If I should state anything, it would be a good idea to make the place a bit personal. Or to focus on some kind of design. Art, literature, local history, interested themes, just something :-)
It great everything is modern, new and tidy, but remember people want to feel or see something too.
for example hang a few pictures in the hallway on the way to the room. Same downstairs where breakfast is. Or in the room. Use your creativity. ☺️

The property was fabulous. Spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. Bed linen and towels good quality. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. Great location. We booked a twin room which was larger than we’d expected. Great value for money hotel. Deserves more stars.
The only little thing was the rooms would benefit from having a safe to lock away valuables.

It was the best idea to go for the Hotel Quatre Llunes. Rooms were very clean and tidy with staff cleaning every day in a very detailed way. The staff on reception extremely friendly and helpful, happy to help with ordering a taxi and other things. I can highly recommend this hotel!

We booked it for one night as we were arriving late in the evening and didn't want to start our Airbnb at so late a time so we chose this for our first night in Santa Pola before heading to an Airbnb place the next day. Good communication via online messages as we were arriving late at night and we're using the self service check in kiosk, all worked fine. Staff very friendly and nice light breakfast range in the morning. Great location too, close to shops, cafes and beach.

The breakfast was supposed to be served until 10.30...we went in about 9.50 and there wasn't much food left to choose from and it wasn't be replaced.
We went out for breakfast on our second morning because we had been so disappointed...so paying for breakfast at the hotel was a waste of money

a great place to stay in Santa pola. rooms comfortable, great location with a gorgeous little courtyard and staff were amazing. staff went above and beyond a few days later after our stay as we had trouble getting transport back to alicante. they helped secure a taxi at the last minute to ensure we didn't miss our train booking.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Quatre Llunes! The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, making it a pleasure to return to after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep.
A special mention goes to Oscar at the reception, who truly made my stay unforgettable. He was incredibly helpful with everything—from providing great local recommendations to assisting with any requests I had. His kindness and professionalism added so much to my experience.

We had great time staying there, just 2 minutes walk to marina, grocery store on the same street, close to restaurants. Room for the price was really good, no carpets that was great. WiFi was working very well.
Windows could be more soundproof, it would be great if the coffe machine was available all the time (even paid) not only for breakfast.

Nice and small hotel near harbour and harbour pedestrian street with a lot of restaurants. Rooms are renovated, modern and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. We have been in this hotel 2 times spending 2 days each time. Will come again. Hotel has 2 garage parking places locating appr. 25 meters from hotel entrance costing only 12 euros/day. Will come again to this hotel when travelling to Santa Pola.

Great locals restaurant a few yards down the street towards the sea - "Buenisimo". Cafes and patisseries nearby. Plenty of restaurants down by the Marina and beach. Supermarket within a few minutes walk
Reception helpful in arranging early taxi to airport - around 35 Euro depending on traffic.
The reception is only open 9am to 9pm. Outside of these hours it is electronic check-in. Residents use their room card to open the front doors.
We found this a bit stressful as we had a taxi ordered for 6.45 am to the airport- still, we are old fogies!
