I loved how it was clean daily, easy access to all the sites, near plenty of restaurants and supermarkets plus has very good wifi. Perfect hotel for 1-3 days since it removes the need of transport by being in the central and has a lot of ease. If you are looking to be able to make meals then it would be best to buy utensils at the supermarket. Lovely women receptionist who speaks Spanish but there’s a gentleman who speaks English!
The only concern was the vents, it could get very cold at night but that is not fault of staff we forgot to ask them.

The size of the room was larger than I was expecting which was nice for the amount of suitcases that we had. It was nice to have a fridge to keep the food/drinks cold.
The A/C didn't work at all and there was no fan, so the room was very hot & humid during our entire stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and incredibly small. The room doesn't have a hair dryer or an iron - the front desk will loan you one for 30 euro (and give it back once it's returned) but they only had 1 for the entire hotel and it wasn't avialable when I needed it. Only 1 key was provided at check-in, so when the person with the key wasn't available, we had to wait if after a certain time. The bathroom doesn't have any space for your toiletries, so all of our bathroom stuff was on the kitchen sink or on the desk.

The location was the only good thing about the hotel. The receptionists were very unhelpful and inattentive. The room was very small, the pillows were very uncomfortable, there was no hand soap in the bathroom (you had to go in to get the soap for the shower) or even a simple hairdryer. The cleaning was also poor. The room was very noisy as it was above a bar terrace that was always full. Bad quality/price. I repeat, the only good thing was the location.

Shower worked fine, but the finish on fosset was an attempt to glue it to the wall, still leaving a hole, where water from the shower is seeping into the wall. The couch wasn’t for 2 people.
Walls are really thin. Could hear everything.
There were cups/plates/cutlery but no cleaning products.

The apartments are advertised as air conditioned but when asking about the AC, it appears that it only operational from 01/05 so we couldn’t enjoy it. We suffered from a sewerage smell in the room from time to time. Closet doesn’t even have a shelf in it.

Where do I begin. Wifi didn’t work the entire week I was there. When I asked the staff they just kept telling me they have to call the internet provider. I didn’t have hot water for 2 days. At the end of the stay i had no power in my room and they had to move me to a different room. Beds are awful. They don’t even give you dish soap to wash your dishes.

No way this is right for the price. Felt like everything was put together from 50 other buildings. Broken switches, A/C didn't work. Courtans were full of dust. There was a persistent electric burnt in the lobby. No way this worth 150eur /night. This is not a boutique hotel.
