Although my spa massage was lovely the Hammam section is very tired. Change rooms way too small and not clean (dangerous with water on the floor) some of the pools/saunas not working which was disappointing. Could be a lovely area with some effort put in.

A very minor criticism (?) of the room was that there were so many light switches! It took me ages to work out which ones needed to be pressed!

I would like to acknowledge the warm welcome from the reception team, particularly Adriana, who kindly facilitated an early check-in. This was genuinely appreciated.
However, there were aspects of the stay that did not align with the standard expected of a four-star hotel. Charging guests to rent basic spa items such as gowns and slippers felt unnecessary and diminished the overall experience.
In addition, simple in-room amenities were not replenished. When we requested more tea and milk, we were asked to come to reception, where we were handed one single tea bag and two milk pods. My partner and I stood there somewhat confused — it did make us wonder if the assumption was that we would share one cup of tea. I love my partner very much, but we both do appreciate having our own cup.
After this, to avoid further requests, we simply left a box of tea bags in the room for the next guests to enjoy.
These small details matter. Even modest guesthouses routinely provide basic hospitality supplies without hesitation, and these gestures shape how welcome guests feel. Charging for spa basics and rationing tea does not reflect the expectations of a four-star experience.
It is important to say that the foundations are good: pleasant staff, good location, and enjoyable overall atmosphere. Addressing these seemingly small service elements would significantly elevate the guest experience and bring the hotel in line with the standard it aims to represent.

Rooms are freshly renovated, very clean and stylish. Big smart TV with YouTube. Good shower. My room rate included one free entry to the spa which was wonderful.
There is a rooftop night club very close to the hotel that plays very loud music until 4AM on Fridays and Saturdays - I did not sleep well because of it. Also, AC was very weak and it barely cooled down the room.

Nice hotel. very nice breakfast but for us was not really suitable as I was there with my two teens who eat very little for breakfast. So it did not work for me to pay 18 euros for each, just to have a croissant. Food is generally very good and my kids did not want to eat anywhere else in the evenings, but in the hotel. Location suited us really good as we walk a lot when we are in holiday. this hotel is located about 20- 25 minutes of walking from Sagrada familia and everything else in centre. rooms are comfortable and the cleaning girls are doing a great job cleaning everyday and changing towels. one thing I really liked is that I got few bottles of water- so much appreciated, as sometimes I forgot to buy water for myself and I got into my room and I found every day a full bottle of water of 1l or 1l and half. that is really nice. The swimming pool is not big, but very confy. My son likes to swim a lot, but the spot is interesting and separated for different spa activities, so the size of the pool did not bother him or me. Is a SPA pool. I was first time in holiday without my husband- only me and the kids, I was a bit stressed, but I can say the stuff of the hotel made everything easy for me and I felt great. thank you.
I booked two SPA treatments. One was fantastic- with Sandra I think. The other one was a disaster from any point of view. I think this is the only area where they should improve to reach the 4 start standards. Not only because of my second booking, but they open last minute and don't seem to be organised enough. SPA means relaxation from the beginning to end. they should focus on this. I did not find SPA section a 4 start service.

The room was beautiful and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. The spa was relaxing and offered a great variety of treatments. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with many options to choose from.
The shower in the room often got clogged, causing the water to drain very slowly. The spa also had a few things that weren’t working, such as the caldarium, one of the saunas, and the second hammam, while some of the showers, like those along the marine path, were not working properly.

I stayed here 4 years ago on my yearly Barcelona trip and I've been dying to get back. The staff is kind, the rooms are nice and the location is pretty decent in Poblenau. The winner for me is the spa- you are able to access the Spinos spa in the basement which has multiple saunas, cold plunge, pool, hot tubs (altho they've never been that hot), etc. I love it down there. Always good energy and people hanging out- great way to unwind from the city.
I didn't do the breakfast this time- but 4 years ago it was great. They are doing a lot of updates to the space (restaurant/outdoor pool). It was cold during my stay and I had dining plans so this didn't affect me.
The block where this is located is quiet, but there are a lot of great bars, restaurants and clubs nearby. It is in good walking distance from the heart of everything. It's a good stay!
I love it here- I like how they are renovating and keeping things fresh- this didn't effect my stay, but maybe something to consider. The restaurant is still open, so that shouldn't dissuade you and the outdoor renovation looks like it should be finished by the popular season.

The SPA : Way to much people to even consider attending: small kids and large groups awaited in front of the entrance made us walk away from our relaxing time.
Breakfast: it was not good at all!
little to no choices, not cooked well for the omelette. So many people in a small room… Coffee was NOT GOOD at all and the quality of the rest of the option was missing.
Accommodation: NO WATER FOR AN HOUR at checkout time!
We tried to say that at reception , they told us it was only 5 mins tops!
