The food was not great. Nothing really for English. Very Spanish. Alot of fish and no meat. Found it very difficult to actually make a meal out of the food on offer. We ended up going out for tea. Also the evening buffet was served very late too 8pm to 10pm. The terrace bar was only open 4-7pm

Location is its selling point with lovely sea views.
Old town is only 5 min walk away.
Floor 4 and above looks over the trees from the sunny balconies.
Good shower with toiletries / towels provided.
Roof top bar area was good for sunbathing.
2 working lifts.

No iron available in the room or from reception. Recommended laundry services. No duvet available, reception did not want to know about my allergy to blankets. No tea/ coffee in room. Only had breakfast which was ok but very busy. If you miss breakfast (8 - 10am) you are allowed a coffee and 2 bread rolls till 11am.!!
Staff not particularly helpful, not interested to help when our transfer was late. Evening entertainment poor. Rooftop bar not open till 4pm. Safe key cost 9€ with 10€ deposit. Sadly expected better for the money.

Hotel is in a perfect location at the beach front on Old town benidorm. All the staff were friendly and helpful,especially Milleni who gave brilliant service in the bar. Nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Good value for money,will definitely be back. Many thanks again to all staff.
Nothing much you couldn't like,but make what you will about the food. It will keep you going. Could have done with a bin in the bedroom as well for the daily rubbish.

It’s ideally located in new town, not too noisy and has a fabulous view. Breakfast is decent also
Breakfast is busy around 0900-0930. It needs to have a better flow for where things are. Coffee machines one end with sugar and sweeteners the other end of the counter, oh and a toaster machine in the middle of all that. Move the toaster machine to the other end. This property also doesn’t have a pool but it does have a lovely roof top bar to watch the sun go down.

That the entertainment doesn't start until 10pm. Deni, the animation leader has to work on the terrace bar until 10pm - previously it started at 9 and there were things on like black and white party, fancy dress party, hat party, games etc, now it is all just dancing. The room walls are so thin, kept hearing the people in the next rooms. When the cleaning staff working in the corridor’s they are so loud, pushing buckets along the floors was so noisy, however they are also very helpful, but just loud.

We booked a VIP room, and it was fabulous. From check-in to departure, everything was faultless.
We arrived early, and the room was ready. The VIP rooms are amazing. Our room looked out onto the beach. The rooms have a fridge, sea view balcony, lovely towels, bath and shower. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless.
Reception staff were helpful and spoke excellent English.
The terrace barman was so happy and made great cocktails.
We booked full board, and all food was buffet.
