The food was really bad- it was tasteless, super basic and lacking any fresh vegetables. Breakfast is the same every day and does not offer any variety. The staff seemed nice at the beginning but once we tried to ask for more help to orient in the city they didn’t know much. Additionally, we had problems paying with our Revolut card and the staff’s reaction was astonishingly rude, lacking basic politeness and polite standards of human interaction. We were trying to solve the issue, showing the staff we have money on account, they nevertheless accused us of theft, not wanting to pay and threatened us with police. They were super unhelpful and after we tried one more different card the lady started to moan that she doesn’t have all day to stay with us. Absolutely unprofessional, I would never expect someone to behave like that.

Hotel San Luis was a really nice place to stay for a couple of nights, staff was polite and nice, and the room was clean and lovely. The best part was breakfast, such a nice variety of things, we loved it.
We really liked the place, but there was no parking, the elevator broke a few times and the views were not as good as we thought they would be. Anyway, we really enjoyed it.

Clean comfortable room with fridge - good blackout curtains to guard against the early morning sun.
Good continental breakfast in pleasant room looking out on to the harbour - choice of fresh fruit, nice pastries, cheese and ham and half-decent coffee.
For a traditional, reasonably priced hotel it could not be faulted.

This hotel is located near the boulevard and is the only positive point from this hotel.
The hotel has a lot of negative points:
- aldo we switch to another room, both were smelling to tabacosmoke.
- Leak of maintenance, cracks in roof and balcony and give uncomfortable feeling.
- Bathroom is for tall and big people far to small and the shower is very dangerous by enormous deviation in temparture during showering.
- Breakfast is very limited in choice.

The 3 person room was tiny, in fact it was almost the size to fit 3 beds. It was ok for one night as we were traveling and spending every night in different place. After this night we made sure we have more than one room in other places.

After excellent communication from the hotel we arrived for a speedy check in despite it being busy.
The room was small and compact but had everything we needed. When entering the bedroom it was noticeably colder than the corridor and the bathroom was even colder again.
The bathroom was very badly designed and there was no room to stand in front of the toilet or sit on it properly. When trying to get to the shower you had to side step between the toilet and the sink, removing the bidet would give more space so that the bathroom is practical. It also needed some kind of heater in there for the winter months.
The hairdryer was very effective and worked well.
Breakfast was a good selection of pastries, bread, cheese, meat and some fruit.
