Whole resort is located on a steep hill with amazing views, so if you have mobility issues, it might be not for you (for us this was positive - more calories burned and beautiful views).
Rooms are equipped with small kitchen area, perfect for self catering. We went for option with breakfast and we couldn't be happier. Plenty food to choose from. Breakfast from 7:30-10:30.
Rooms are bit outdated, but clean. Cleaning service every two days, so I can't agree with some comments that rooms are dirty.
The grounds of the resort are massive and impressive, great pool size and plenty sunbeds, never seen people fighting for one.
There is little free library by the reception and plenty of books in many languages. I spotted German, Dutch, Swedish and of course English.
There is a self service laundry room on premises with 2 commercial washers and 1 dryer and it costs 5EUR per wash including soap /detergent. There is an airer on the balcony however there are no clothes pegs (brings some with you as it is windy).
Overall very good experience.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi is only by the reception and maybe first row of rooms, so make sure you have some data on your mobile.

To be honest I was really worried staying here after reading reviews. But maybe we stay at a good time of year (Feb) I thought it great value for the money.
The pool was lovely, room was clean, had everything we needed, beds were comfy, little balcony, Great views due to it being up high. Staff on reception were really friendly & had security too. Little shop next door for little bits came in handy.
Lots of guests around we could smell them smoking weed. But even places like the beach stunk of it.
Great to walk down hill and takes 10 mins. But you have to get a taxi back up hill. Had no air con, not that we needed it, but in the summer months can imagine it being stuff. We also booked a mobility scooter prior to flying out for my mum, and once there the hotel said we couldnโt have it there due to no where for it to be charged which was a shame.

The two boys who worked there on 14th of February, most unhelpful un rude staff ever, nearly made me cry. I paid extra money through booking to add another guest and I had all emails and bank transactions to show, but this staff member kept repeating showing his computer screen that room is only booked for two. He didnโt want to help or listen.

Was in touch with reception 3 times and had to wait over 24 hours to be able to use the safe. The tv did not work and was hanging off the wall. Unable to slide patio door to go outside. Lack of furniture in living room. Toilet was leaking water and not secured to the the floor properly. Kitchen cupboards broken so doors did not close. Fridge was in need of replacement as nothing to stop things falling out of the door. Wardrobe doors didn't close and wood was rotten. Only one bedside table and rooms very small. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPERIOR ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT. SO GOD HELP THE OTHER PEOPLE IN STANDARD ACCOMMODATION.

The pool was great even though the water was cold. We enjoyed the parrot show night entertainment. Staff was mostly nice. The apartments and the furniture were old but can not complain for the cheap price we paid. Beds and sofa were ok we slept well every night.
We payed half board so breakfast and dinner were included. The food was just ok some dish were good others quite bad and tasteless. Some of the plates and cutlery were dirty this needs attention.
The drunk british group staying in the apartment next to ours waking us up every night shouting and fighting with each other.

The food wasn't so bad however I was struggling to find vegan or vagetarian dishes unfortunately. Really nice views for the ocean and mountains behind.
First and the last time I choose the two-star hotel. The cheap hotel unfortunately attracts people interested just to party. Plenty of drunk english kids or groups every night shouting around. We had bad luck with young kids above starting party every night just in the middle of the night about 3 am. I reported the issue to the reception and security but no one was interested to help or support, I've been told just to wait for a next night and if is happen again they will receive a warning from hotel...It's happened every single night, nightmare. I don't recommend this place for a family but if you want to hear screaming drunk people at night or party it's a good place to go...

After getting past strict security at the entrance it's a free for all.The complex isn't patrolled at night,Constant screaming, shouting ,arguments and banging. I was woke one evening at 2.30am to my neighbours patio door being smashed in.I had to eventually report the damage myself the next day.If your looking for a 18s to 30s location or on a stag/hen do this place will be fine ...

Oven would turn all power off, tripped fuse multiple times, asked for help from property, kept coming round and saying fixed but then would do again, gave up using in the end. I booked a studio apartment, not realising this meant a view of a wall. I had requested a sea view in my initial booking via message to the hotel someone should have come back to me on my initial booking and explained this to me. I would have upgraded. I said it to reception on my arrival after seeing the apartment, but they laughed, and they told me I was lucky to be near the bar, pool and restaurant. They could have offered me an upgrade which I would have paid for if it was reasonable. Secondly we booked all inclusive although the place was exceptionally clean, staff were nice and food was great the alcohol was Undrinkable. They served off brand spirits which were awful to drink they should have severed brand it was very cheap to buy on the island. They would be better off to stick with full board than offer all inclusive. The Laguna 2 is at the top of a hill with a very steep climb. They have a shuttle that runs twice a day. They should offer it every hour or two hours.

Poolside terrace is very worrying tiles cracked and sharp edges, I cut the end of my toe. During better weather the pool area would be great. Staff are helpful. There is a very affordable buffet for meals (if you are not a fussy eater, the quality is debatable)
Was situated in corridors echoing every loud guest movement. It was really hard to rest. Maintenance is overdue - the safe was pressing its own buttons at night ?, the handrails have rusted through, the fridge shelves are missing and everything is on a cash-only deposit, tv remote, iron hairdryer.
