Victoire, who checked us in, carried my small bag upstairs for me, and spoke perfect "American" English which she learned during a stay in the States. Cecile also went out of her way for us in many ways. It was refreshing to feel so cared for. Our room was large, even for three adults, very clean and updated. Also, my husband enjoyed the spa, while our adult son and I took in a breath-taking sunset over the ancient amphitheater, seated at the Sunset Arles rooftop bar while enjoying well-priced drinks and demi-saucisson. The breakfast was also enjoyable in a quiet courtyard setting. We hope to return!

The location is superb and we had a fabulous view from the balcony. The Cafe/ bar downstairs was really convenient for coffee. I especially appreciated Noah and Joaquin who were such pleasant, hard working young men and who helped with our bags up the stairs - very much appreciated! And the spa was great.

The service she provided was really appreciated, and exceptional. We also thought the man who ran the ice cream/cafe/bar downstairs was really great. The roof terrace and spa were also brilliant. Thank you. We had a lovely time.
The breakfast wasn't very nice. You also need a safe space to put people's bags when they check out. It's not safe to leave them in view & in easy reach of the public. Especially if people have a long way to get their cars, or need to leave bags at the hotel while they enjoy Arles after checking out early. A small lockable room is all thats needed, or enough space behind the counter. Thank you.

The spa is not too big but amazing. The steam room is quite decent and the pool offers a great view on the arena. The room has a big bathroom with a shower in the bathtub which for my size feels a bit small but more than good for what I needed. The bed is comfy and the airco did a good job during the heatwave (38ºC) and got is nice and cool. The garden offers a calm haven within the inner centre.
The hotel is perfectly located on the corner between the Roman theater and arena. No noise from the street could be heard from my room (garden view).
The room key has a hanger which is a bit big to cary around in pockets or small purses.

The Spa was great and the food good. The hotel was ideally situated between the arena and theatre and we walked to the archeological museum and Alyscamps. We travel by train and found it a reasonable distance to walk from the train station and we are both over 60 (we are quite experienced rail travellers though).

Location literally could not be better! It is literally between the two main Roman sites in town, the arena and the amphitheater, and was a stones throw from both. The room was very artsy, loved the artwork and the local origins of it.
The absolute best part of this hotel is the staff. They were so kind and helpful and generous. I relied on them to all speak English and they were all fluent. I can’t say enough about them.

The hotel is located next to the Roman Arena, in an old part of Arles not easily accessed by car. The neighborhood is beautiful and fascinating, with many excellent restaurants. The rooms are air conditioned which was refreshing in the July heat. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet for 16€/person. This includes an espresso machine that makes many coffee drinks, an orange juicer, lots of delicious pastries, yogurts, cheeses, ham, an egg boiling machine, and some fruit. There are also a la carte items at a lower price. The spa (a steam room and a pool with bubble jets) was nice, but not especially chic. Most staff (not the manager) were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is not nicely designed: the decor is cluttered and tacky.
We found communication with some staff, particularly one person who we assumed to be the manager, to be fraught with confusion. This person seemed annoyed by us, and often didn’t fully listen to our questions before providing imprecise and incomplete information.
When we booked our room, we were told us that we would have to park at the nearby Parking du Centre, and walk with our luggage to the hotel because dropping it off would be too difficult. The walk from the garage took 10 mins. It was uphill, and for us, it was in 92F heat. This is considerably challenging for people with heavy luggage or those who are not physically fit or able-bodied. When we got there, we saw others getting dropped off at the door and waiting for taxis in the lobby. We were extremely tired and hot, and found the gap between what we were told to do and what was actually possible to be frustrating.
Parking was our biggest problem. We tried to book parking ahead of time in the previously mentioned garage. But it was not clearly explained how we make use of the parking pass. We didn’t initially understand, for example, that we were supposed to use the pass to get in and out. Because of this, we ended up having to double pay for one night. The garage was full on our second day. So we parked on the street. Seeing no municipal signs prohibiting this, we paid for overnight parking. The next morning, our car had been towed.
We believe that the unfortunate parts of our stay could have been avoided with clearer communication. Perhaps the hotel should put together a small brochure about how to use the parking pass, what to do if the garage is full, and how to avoid getting towed. Consequently, even though the hotel is nice enough, we don’t think we would stay here again. It was too stressful and we didn’t feel as though we were treated respectfully.

Lovely staff and great location across the street from the Roman Arena and Amphitheater. Our room (#4) had a balcony and was perfect for our needs. The hotel serves a good breakfast in the courtyard and you can eat / drink during the day at the bar located near the hotel entrance. There is a small rooftop bar as well which was a great way to wind down after exploring all day. Very happy with our stay and would certainly return.
Only issue we could see with older travelers would be lack of a lift to bring luggage to your room. However, the staff was more than happy to assist as needed.

We were too early to check in so we chatted with Cecilia, the owner. I told her that we had stayed there over 20 years ago and loved it. She upgraded our room from what I had booked. We took advantage of the beautiful spa that afternoon and both had massages. The masseuse was very good and the spa was very relaxing.
I wish we could have spent more time at the hotel. We met a friend in nearby St. Remy both days so didn't get to enjoy our room and hotel as much. I wish the spa tub was a little hotter.

There was really no lobby per se and everyone was very busy all the time. The servers were not very nice or accommodating and in general the ambiance was not pleasant.

Location was perfect, our window was overlooking the Roman Theater. Many restaurants close by to choose, although lunch was excellent at the hotel. The hotel is in the heart of all of the attractions, especially the Arena. Welcoming staff and enjoyed the spa.
