The biggest disadvantage of the apartment is that a really loud german disco operates across the street (Bierkรถnig). And you can hear the music and the yelling of german youngsters in your room even if your windows and doors are closed. โThanksโ to COVID Bierkรถnig was open only until midnight (the receptionist said that otherwise it is a 24/7 party place). Only after that was possible to relax and sleep in our room. And many times the party continued in the apartments which was also disturbing.
Based on this I can only recommend this place if you want to party and drink all the time during your stay, preferebly at Bierkรถnig. If someone wants a family vacation with relaxing and sightseeing this place is definitely not suitable for that.

The neighbour to the hotel is a GIANT "beer-garden" that makes so much noise all day and all night.. We were on a working trip - and used the appartment as our office - it was very disturbing.
ALSO - the breakfast was totally useless... Because it wasn't at the hotel... It was 200 meters down the road at another hotel - so we never used it. That was so dissapointing. DON'T WRITE THAT YOU HAVE BREAKFAST WHEN YOU DONT?!?!?!?

We asked for a quiet room and I think that from what was available we got one.

The location was excellent. Even though I was with two small children the proximity to the German drinking bars was not problematic at all. We all had a great time and the Spanish ham bar just over the road was great. Staff were really helpful in the hotel and the boys swam every day in the pool. Loved it.
Would be nice to have the safe included in the price but not a big issue

The location is 3-4 minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants . The apartment was very well equipped and clean. Youโll find everything you need (pots and pans)to prepare a quick breakfast or other meals . There is also a under the counter fridge with a freezer compartment. Good size swimming pool, very clean (staff is cleaning it every morning).Staff is very nice and helpful. Definitely we would consider coming back to Jade Apartments.
The only thing that we didnโt like was the fact that the hotel didnโt had a bar/restaurant but they do offer you the option to buy a breakfast at a hotel nearby.

The staff are fabulous, we had 2 problems nothing to do with the hotel and they were very helpful. The facilities were modern and clean. The accommodation was modern and one of the best bathrooms I've ever had in an apartment. Extremely clean. Would definitely recommend it to couples , ten out of ten!

the shower head was very loose (looked like it had been siliconed on the end) so it leaked. i donโt know how but the amount of mats around the pool/inside our room was honestly unbearable weโve traveled a lot and never known anything like it. we travels by bike&foot through out our stay around Palma / magaluf and never once got bitten. :/

the building is in a very crowded and noisy street, with a German club attended all day&night long by drunk guys screaming and singing. Very funny if youโre into it.. but we had very difficulties to get some sleep. People were also screaming and listening to music during night inside the building (in other apartments) and the staff did not make anything to stop it.

I loved the service provided by the hotel staff. They provided us recommendations of things to do/see in Mallorca that were all exceptional. The room was great, it was quite big which was helpful for a longer stay. The rooms were serviced and cleaned well everyday which we valued.
The location was quite noisy as it was next to a strip of restaurants/bars. I wouldโve liked parking provided by the hotel as it would sometimes difficult to locate a talent spot on the street.

Really lovely and incredibly helpful staff- told us great places to go and where very accommodating when it came time our late flight and needing somewhere to keep our bags.
Breakfast is in the hotel next door but was very lovely and a good selection.
Rooms where very clean and had good air conditioning.
I wasnโt aware it was a party area when booking which came as a surprise but this is my own fault as I should have done a bit more research . There is a large array of German party houses up and down the street and a very loud and unattractive building right opposite which causes a lot of noise. For this reason there where also a lot of noisey guests using speakers to blast music on their balconies which unfortunately did put me off spending time around the pool, which otherwise was a very lovely and clean pool.
Itโs a really lovely set off apartments just let down by the surrounding clubs and party areas.

Due to its location we experienced some unpleasant smells from time to time, especially in the bathroom. The streets around the hotel are also very dirty ( due to the constant parties).

We loved that the room is actually small apartment with mini kitchen, living room, balcony, bedroom and pool. GREAT location- 20 min from the airport, 3 min walking to the beach, nightlife, restaurants and shops.
The staff donโt speak English but we managed. Also the beds r old, metal and making sound for every small move we made. We even woke each other up because we weโre turning in the bed ??

Its location meant it was the most noisy place weโve ever stayed. It is right next to a massive German beer hall pumping out incredibly loud music. It was also full of German guests who were up all night drinking and making loads of noise - making it impossible to sleep. I feel potential guests should be warned about this because it ruined our stay.

The staff at the front desk are always amiable and smile on arrival, which made us feel very accommodated. The rooms are clean, food was excellent. Tuesday night was Asian cuisine, which was our favourite. Swam in the pool every day. It was great that there was a place to put your bike (an underground garage)
We stayed here last year, and the staff were much more relaxed. We couldn't take drink bottles into the buffet this time (where we are from, water is free!) The door in our bedroom wouldn't close, which meant we could hear all the outside noise. It is right next to a loud bar which wasn't a problem this time of year but can imagine during summer might be an issue.

There is no insulation in the rooms at all , so at night you hear noise and songs from outside.
- The bed is uncomfortable, the sheets are very poor.
- You must pay a 10 euro deposit for pool towels.
- Room service is not good at all, for five days they didn't clean the kitchen or take out the trash , they didnโt change the shower towels when they clean the bathroom .

You can't have the breakfast in the hotel you have to go to another one at the end of the street and it's 15โฌ, too expensive for not being in the same building to be honest... Also, price-quality it wasn't really fair, I found it too expensive for the quality that provides... It has only the basics and it's a touristic trap.
Water quality, the swimming pool is way too small for all the rooms in the hotel and there is only one, the prices are too high, the apartment doesn't have much facilities, just a pan and a small pot... Don't know, for the price I paid I was expecting something better.
