The shower was fantastic
The fan in the bathroom was too loud. Space to store clothes and shoes could be more. Bedside table rather small, but USB sockets for charging. Little space for toiletries in the bathroom. But these are all minor issues, but still definitely a small issue to fix.

The half board does not include drinks at dinner, when I read it I presumed it was alcoholic drinks but u got to pay for a glass of water even which is fair but why can’t u bring your own water then ? Anyway there’s no AC in the room which was stated on the app so that’s fine u can rent a fan in the shop downstairs that’s located beside the reception but on the day of our departure shop was closed so they just kept our deposit and reception wouldn’t take the responsibility for it. The pubs around rly make it difficult for u to sleep at night.

Hotel is directly opposite a complex of bars with a lot of noise and loud music going right through to 4am in the morning - only stayed one night, but noise was ridiculous and got very little sleep - only stay here if you are going to be out partying all night, or ask for a room in the back section of the hotel

The staff is friendly. Please be prepared for 50 euro deposit during the check in. It will be returned when you check out and the staff will check your room to confirm it;s okay. Good location - close to the ocean. Great breakfast and dinner - the variety of choice. If you have half board, please expect to pay for all drinks (soft drink 1.5 euro, small beer 1.5 euro, large beer 2.5 euro).
Several Irish pubs near the hotel have live music from 9 p.m., which gets even louder after midnight until 4 am. These guys kept on partying and making lots of noise for 1 hour more until 5 am before going to bed.

Nothing at all really. Disliked the way we were treated with the lady at check-in. Not one smile or welcome. Gave us blue bands telling us we must wear them so they know we stay in the hotel. Is that not what keys are for????????? Treated almost like criminals. It was laughable really. Then a 50euro in cash deposit........... again laughable.......... then had to wait in the morning for the security to be radioed to call to the room while we had to wait at reception............ 20min to get the 50 euro back............. again laughable............ disgraceful. Man in the morning at reception was however very kind. There is free parking so at least that was great and it has plenty of bars etc in area.

Didn't like the night security they were mouthy and very judgemental one night when I came back topless after having my top taken from a bar saying I should have not taken it off ... they didn't listen and said I should be ashamed and more respectful ... dobyour job and don't judge !!!! Didn't like that people put towels on sunbeds to stop others using them and maybe turnedbup for an hour the whole day

The food was excellent. The dinner was always very diverse and had options for everybody. The breakfast was the same every morning but was still very delicious. Many different fresh fruits aswell. The location was also amazing. Very close to the beach and easy access to all the shops and public transport.
We recieved our room one hour after check-in time as the cleaners were not ready yet. We had to wait in the lobby and had no information when we would get our room keys. The room was definitely not meant for three people. It had one bedroom for two people and an extra bed in the kitchen area. The extra bed was very small, hard and narrow, resembling a park bench - not a comfortable stay at all. The day we arrived, we were missing some bed sheets and the shower supplies which we had to specifically ask for. During the week, after room service, some of our bed sheets and towels had big holes in them. The lock on the door was broken and we had to ask multiple times for them to fix it. It was also quite noisy during the night as we had a nightclub and karaoke bar right next to our window. The room does not have any air conditioning systems so we had to keep the windows open and the noise was sometimes unbearable.

Was very nice although was in the part that had not yet been reformed, the new poolside and bar area is stunning. Well located if your a light sleeper Teques a room not facing the bars in front of the hotel I use ear plugs so didn’t bother me.

Location is good.
1. A 2-star hotel. No hair dryer. Small bed. Shampoo & bath gel is combined and not good.
2. There is a livehouse right beside the hotel and loud music until midnight. The room doesn't block Any sound at all.
3.The house keeping enter my room even after i told her to come later. But it is my check out date. They are not supposed to come before my check out.
4. They will put a wristband on you Which you can't take off before you check out. This is the most weird experience i have ever had. I cut it by my self in advance because it's not comfortable.

Easy walking distance to the beach. All the complaints about the loud Irish bars…it’s not that loud. Myself with my 5&7yr old had no problem sleeping and Our room was facing the bars. Alejandro at reception was very pleasant.

Great location, some fantastic bars and restaurants opposite, had lots of amenities within the complex and a selection of swimming pools to choose from.
One side of the hotel backs onto the entertainment complex opposite, that combined with thin windows and a karaoke bar led to rather noisy nights until 3am but nothing too unbearable.

I was there for a week and they couldn't be nicer to me I was facing a pool but the bedroom was and front door were facing the British bars you could hear the music till midnight but then you would only hear people if they passing the second row probably would be more suitable if you have kids there they have a lovely play area for kids but I couldn't fault anything there all the staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned very well every day and fresh towels each day also the beds were changed twice in my week there
The restaurant was very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for every body but a bigger choice of different foods would have been nice but never the less what was on the counters was lovely the appertments were in a perfect location for the beach night out restaurants a bus station about a 5 minute walk aa taxi stand just outside the door to the left corner a doctors a pharmacy all together within a 2 minutes walking distance over all everything is right at your door step they could do with a hairdryer in the rooms aswell for the ladies

The receptionists were very helpful and the hotel is in a good location for Playa del Ingles.
Expensive for solo traveller. No A/C. No English TV. Despite 11.00-3.00 check-out/in gap (4 hours) the room wasn't ready until 3.45. Some appalling singing provided that I can only hope was Karaoke. They charge for services normally provided free (WiFi, Safety Box) and require a tacky deposit of EU 50 in case you steal the towels (what sort of customers do they have?). No apology from the Manager or even any contact.

The hotel was very clean and check in and out was very easy. The hotel was also within a very short walking distance from the beach.
An item of my dad's was stolen from our room and when we reported it to reception, the receptionist laughed in our faces, didn't even take a note of our complaint and said that simply wouldn't have happened (presumably because it was a low-value item). As our balcony faced the entrances of other apartments, we noticed that members of staff who weren't part of the cleaning crew went into guests' rooms to chat with the maids whilst they were cleaning, so I'd say security is very lax. The cleaning staff also let themselves into our room even when we hadn't indicated that we wanted it cleaning and when we had left the "do not disturb" sign on the handle. Just glad we paid extra to use the safe for our more valuable items, but I imagine whoever stole the item from our room assumed we wouldn't notice or report it as stolen, as it was a small, low-value item.

Going there in January felt like the right thing to do when everyone in the UK was freezing and blasting their heating - my friend and I just needed a spontaneous get away, somewhere nice and warm! The location is very central and you can take a bus from the airport for a few euro, which stops in close proximity to the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The swimming pools were good and the outdoor pool table was a good touch.

British pub classics blasting from the nearby Irish pub until 3-4am, competing with the same kind of music blasting from the hotel's bar. It is very loud!

Lovely location with a great outdoor area and pools. The room service staff were excellent. There were nice shops, massage options, and good facilities overall. The gym was small but well-equipped.
We booked tennis, but the balls were unusable. The karaoke bar across the street was very loud. Some of the staff came across as sassy and unhelpful. When we tried to move our booking one day earlier, the staff didn’t assist us at all.

Main pool area and pool bar was new refurb and was so clean and lovely looking. Bar had good selection of drinks on offer for all inclusive. Food was great all fresh and although there wasn’t load of choice the choice was good. Great location for bars and restaurants and the beach. Apartment was basic but it was adequate for the amount of time you spend in it.
Location. If you are in one of the two blocks at the front of the hotel be prepared to be awake with the Irish pubs music till 4am. I can sleep (after afew wines) but this was loud!
Also not sure if the wine or beer actually had alcohol in it as I drank it all day and night and felt sober the whole time.
It can also get very cold at night and the outside bar where the entertainment is gets very windy so definitely need a big jumper or jacket

Bedroom of the apartment have only small windows to the hall, near the ceiling, it is not enough air for a good quality sleep. Soundproofing is bad, you can
hear everything from the hall and the outside there.
