We stayed in this hotel for our honeymoon and we loved it. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Our room has its own terrace and view was amazing. Dont need to concern about cleaning, its very clean and proper. You should definetly try Mohammad's pizza in the Italian restaurant. We will visit once more with my wife as soon as possible we can.

We like staff especially Mahmud from housekeeping, Mahmud from bar in swimming pool, and guy who work in sea like life guard. Mongolian restaurant serves very tasty dinner. And generally our stay was very comfortable and nice.
It was an unpleasant surprise that we had to pay for fresh juices even though we paid for all inclusive. In a country where fruits are so cheap and freshly squeezed juices are also. I don't drink alcohol, so I don't know if it was paid or not. Also quite strange that the baby cot had no mattress, just a couple of quilts piled on top of each other. A five-star hotel cannot invest in a mattress for a cot? Weird. As for the food, there's a good selection, but I don't understand why the sweet potatoes were always undercooked and hard.
Unfortunately, an Italian restaurant has nothing to do with Italian cuisine.
As for the SPA, one day the employee gave my partner one price, the second day when we wanted to use the massage, the price was twice as high. Very unprofessional and discouraging. The showers in the SPA are not clean enough.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff. When my wife and I read some of the reviews, we were sceptical, as we were going on vacation by plane for the first time with our 8-month-old daughter. All worries were unnecessary, our daughter was taken care of perfectly. The cleaner, Ashraf took excellent care of our room, which was always clean. Also guys at restaurant work very good. The pool is large and well maintained, and there is a bus to the beach. I recommend the hotel to everyone. 5 stars.
We had a bad experience with the hotel taxi. They didn't stick to the agreed departure time at the airport (20 minutes late). The price was also higher than we had agreed on the day before.

We had all inclusive nobody told us what time food is served to and from, also unaware of a snack bar until the last couple of days however it closed at 5 the food was not nice at all and they reuse left overs from previous days, no variety and the snack bar closed at 5 when dinner would start at 7. Can't get food after dinner either, not sure as to how this was all inclusive you had to pay for extra ice cream at the bar but the pool ice cream closed at 5... Cleaners kept forgetting to give us towels after cleaning the room and taking old towels this happened several times and we also called to make sure this doesn't happen again however it did.... Reception take too long to answer the phone and to resolve issues that are raised... Too many people selling excursions by the pool, once you book they expect payment straight away (I don't carry cash to the pool especially large amounts) they then pester you to get cash and make payment while we are trying to relax and enjoy the pool... Excursions were terrible, quad with dinner and show we had 20 minutes of quads (supposed to be an hour) and 20 minutes for dinner which came out at 22:00 and the show only had 2 performances... White island and boat cruise, the boat broke down 5 minutes in to the trip they had no back up boat which meant a local boat had to tug us to a local location so we could swim, we were stuck here all day without any update from the staff and we had to get another boat to tug us back to the dock at 1700. Wasted our last day my advice would be to have a back up boat should this ever happen again.
Also sun beds for the beach aren't near the water and very small section to go to the sea also very rocky and unsafe. If you have issues walking it's hard to enjoy

I would like to thank the staff for a great servuse, especially Muhamad Fathy and Osama and Ahmed in house keeping (rooms 219-221) for their friendly nature and help all along our stay.
The hotel itself is great. The food is so varied and of good quality in all means. The swimming pool is very spacious and it's easily accessible.
I would like also to mention the proffesioncy of Mahmoud, one of the life guards at the pool, for his quick response in saving the life of a little child who almost drowned in the pool.
I would also like to thank Ahmed Mustafa and Mahmoud Jameel who work in the reception for their great efforts to find us rooms that are easy to access without stairs.
Nothing indeed. But it would be great if there are elevators.
The hotel also should inform the guests in a clear way about all the activities and facelities in the hotel, for example, there is a great sea food restaurant in the hotel that we didn't know about until our last day and thus could not enjoy it.

The view was beautiful
The hotel considering to be 5* but its badly 3*
Rooms are very small not like in the picture, cleaning was very bad, the sand stayed in the room forever. Lobby and restaurant toilets are sticking horrible!!! Some of them didn't flash.
My kids got good poisoning in the second day !!! Probably fruits very not washed
Morning pool view ( at 7:40) looked like a trash. People start cleaning at 8am but breakfast is at 7am so you see all throwing things while you are eating - disgusting!!!
They did a boat show in the pool which means all oil from a boat was dropped inside the pool, we could swim after that !!!
I won't suggest this hotel to stay in

Different types of pools.
Food was ok.
Air conditioner was great.
Room was clean.
Gym was fine.
NOT suitable and accessible for family with small kids - no elevators and a lot of stairs in a shape of a pyramid - very hard with summer heat!
Pools - were not so clean!
Breakfast - missing fresh vegetables/salad.

it is a huge property with a lot of room to walk and do some exercise. has more than one private beach. a lot of variety when choosing foods. the pool has entertainment daily with no exceptions (and it isnt always the same thing)

First, the front manager (Mr. Amro) was helpful, which he solved the difficulties we faced.
Secondly, Mr. FAHMEY ATEF (house keeping) cleaned my room effectively every time in the 4000 department.
Then, food was high quality
Lastly, special thanks to Mr. abdulrahman (mini pool bar)
The AC was terrible and the workers at the early morning were also annoying.

Really the front office is the image of the hotel , I am so grateful to Mr NADER TALAT & Mr AHMED MOSTAFA for their kindness, hospitality & professionality. Every thing was perfect: the rooms , restaurants, snack bars , food quality and variety, house keeping, life guards, beach . They do their best to make your stay EXEPTIONAL. I highly recommend it .

Everything was upto the mark. Neat and clean rooms. It's a huge huge property. Well managed and good quality food. Specially the beverages section, very good cocktails and drinks.

The hotel has a comfortable beach. Also the pool is not bad.
The service was terrible! Every problem we needed to ask 2-3 times to solve, adding a bed for the child, changing dirty towels, fixing a leaking pipe in bathroom etc. They give only 1 room key for a family of 3-4 people! Cleaning also was terrible. A food in the restaurant was very basic and not suitable for a 5* hotel. Coffee was just ugly. Animation...mostly looked like a parody, especially the evening program.

Good location, good stuff except for meeting mess.
The room was with loud airconditioning and freezing all the refrigerator, the toilet didn't have a proper toilet paper holder, and the light didn't work in the room partially.
Restaurants in the area are just a time waist. There are no snacks in the area they are mentioned.

The staff were Helpful, food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) was good, facilities ( swimming pool, gyms and seasides) were good and nice.
The property is old, bad smell from sink in room, old towels and old bed sheets. No elevators, woods walks around main swimming pool is coming apart and dangerous. Very poor internet. No fix cost of treatment in Health Clinic but to be bargain.

We travelled to Egypt for 3 weeks, visiting the sites and spending two of these weeks at Pyramisa resort. We had a lovely time staying here- the food was great, the room was fantastic with a sea view and the overall facilities were good great coral reefs!
During our two weeks the staff here were great the housekeepers were very welcoming and kind.
We would like to give a special mention to R.Hassan who works in the restaurant, from the very first day he was welcoming, kind, gave us the best service throughout the entire stay! He really derseve praise and to be promoted, as he treated ourselves and other guests extremely well truely fantastic service.

*Food. No proper sausage or other meats for Breakfast.
Most meals left in trays and served at room temperature.
No proper fruits, only strange local fruits we did not know how to eat, they were not peeled or cut. Honeydew melon or bananas were available sporadically.
*Overall standard and interior decor is dated.
*Stench in building 2000. We were put in premium room in smelly building 2000 despite the fact that I booked the superior room. I had to insist on moving us to the superior room which was much better.
Building 2000 has some plumbing issues I think hence horrible stench, because cleaners were actually doing good job.
