The room was quite small, though well equipped, but the bathroom was tiny. A tall or large person would find the space restricting. I would want much more space if staying more than one night.

Fantastic location just out of Avignon. A haven of tranquility. Well run with friendly, helpful staff. The extra highlight was exceptional food. In fact best Tarte aux Pommes ever tasted. Stayed 2 nights during long tour of France.very relaxing with pretty outside eating area beautifully lit at night.

The shower made it difficult to keep the rest of the room dry. A fan of some sort would help the steam and a lip on the edge of the shower might help contain the water from going outside the shower.

A lovely hotel, with a family atmosphere. The staff is friendly, warm, helpful and speaks English. Excellent location on Barthelasse Island in a rural area only 10 minutes from Avignon.
Pleasant rooms, good breakfast and excellent dinner.
The patio outside is completely magical, covered in plants and an old farmhouse in the background.

The welcome and introduction were excellent. All the necessary information was given before I had to ask.
The room was tastefully decorated and had a kettle with a selection of teas. The bed had a larger choice of pillows and cushions that most people would really need and there was also a mosquito net above though I didn't find it necessary.
The restaurant served a good selection of dishes and the price was as expected for quality ingredients.
Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty to choose from.
There really wasn't anything to dislike. It's a very well run hotel.

Although only 5 minutes from Avignon this little gem feels like you’re in the countryside. Everything had been thought of, from a kettle in the room, to light blankets for the bed and a very well equipped bathroom including a hairdryer.

Lovely Boutique hotel just outside the city of Avignon. We arrived super early and Receptionist spoke great English and helped direct us to free parking and shuttle into town. She was so cheerful and a great help. Small but Comfortable room with everything you need. Very comfy bed and pillow. Pool was an added bonus at the end of a very hot day with plenty of loungers in the shade. Lovely terrace area for dinner. Serve beautiful chocolate desert which I ordered on both nights

Fantastic location, just outside Avignon & within easy reach of Chateauneuf de Pape. You do need a car though, no regular public transport to the site. Free parking on the outskirts of Avignon, we asked a fellow guest and they had paid €25 for a taxi which would have been the alternative.
We ate at the hotel on our second night, which was simply fantastic!
Nice pool area, well kept garden & lots of free parking on the site.
Our only complaint was the room. The bathroom was exceptionally small, you had to open the shower door to be able to sit on the loo, anyone who wasn’t 100% physically mobile wouldn’t have been able to use the toilet.
Only one working plug socket, next to the bathroom sink, made charging difficult & the very small kettle (one cup at a time) also had to be plugged in there. Not the end of the world but would have liked proper crockery rather than paper cups for our morning cup of tea in the room.

Terrific food!! Very quiet, peaceful - the pool is lovely. Staff super nice and helpful. Very accommodating for our dog, but no dogs were annoying, so everyone was very happy. The dinner is EXCELLENT value for money, and the outdoor seating area is very pleasant. Parking was also easy. And was a great location to visit several towns, easily.

Place exudes romantic Provencal atmosphere. Staff accommodated our delayed arrival and, yielding to our pleas, put together a cheese and fruit plate as we missed dinner. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely out on terrace. Pool looked secluded and tempting but didn't get to take a swim.
Room was tiny. The hotel is located far out in the country from Avignon and without GPS would have been impossible to find in the dark. Not remotely near any outside restaurants. Staff was a bit rigid but did come through to meet our needs.

Excellent, welcoming staff on reception. Great start to the stay. Brilliant English. Charming, comfortable room. Very good meal in the restaurant.
The toilet was right on top of the shower. I am tiny and my husband very slim, but goodness knows how you would cope if you were larger.

I loved that the hotel was remote from Avignon, although it was not what we originally intended. It was beautiful, peaceful, restful. Natalie and staff were wonderful!
We did not intend to be quite so far away from Avignon. There was no other restaurant or services within walking distance.

Pool and outdoor patios were lovely. Breakfast was great. Dinner was nice. We forgot to reserve for lunch but we’re able to order from Uber eats and it came quickly. Staff were very kind and even gave some of us a ride into town once when they happened to be going. They gave good advice on parking in town as well.
Bathroom was a bit cramped.

It’s a typical and attractive “Maison de Provence” on a cozy farm very near from Avignon, with a generous free air parking, excellent breakfast and a nice open air restaurant behind old trees. A wonderful basis for a long stay in Provence. We very much liked the beauty of the place, the comfort of our room, the relaxing ambiance, the excellent breakfast, the relaxing and nice restaurant, the kind staff, the easy parking and the strategic location for enjoying a long stay in the wonderful Provence.
Almost nothing. I would just say that we had a dinner, very pleasant under the trees, among a very relaxing and healthy abundant clientele, but the food wasn’t quite delicious, but a little under expected
