The hotel has a very big capacity so hotel parking is not secured, even if you have an option nearby. There are not enough elevators and they are quite slow.

I stayed at this hotel twice. The first time I stayed for one night, then I was away for one day and returned again for another night. Overall, the hotel left a normal impression. The best part was the breakfast — it was very good, tasty, and well-served.
During my second stay, the service was noticeably worse. Both times we checked in at the same time, but during the first stay we were not charged for early check-in, while during the second stay we were charged, without any clear explanation. The issue is not the amount of money, but the inconsistency, as under the same conditions we were not charged the first time.
Additionally, the room was very cold, and the heating was not working or could not be adjusted. There were no basic amenities in the room such as a kettle, cups, or other small necessities. Overall, the conditions were quite basic and the staff’s attentiveness was poor.

he hotel is in a very good location — both the bus stop and the tram stop are very close. The breakfasts are delicious, with a very wide selection of food. The cleanliness of the room was excellent.
The extra bed was very hard (like sleeping on the floor) — it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
There was no kettle in the room, which made things inconvenient in winter.
Outside of the room, the hotel looks quite worn out and poorly maintained.

We upgraded our room right after the check in, as the regular room was bad (the view from the window was terrible and facilities were not enough). Upgrade was not so expensive, I'm glad we did that. We took superior room with awesome view and better facilities but there was really cold (I don't know why, maybe they have an ancient central heating system) in the room, like 22-24 degrees of celsius.

I like having he option for a swimming pool and sauna.
Breakfast had a lot of options and was good.
Rather quiet room and good neighborhood close to a park, the historical congress center and plenty of restaurants and shops.
Easy to reach the city center, rail station, even on foot.
Only minor things, since all important items were spot-on.
e.g.:
The room could have used a boiler for tea.
The mini bar was ludicrously expensive.

I felt very comfortable and the reason I stayed here as opposed to a hostel was due to some medical situations that required good sleep and I got fantastic sleep and good food here.
There was a little bit of chaos during check-in mostly travelers getting mad at each other though but scandic had so many other amenities that I didn't take advantage of that the front desk people talked about to each traveler. That held up the line maybe but I hardly cared. Scandic has so many amenities that its worth talking about them.

No bath robes provided to visit the sauna. Seperate saunas in the ladies and gent's dressing rooms. To go to the swimming pool you need to walk a small corridor. Only paid parking outside (in the daytime, even in the weekends)

The bartender at the bar on Saturday night was simply miserable, didn't seem to care, smile or whatever. He seemed happy when the shift was over. Bartenders are usually the center of a party, this guy was miles from that. Long check in lines and you should do smth about that. We waited about 30 mins and then some 15+ to get the keys to the room. That is not normal practice imo

Check-in took like forever with some problems processing reservation from Booking. I felt like I was literally the first Booking traveler in the hotel. Strange and not the best start. Also, quite pricey, so if you are not planning to use all the extra perks it has to offer, might not be worth it.

The hotel location is great. Walkabe to the main train station and overlooking the park. The rooms are perfectly fine. The breakfast was very good. I was amazed how well it was managed considering the hotel was full and the breakfast room was full to the capacity. I would stay in the sam hotel again.
Cleaningness can be improved. On the arrival the room was spotless. First day the person arrived to clean the room at around 4. We asked not to clean it, the next day it was not cleaned at all. And watching how the cleaning was done left me a bit uneasy. But overall I would stay again.

This hotel fully met my expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciate their support. They do not make beds it’s every other day.
The floor also is not swept every day
Our breakfast was included yet we had to go on the app to book breakfast time.
I did not like this as remembering to book breakfast was a mission after coming back from a long day .
Also there were no phones for room service. You have rung them from your mobile at your cost.
The hotel rooms did not have kettle which was not helpful as if you wanted warm water you have to back to floor 1.
Our shower drain was getting blocked and they did fix that immediately. Also we were cold and they did give us extra bedding
