The staff was super nice and the location is amazing
We had to make our own bed which is to be honest expected to be done in a hotel and we could barley breathe in our room. It stank so much after cigarette smoke… we opened the balcony door for our whole stay but it didnt get better.

I liked the location, it was about 4 minutes north from casino de Monte Carlo. I liked that they had kitchen with every tools (plates, works, cups and refrigerator)
I didn't like their rook service policy, I was there for 3 days and nobody came to clean the room, when I asked they said they do room service once a week. Maybe this is the way how some European hotels do it but I am not used to it.

If you need a base to visit Monaco this is the property for you. Clean, rooms of a good standard with some kitchen facilities. Small pool on the rooftop for cooling off or just lounging around. Close by to all amenities and shops- great bakery for coffee and pastries just steps away. Overall a fantastic base for a break and very good value for money.
Taxis are hard to come by from the property. Sometimes easier to walk down the road to get one from the Pizza restaurant on the corner.

The apartment was really nice. The location is quite good and near by you have a supermarket and many options for eating.
The personal have a lot to improve. While we were talking to them, they were in the cellphone without paying attention to us. And this happens every time we approach the reception to ask for something. Not really kind :(

Location is superb as it is very close to the centre of Monaco, Casino etc... The room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable. The bonus of a roof top pool was also great.
The road at the back is very busy most of the week (closed on Sundays for a market), so this was the only downside. Ask for a room with an even number not an odd number!!

The Location
First of all, we were supposed to be 4 adults + 1 baby, but the day before I called and sent an email asking if 1 more adult came, how much would the additional price be since the room is for 4-5 adults. On the call, a guy from the reception answered me saying that it wouldn't be possible since I booked for 4 adults. But in the email they replied that I would only pay the difference of the tourist tax. But since they already told us no on the call, the fifth person already looked for another apartment.
Second, we arrived at the aparthotel at 4:30-5:00 pm and it turned out that the room wasn't ready but that it would be ready in 15 minutes. There was no problem in waiting. But, when the 15 minutes passed and they gave us the keys, we went up to the room and found the floor wet! Well, not wet, the next thing, there was a puddle of water! And with strong smell of vinegar. And in the double room only one light worked. I'll leave you with some photos of the floor.

Underground car park.
Spacious room.
Enormous noise from the street. At 4 am local supermarket started restocking goods and sellers also started assembling their stands for street market. No respect to night quiet hours.
Poor double glazed windows didn’t help to at all to block the noise.

The location was fantastic, the convenience of having self contained studios was really great and there are lots of good food shops nearby for self-catering. Has everything you need e.g all kitchen things, so would definitely stay again
Doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s a bit dated and has an eerie vibe (but for the price it wasn’t really an issue). The beds kept separating in the night so couldn’t sleep in the middle
