There was good furniture and bedding in the room, and it felt clean. Breakfast was fairly varied and there was a handy coffee machine in the reception area. The location for the Christmas market was perfect and the parking was very easy, at a reasonable price. I would recommend it for a short stay.
The room was a bit small and the shower, although great for the environment, just didn't have the water pressure to warm us up after a cold afternoon at the Christmas market.

All round super happy with my stay here for 1 night. Great location & comfortable room. Nice that breakfast is provided, only one girl was running the show and she did a great job to restock items even right before 10am. She was also very helpful & happy to look after my bags.

Friendly reception.
Clean.
WiFi worked.
Centrally located for station and cathedral.
Parking garage next door (recommended but not run by the hotel) totally run down. Had to walk up three escalators who have been broken for years (according to a local).
Safe battery low.
Tiny room.
Hardly any water in shower.
Shower head not adjustable to actually spray person.
No suitcase rack.
A/c battery empty & heater broken.
Single regular coffee pad for a double room.
Hot options at breakfast buffet very cold.
Only flimsy tiny napkin to hold bread while cutting=> bread has been touched by multiple people.

Clean, fair, well located.
The shower system is build to save up to 2/3 of water, and as result it's quite uncomfortable. Instead of a proper shower you only have some springs of water, which reach you quite colder that the temperature from the tap.

Love the location which is perfect for the Rederie. Staff were very polite. Our room was on the small side compared to what we normally have but it was fine. This was our third stay at this hotel.
We did find this time at breakfast that there was no orange juice or English breakfast tea left 2 mornings on the trot. Also one morning no scrambled egg, hardly any bread or croissants. Staff did not seem in any hurry to replace them.
Maybe they are told by the hotel chain to not replace unless they have to.
They have eco showers which use 65% less water which is commendable, but you are left feeling like you are not getting enough water to have a really good shower.
We were staying for 3 nights and on arrival we were asked if we wanted cleaners during our stay, of course we answered no it was not necessary, but we didn’t realise that meant we would not have our beds made. So if you want your beds made be careful how you answer.
Overall we had a lovely stay and we would use the hotel again.

Location, decent breakfast, parking beneath the hotel is a real plus, safe, quiet room,
Breakfast should be served earlier, room is too small, closet too small and the clothes bar runs the wrong way, lighting is not well planned, shower is only partially enclosed and you feel the draft and water gets on the bathroom floor, shower head only sends our a mist with inadequate volume to properly rinse, desk area is far too small, there is only one elevator and it is too small for the size of the hotel

Reception staff were lovely and so welcoming of people travelling for ANZAC Day. The room was clean and comfortable. Very close to the railway station with a large supermarket next door.
The shower head shot water out in all directions, resulting in a fine mist rather than a steady flow of water. Would be great to have a regular kettle rather than a coffee machine.

Excellent breakfast, lots of options both hot and cold. Enough hangers, extra pillows, desk, coffee maker, safe. Good sized bathroom. Underground parking in public parking below hotel. Staff was excellent. Microwave in lobby, grocery store next door. Easy walking distance to historic sights, cathedral, gardens, etc.
Small room. We had a twin bed configuration which made it tight. Two people cannot circulate around the beds at the same time. Parking in underground public car park does not have direct access to hotel, and because the hotel is on a busy street with dedicated bus lanes, finding access to the front entrance is not easy if you are new to the city. I think the hotel could provide more detailed instructions regarding the parking and luggage drop off/check in options.

Had everything it needed to have, and the breakfast was awesome.
It's very close to the train station (not a problem; didn't hear a thing), but it was about a ten-minute walk to find restaurants that weren't of the fast-food variety. Same thing with the floating gardens - would be about a ten-minute walk, though it was an easy, straight shot by car.
