Excellent location (close to the train station and the mall that has everything you need), friendly staff, especially the people who worked the breakfast shifts, very nice breakfast choices and we enjoyed the lounge area. The family room was spacious, beds were comfy, and we loved the light system in our room, wish every hotel had that. The bathroom had enough counter space for two. :) I didn't get to try out the restaurant or the bar, but it was a cozy place.
Cannot open windows (air gets stuffy even with AC), mold in the bathroom, Chromecast didn't work (we were looking forward to it), no kettle in the room, charging 2.40EUR for a tea bag and hot water from a thermos is wild. Had to put down a credit card for a mini bar that was locked.

The breakfast was pretty dreadful. The coffee was undrinkable (note I am fussy) and the food options were not great. I ended up having plain yoghurt and the chia pudding each morning because everything else was dire.

Breakfast had lots of options but was not very tasty - granola insipid, fruit choice limited, pastries bland. The coffee was terrible. Curtains were not blackout which is tough in summer for those used to sleeping in darkness.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the train station, Mall of Tripla, and Messukeskus. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety.
There was no electric kettle in the room, and coffee/tea could only be purchased in the lobby (a small cappuccino costs €3). I travel frequently, and hotels of a similar standard usually provide in-room coffee and tea facilities, which I missed here. Also, the bathroom felt noticeably older and more dated compared to the modern design of the room.

We stayed with children and a pet - a mini toy poodle in a family room, very nice and spacious.
Very kind and responsive staff both at the reception and in the restaurant.
Received a warm surprise gift for the pet and a specially designed towel in the room.
Three evenings we had family meals, very tasty, both large steak, chicken breast, grilled salmon and chicken nuggets prepared on site for the children.
Breakfast was good.
Good location. All possible transport - tram, bus, train. Nearby is a large shopping center with all possible shops, dining options, grocery stores.
It is nice but no tea or coffee at my room ,my room it very small

The sofa bed sounded like it will break any minute every time you move even a little bit in it. The Air conditioning did not work in the room and felt like sauna. We came late with kids and I tried putting it on the most cold directly when we came and when we were preparing the kids to sleep I started to think that it's not working and I tried to call to the reception number multiple times but it keep say only that it's unavailable. After the kids fall asleep I was so tired so I couldn't go to the reception anymore and also we could have not changed the room anyway anymore cuz the kids were sleeping and don't actually think that was even an option cuz in the check in I heard that the hotel is pretty full. I told about these things to the reception when we checked out but she just said " I'm sorry, I will let the maintenance know about it and the phone is locked and needs puk code so we can't fix it before Monday" We came to relax and enjoy ourselves in the hot summer weather and have a good night sleep but ended up spinning in the bed sweating.

Clean, spacious room, with a comfortable bed and hot, powerful shower; friendly, helpful staff (the service desk is open 24/7), and a hearty, well-stocked breakfast buffet, included in the price. Decent sauna facility, located on the ground floor but only open in the evening (16:00-21:00). Right next to Pasila station - with frequent trains to the centre of Helsinki, taking around 10 minutes. The station is located in the Mall of Tripla, which has several supermarkets (K-Supermarket, Lidl, Prisma) if you need any supermarket supplies. A perfect, practical, place to stay if passing through Helsinki for a night or two, especially if you'll be hungry in the mornings.

The interior of the hotel was clean, and the design was nice. The breakfast was also good.
- The bathroom looked quite old and didn’t feel very clean. The tiles were worn, and the shower glass was broken—about one-third of it was missing, which caused water to splash into the toilet area.
- The air conditioning in the room was not effective. During the day and evening, the room was quite warm and uncomfortable, though it got better around midnight.
- The fridge in the room was not cold and didn’t have any temperature controls. When we asked the reception to store baby food in their fridge, they refused, which was disappointing.
- Cleaning staff stored multiple trolleys in the corridor at the same time, which looked very messy and unprofessional.
- The parking entrance on the -2 floor was not well maintained and gave a poor impression.
