The staff were not helpful when we had issues, staff claimed they don’t speak English (they did just chose not too) English breakfast was not cooked at all which myself & husband became very ill spoke to reception they said they can’t do anything even tho I explained none of the food was cooked and we still had to pay for it! Couldn’t order a taxi for the airport as the person on the desk said he didn’t understand English come back tomorrow the day we were due to fly home (I understand some Spanish) again very unhelpful! We had cracked floor tiles which were very sharp, cracked shower tray, shower plug damaged & sharp, paint was peeling off walls and wardrobe doors, beds old and very noisy, terrace door very hard to open as the runner was damaged, bathroom door we could not close as handle was broken, bathroom window had tape on it to hold it on to the frame, inside of fridge had rusty shelves, kitchen cupboards wouldn’t close as they were so old

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, cleaned every day, high floor, very friendly and lovely staff at the reception, fabulous heated pool, poolside restaurant where we had drinks and food. Room on higher floor with pool and ocean view.
Extremely noisy as corner room by the main street. Struggled to get sleep even with vosed windows and earplugs. I would definitely stay again in the hotel but in the room away from the street. Hotel was busy so we couldn't change the room this time

nice place, definitely a budget one, not luxurious but there is all one needs for a short holiday.
I was charged for WiFi daily. Really? In 21st century? That annoyed me. Also the hairdryer can be rented if required. I asked to keep my room for 2 extra hours on the day I was leaving. The hotel was far from full. I was charged for the pleasure. I understand they milk it in all possible ways but that is also off-putting. I like the place but I do not think I will go back.

Second time staying. The apartment with two twin rooms are nice, maybe a little dated, and basic, but they had everything I needed for a week self catering and the price was good. The pool was a good size, and got the sun for nearly all of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, without being overbearing, typically a nod and smile, from behind the desk as we left or returned.
the apartments feel a little dated and no hand soap or shower gel is provided, but washing up liquid and dish cloths are. Its not a massive problem, but hand soap would have been good in the bathroom, as I'm not used to bringing it with me.

Absolutely beautiful and spotless. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back. So much to do and see near there. Close to the beach, to the supermarkets and the nightlife. Great value for money. Had an amazing time. Very grateful to have found this little gem. Absolutely stunning.
What's not to like? The lift didn't work one day but there's another lift and not too many stairs. One way to the beach had lots of steps but there are a few ways to access it. Only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't staying longer! Oh did wish there had been air con one night, but that was it and coming from rainy Englsnd it was actually quite nice to sweat it out

It was convenient to get to places. Staff were very nice and welcoming A***.
The pool was amazing and warm.
Accommodation was a little tired and could do with a lick of paint to refresh it, however the apartment was always cleaned to a high standard and bedding etc changed frequently.
I will be booking again for January 2025 and for September 2025.
I feel this will become a home from home for me A***
Shout out to the lovely Giovani who runs the pool bar, I highly recommend the cocktail he makes (sex on the beach) lol xxxx
No air con, but I was able to hire a portable fan which helped.

Loved the location.. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was nice too.. Apartment was very clean.
One or two of the days it was hot there was no air con. It's a bit dated and could do with some modernisation. WiFi wasn't free. In this day and age it should be free

Good location, basic but functional room, heated swimming pool, good standard of cleanliness.
There was no hot water one morning but the issue was fixed efficiently. Few families with very young kids who started running around and screaming shortly after 7am in the morning.

I would like to thank the host for their hospitality. Especially for helping me call a taxi at 4:00 in the morning to go to the airport. The driver was very nice, kind and arrived exactly on time, his name is Carni. The apartment was perfect, it was a pity to stay only for one night! Good luck!
