Not as clean as expected, table top needed a wipe, some of plates weren’t entirely clean, no sharp knife for cutting vegetables. Noisy at night outside. Uncomfortable pillows. Not possible to check parking availability before booking and one way system in the vicinity of the hotel was very confusing. The staff could not help with directions but otherwise very helpful. No air conditioning.

This is my new favorite place in Annecy (we go every summer). The location right is on the edge of the Old Town, the air conditioning was incredible (we stayed in July), the room had modern amenities but still charm, and the staff was incredibly helpful.
I must stress again how great the air conditioning was. We had just spent a week at a nearby apartment with a struggling wall-mounted Air Conditioning unit. So to have this place with amazing central air and separate thermostats for the living room and bedroom was incredible. July had days at 32C or 33C, so 23C in the room was lovely. We actually kept it at 25C/26C, but we confirmed it could drop the temperature to 23C with no problem (experiment after the hot week at the apartment).
We also really appreciated a super helpful staff member storing our luggage and prioritizing cleaning our room since we arrived quite early. He went above and beyond.
Separate toilet and shower room was a nice touch, and the mini kitchen was convenient.
We will stay here on every future trip. I can't say enough how much we loved it (especially after quite imperfect stays at both hotels and apartments nearby).
Love this place.
We were on the 6th floor I think and facing the road. So there was outside noise. Some was construction, so that is I'm sure rare and can't be stopped by even the best windows. But we did hear some traffic too. So I would probably request a room facing the garden or away from the road. Hopefully, they have 1-bedrooms in that direction. Also you'll need to reserve parking ahead of time or use a nearby public lot. We used the lake parking since we had been in an apartment that direction. This hotel suggested the postal parking I believe.
Obviously, I wish it was a little cheaper, but it's worth the money. For sure.

The air conditioning system is centralised and doesn't offer much settings. Personal preference is not to have AC blow on me when sleeping. Slowing down the fan helped a bit.

This is an apparthotel very well located near the old Annecy town. The room was equipped with a coffee machine, a stove top and a small fridge. However, while the room itself was pretty clean, the balcony wasn't which was a bit of a dissapointment. But, somehow, this is kind of expected for an apparthotel. When arrived at the hotel at about 6 pm there was nobody there, the door was closed and we felt lost - after a long flight of more than 10 hours and a long drive from Zurich. We tried to call from our mobile phone but did not succeed. Then a guest came out of the door and agreed to help us - we were lucky , the guest called for us a local number, someone replied but was not very kind although we spoke French. We looked for the key according to his instructions inside the building and could not find the location of the box - only later in the conversation it turned out there was a machine outside the building, the hotel clerk did not say so from the beginning but seemed rather upset all the time as if we did something wrong and wasted his time.

Unfortunately the hotel had a mecanic problem with the central heater and there no hot water in all the building for two days. The director of the facility was on holidays and his staff was helpless. We had a 50% discount for the two days without hot water.

Nice, modern apartment in the middle of the old town of Annecy. Right behind the church, so it tends to be quiet at nicht. The have different style rooms, and I picked the modern version which was a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it.
Also great if you are travelling with your dog: They were very friendly, and it was no problem that we had a large dog.
Very comfortable bed, and nice sheets and pillows.
Make sure to reserve parking in advance, though, becuase it fills up fast.

The photos in the ad do not do justice to the studio apartment -- the room was so much nicer! It seemed newly renovated, clean, bright, and so comfortable. We loved the windows that opened up to a courtyard near a church. There were gardens and people walking dogs. The location of the apartment is perfect - a ten or less minute walk from the main train station, and then just a few steps away from the "old town", restaurants, shops, and lovely Annecy Lake. We did a load laundry too!

The breakfast was well worth what they charged with a good selection of different foods. Location was excellent and felt safe. Bed and pillows were comfortable although the comforter was a bit heavy for summer. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Location was excellent, right at the edge of the old town. Room was nicely furnished and clean. We didn't cook, so I can't comment on the kitchen furnishings.
Parking on site was limited, and there were no spaces available. We were able to park temporarily to unload our bags. They provided a voucher for free parking from 7pm.to 8am at the Poste Parking structure just two blocks away.

Very clean in a wonderful location and private parking. Fridge with freezer and a safe were much appreciated! Very nice staff. Good mattress!
A studio was all that was left at the time we booked and it was truly the smallest studio we have ever stayed in. If you are traveling light it’s very doable and not a problem. We had two regular sized suitcases and had to slide the table way over and open them one at a time. Again, the apartment itself was cozy, comfortable and clean!

Good to have a bit more space to spread out in the 1 bedroom apartment. Dining table was helpful for meals and study. Excellent location close to old town.
Tiny toilet room and stairs from kitchen/dining area to bedroom/bathroom area might be tricky for some guests. Harsh instructions/penalties about cleaning kitchen area left made me somewhat reluctant to use the kitchen.

This place is located near landmark and not far from center station. The facility inside the room is proper. There has elevator, which is convenient. We can leave the luggage until evening. The staff very friendly and good hospitality. We paid extra for breakfast which is good taste and quality.
The restroom at the reception not easy to access.

Spacious apartment with a balcony, right in the heart of old town. Close to many sites, the lake and the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Originally we we chose not to include the breakfast because we so close to many cafes but it was rainy and cold the first two mornings so we stayed in and enjoyed the basic breakfast items provided. Pastries, toast, crepes, cereal, fresh fruit (if you got there early) nuts, cheeses, salami, yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, coffee & milk. We also thought the price of €13 per person was a good value compared to other hotels we had previously stated at with the same menu. We also took advatange of the laundrey facility but thought those prices were high. €4 for wash & €3 for the dryer. These could handle only medium size loads so ended up having to purchae more tokens. The staff let us store our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the one day of sunshine a little longer before our departure.
Due to lack of parking at the faciliy, when had to park several blocks away. Lack of english channels on the TV and streaming was not working on either TV. The wifi was very weak and buffered so much, I ended up just using my phones hot spot data for our wifi. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom which is kinda nice when your trying to get ready and your spouse wants to use it but they put it on the other side of the apartment so you had to walk a bit to get to it from the bedroom but it was convenient to the living room/kit hen area. This is an old building that has been renovated.nicely but has a lot of uneven floors which almost tripped us a few times

The location was perfect for exploring the old city section of Annecy. we enjoyed the shops and the restaurants throughout the old section. Having a parking spot at the hotel made it so very easy.

I like that this place was really just close to the Christmas market, the main attraction area and a lot of places to eat. It was overwhelming too if you come when there’s like the bigger farmers market of just vendors. But if you’re here for that, this place is a great location.

They had to cancel my booking due to problems with running water in the facility, but took care of everything and made a booking for me and my family in a hotel two streets away, without any extra cost.
Not their fault but google maps "thinks" its street is for pedestrians only and I had trouble reaching its parking.
