disturbing the peace of others, they should be kindly asked to leave the pool. Very simple. Unfortunately, it didnt happen.

The pools are great and very clean. There are pools for family, pools for kids and pool for adults only.

We booked the villa for 6, it offered small pool which was great. Every room had it's bath. Rooms were good and airconed the worm weather reall great. Good service all around.
The food is on the amount side lots of options and a real afford for the gluten free needed. But the quality is not the forte, and it was hard to find somthing really tasty.
The nightlife of the resort is not axist and nothing is to offer.

No staff service at the swimming pool or the beach , you have to go to the nearest bar and bring your drink by your self where you will almost find a queue and shall wait till your turn . the hotel is full of families and kids making continues noise so i could not relax at all. No music playing at the main lobby and the restaurant ( too law ) making me feel boring and hearing the others conversation and kids screaming continuously. the room area is less than what is written in the hotel description. lot of reptiles i saw during walking in between the blocks and at the walls especially at night .

I was a solo traveller staying at this location due to the 5* diving school located on the resort. The hotel itself was very nice, everything you need in terms of food, entertainment, activities and relaxation. Even when there are hiccups in your day the hotel stay were more than happy to do all they could to make your stay as perfect as it could be.
The first evening there was an issue with the water supply, this was not the hotel fault however it was frustrating as I have booked a premium room with jacuzzi and wanted to use it upon arrival. Despite the water issue the hotel manager made sure I was happy by offering me complimentary services and discounts on trips through my 5 night stay.

The rooms are clean, we stayed in the villa and received endless treats
A large and varied selection of food, full of pools so there was no rush
Near the bar there is a guy who sits with sand and jars and calls all the children to come and make jars with their name from sand we asked if it costs money he said it was free after all the children got their sand he asked for money 20 dollars for each
It's a very angry thing after all the kids were excited to come and ask for money after he clearly said it was free.

The atmosphere is amazing. The entertainment team is perfect. The best resort we have been in Sharm Elsheikh. Many activities the whole day. The food is nice as well. I will highly recommend it.

The place is pretty amazing and most of the staff are very friendly especially at the reception Mr Mahmoud.. the food was delicious especially meat, shrimp and also desert is the best, it was my favourite during our stay.. the seashore is magnificent and they have various pools but no affordable life jackets or swimming equipments.. the place is very beautiful over all and u can take some cool photos
We mentioned that we need a honeymooners room yet it wasn't anything special.. we requested to enter the room at 2 pm and they were very late to deliver the keys after 4 pm.. the room was very basic and the room service is not so good either, overall the room was My least favourite thing.. also the animation team is not so great.. I didn't enjoy much of their activities they weren't organized.. although we booked all inclusive we couldn't eat at the a la carte restaurants as u must exceed 7 days to be able to.. overall our stay wasn't bad but it wasn't great as expected
