A very comfortable, clean hotel. The art collection is lovely and there is a nice foyer. Staff are very very welcoming and attentive. Very close to public transport and the airport tram.

Our accessible room with a terrace was perfect. Accessibility via the ramp was good. We were able to get an accessible car parking space which made a huge difference.
Staff went above & beyond to assist my husband who is wheechair bound. They were very friendly and made a huge fuss of our dog who was made very welcome.

The interior design style was well thought out aesthetically pleasing. Well placed so transport to and from the hotel was very easy. I stayed in the king suite with a terrace so it was very spacious, and the outdoor space was very nice
The QR codes and telephone in my room didn’t work. On the second day, the thermostat was also turned off in my room with no way for me to turn it back on. That left me with a cold room. I went down to ask for some help and received a cold, downright rude response from one of the staff. It was very disheartening

The hotel is bright, clean, and modern with a welcoming, helpful staff. As a female solo traveler I felt safe and well looked after. The room was quiet and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Old town houses is an easy 8 minute walk. It was hassle free to travel to different parts of town. A convenience store is just down the street and there are several restaurants within a few blocks if one didn’t want to go into the old town. There are plenty of common areas for friends, groups, and couples to hang out in.
Although the breakfast was plentiful, I wish there was an option of fresh berries and yoghurt and flakier croissants — maybe I was just spoiled in Paris.

The hotel was clean and very inviting. It had a great atmosphere, fantastic breakfast buffet, and the staff was very friendly.
Our only issue was the location as it was 10 to 15 minute walk to get down into the city center. Although it was a pretty easy walk, the hotel location felt isolated.

This hotel is located in a more business district (Mariadec), but it is very easy to get to all areas of the city using the tram about 2 blocks away. The hotel lobby is spacious with attractive art and many different comfortable seating areas. (Marty is a mash-up of Mariadec and Arty for the theme of the hotel). They serve a fabulous breakfast in the lobby, and we felt it was worth the breakfast upcharge. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and comfortable speaking English. The roomt was very clean and quiet, even though we looked out to the street at the front of the hotel. We felt the rate was very reasonable. We would highly recommend this hotel.
The room was pretty small. It was hard to find places to lay out our suitcases around the perimeter of the bed.

I really liked the interiors and decoration.I liked the fact that we can feel at home.
I didn't like the lack of friendliness from the receptionists. Marcel did the minimum and was avoidant, not welcoming, we could feel that he didn't want to engage, always looking down. It is not really what you expect when you arrive in a hotel. We were disappointed not to be able to order something to eat or to drink because the restaurant/bar was closed on Sunday/Monday. That is unfortunate for a hotel. Lastly the smell when you enter the hotel (vinegar) was not pleasant.
