Great helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, organized and well run hotel. And one could tell quick its popular and nice, since so many guests were returning and knew eachother for years from their stays there (not from home). Nice peaceful location 2min walk from the beach and close to centrum. So you have silent nights but yet close to everything. Comfy soft bed, which is rare in Spain, but the 70cm wide/long firm spanish pillows, so bring/buy a regular "rest of the world standard" rectangular one at local ikea for peanut money and optimal sleep.
Nothing really comes to mind. Smart tv wasnt smart, couldnt stream from my phone and only local channels, but good wifi so watched on my phone instead, no big deal and its not meant to be there to waste time on the tv/phone anyways. To be very picky, but its everywere in Spain - the typical long/wide 70cm spanish firm pillows and omelett/scrambled eggs always so very well done its as dry as mΓΌsli. But its standard everywere on every hotel from budget to luxury, from San Sebastian in north to Gibraltar in South.

This is a lovely little hotel. All of the staff are amazing - really friendly, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was decent and the room was large and comfortable. Itβs wheelchair friendly, and there is a small pool (which is too cold to use in February).
Itβs a little further from the sea front that some of the other places. On the ground floor it is very noisy. We were at a music event and such going to bed late and wanting to sleep in during the morning but the noise, even with ear plugs made this challenging. I think itβs just that people were talking loudly and with hard floors the noise bounces around. It would be better on one of the higher floors. Not in rooms 1 or 2.

Super friendly staff, nice breakfast with multiple things to choose from, the room was clean yet a bit dated, same as the bathroom, but I expected a bit more for this price as this hotel is not in a super comfortable location. I mean it is by the road and easy to find, but it's neither close to the beach nor the Torremolinos or Benalmadena city center.
Very thin walls, so you can hear your neighbours talking, taking shower, slamming the door, etc.

Very clean and really lovely staff so friendly. Food was nice drinks reasonably priced. Rooms were very good. Nice balcony. Guests mingled in the evening and everyone was so friendly. Very quiet hotel no entertainment just other guests to chat to. Would suit an older person or people that love a small quiet and safe hotel. Only 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. Aldi next door which was very handy. I also asked for a kettle which was delivered straight away. Fridge in room. Fantastic power shower and very hot if you wanted it. Nice breakfast.
A very busy road outside the hotel but had a back room so didn't notice it to much.

Lovely clean, small, friendly hotel. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet and a good selection for vegetarians too.
Near Aldi for any necessities and also the lift to Parque de la BaterΓa which is only β¬1pp, free for OAP's, each way, and if you have small children well worth the visit as there is a large play park.
Our room was street facing and at night it could be quite noisy. Also, we had no balcony, but possibly the room was a little larger, which is preferable as we were visiting relatives.

A Hidden Gem with a Heartbeat of Its Own!
My parents recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldnβt not write a review after hearing how amazing their experience was. From the moment they checked in, everything just clicked. The service? Impeccable. The staff? Like a team of hospitality superheroesβpolite, warm, and genuinely invested in making every moment of the stay feel special.
Thereβs something truly unique about the energy of this placeβitβs not just a hotel, itβs an experience. In the evenings, the atmosphere comes alive with a soft buzzβjust the right mix of gentle liveliness without ever feeling overwhelming. Itβs the kind of vibe that feels tailor-made for retired travelers who appreciate a peaceful charm but still enjoy a bit of evening sparkle.
And donβt even get me started on the breakfastβletβs just say, my parents are still talking about it. Fresh, generous, and absolutely deliciousβbreakfast here isnβt just a meal, itβs a daily celebration.
Iβd recommend this hotel to anyone who values heartfelt service, a calm yet vibrant atmosphere, and a place that feels like a warm hug in the form of a getaway. Five glowing stars from us!

Friendly Spanish style hotel. The staff are really what make this hotel a lovely, relaxing place to stay. The breakfast is good with a lot of options and the food and drinks in the bar is very reasonably priced. We requested a kettle and it was provided almost straight away with a couple of cups. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and restaurants (but the walk back is uphill). We would certainly stay here again
Very small things - but the juice at breakfast could have been better and the shower gel in sachets difficult to use, maybe big bottles would be better
