The location was the best thing about this place.
The toilet tank was cracked, and the toilet did not flush properly. More than half the tiles on the floor of some hallways were loose, which is dangerous. Two of the electrical sockets in our room were damaged, so our adapters kept falling out. A sharp paring knife in the kitchen would have made breakfast preparation a lot easier, but all we had were dinner cutlery.
The fridge door was missing bars, so you couldn’t put bottles there, but they changed the fridge on the 4th day of our 6 days stay.
Also the fixed dish rack in the kitchen and the towel rack in the bathroom was a challenge for a small person like me. A had to get a chair to reach dishes and towels. I’m sure I’m not the only guest who’s just 5’0”. It’s clear discrimination against small people.

The pictures don’t show how it really is. It was not clean, bed was old and small, the place was under renovation and the workers were making noise since early everyday. The floor in the bathroom was inflated because of the water coming out of the shower. I don’t recommend it. It is not a hotel for that area in Madrid.

This second time was direct with the hotel, the room was horrible, the air condition was break and nobody tell us that. We move our date to fly back home sooner. The charge us one more night.

The room was good size and air conditioning was great. There is a little kitchenette that has nearly everything you would need.
The decor once you get to the elevator changes! It is quite tired and old decor. There are 4 lifts but they are old and quite small. The room decor is older and tired - the bed was ok. The shower was like a trickle of water , no water pressure. Some of the staff were quite abrupt, ignore you when you walk to the desk - others were friendlier.

There was no parking, not even to temporarily unload our luggage. The room was for 4 people and we couldn’t even fit the luggage, had to pay for slightly bigger room. If you adversely that a room is for 4 people, you MUST be able to walk. The refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom didn’t have ventilation and all walls and ceiling would get wet with condensation and the sink didn’t drain, that particular room was im bad shape and they didn’t have any more rooms available.

Location was great.
No free coffee, some bathrooms were not maintained well, and beds were very soft. Beware - the fridge does not stay on if you remove the card to turn on the lights.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 days. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Metro is near and very convenient for getting around.
However, during our stay, there was a fire incident in the building. Fortunately, no one was injured, and the situation was handled, but it was quite unsettling and made the experience less comfortable. Overall, the apartment itself was nice, but the unexpected event affected our stay.

The location was excellent. Right in the center of Madrid and felt very safe in the neighborhood . Bus stations are very near the apartments and it is very easy to reach any part of the city by using them. The metro stations are farther away with the exception of the suburban trains (cercanias) which was right across the street.
The position of my apartment #428 was very near to the elevators and it was hard to fall asleep because the elevators' mechanism made a thumping sound as it went up and down. A room further away from the elevators would have made the stay much better.

This well-priced hotel has a fantastic location in Madrid - next to Plaza de Colón, the metro, the train, a bus station, and only minutes on foot from many touristic spots. The rooms are large enough and comfortable and the personnel at reception are really friendly and polite. The bedroom has its own door, so it's convenient if someone wants to watch tv while someone else sleeps. Additionally, the rooms have tiny kitchenettes with a fridge, which is really convenient. They can provide you with a kettle (you need to ask at reception) or with a coffee machine (but you have to buy the capsules separately). The level of cleanliness was very good - they change the beds and towels daily.
Despite the beautiful entrance, the rooms' decoration is very sober and cold, so it's functional but definitely not a "romantic escape" or "boutique" place. It seems some renovation is ongoing, so this might improve. Also, the kitchenette could benefit from some more items (there's no dishwasher, kitchen towel - paper or fabric, very few glasses and cups, no bowls, no coffee capsules or tea bags, etc.) The street seems to be quiet, but our room was directly on top of a night club, so if you open the windows you hear a lot of noise.

This is not really an apartment but more like an upgraded university room. It was very convenient excellently located within walking distance of most things to see. The room was like a hotel room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. I wouldn´t have wanted to cook a meal in it and they did not leave any provisions such as coffee or tea or suchlike which rental apartments often do. It is a great place to spend a night or two in your own space. Quiet, with light, somewhere to sit and near various modes of trnasport - buses, metro cercano.
It did what it said it would. It is an aparthotel with none of the niceties of renting somone´s apartment.
