Location was great.
Needs updating in the rooms. New and larger towels as they were a bit old and discolored. Kettle in room would be appreciated. Glass cups instead of paper cups in bathroom would be nice. Could not use elevator to and from the first floor.

Excellent location on a bustling square and an amazing bakery a few doors down. The hotel is in walking distance of historical sites and generally walking the streets of this beautiful city.
Although the location is excellent, it is not easy to park a car to unload bags before taking car to parking facility, ( close by but not convenient for loading/ unloading bags. This is in no way a deal breaker though.

Right on the door step of the city, fabulous staff who can recommend local restaurants. Comfortable stay. They had storage for my bike in the rear and it seemed like a stop off for many other cyclists. I didn’t go for the breakfast as I’m a little fussy each day so rather get something on the got but told by another hotel stayed it is a nice breakfast
If you’re looking for luxury then this is not the place. There’s nothing not to like about it for the price.

Excellent location, very helpful staff who were happy to help us store our bags before checking in. Room was spacious. Check out at midday was excellent. Although on one of the main streets the noise was minimal with the balcony door shut and we slept very well.
You get a small balcony which would be lovely if cleaned up and therefore more usable. This would then make the hotel excellent.

The location
The room smelled of a mix of damp and body odour which seemed deep seated into the room. The bathroom was clean but full of 'pink mold'. The decor has been 'modernised' with paint and laminated paper and stick on carpet but overall still feels very dated.

The hotel's location is the best part of this place. The staff is a close second as they were wonderful. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was quite nice with a large shower.
The only hang up was that we could here EVERYTHING from the room next to us. So much so, that I knocked on their door to ask if they could please have their child stop yelling at his video game. I truly think the walls may be without insulation. We could here the couples conversation causing us to talk to each other in a whisper when in the room.

The hotel was beautifully situated with dedicated staff. The exterior was charming and added to the experience of being in a new setting.
Close to food, amenities, touristic sites...
Facilities were dated compared to similar hotels in the UK - I missed having a kettle and tea-making facilities in my room. Also, there was no wash-basin in the toilet. But the location made up for most deficiencies.

Great stay! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The modern decor gave the place a fresh, stylish vibe, and everything was spotless, which made it feel very comfortable.
The place needs a few updates, especially the stained carpets and old, thin towels. It would also be better with a coffee station in the room.

Excellent location right on Bézier’s major boulevard. Great security for storing bicycles as we were on a bike trip. Nice big room with space to spread out. The best thing was the excellent service especially from the hotel receptionist Oceane. She went above and beyond to be friendly and help us out and give local advice. The breakfast was good and varied too.

Some Staff is unprofessional, rude and unkind. Due to my health conditions I make reservation in a hotel with elevator. On booking page its written that the hotel has elevator. Alas in the first floor which my room is not. The boy in the reception desk insist on a very rude way that ı should write in advance for a room with elevator. As ı said it is written on their booking page “upper floors accessable by elevator” he insist that it was my fault not to write in advance. Slam the door and go away. In fact it was easy to upgrade a room with an elevator on other floors. I degrade to a room. It was dirty. Ants are running on the floor. As it is a “non refubdable” room and ı pay 3 nights in advance, İt was not possible to transfer to another hotel. On the other side its very clear that its not on 3 star standards as well.

Great location. Fabulous front desk staff, thanks Oceane!
The 24 hour front desk staff have lots of other duties away from the desk so one often has to wait to be let in. Giving guests a key fob for the front door would be better.

We arrived in pouring rain, on bikes. Soaked. The staff offered nothing at all for warmth. ‘De luxe’ room was tiny. When we went for breakfast, we didn’t know where it was and they just watched us walk around without offering any help.
