The owner was great. Upgraded us (not at our request) at no extra charge as he had a larger room available. Very friendly. He even helped carry our bags to our room which was very kind of him. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Hotel was incredibly quiet overnight despite it's central city location. Public parking v convenient. Everything was just great. Perfect location for a short city break.

The hotel is very close to the center and the beds were pretty good. Also a very clean room. That's important.
The Internet was terrible. If you were lucky to have a connection, you'd get an unsafe connection.
And the breakfast was mediocre at best. A little tiny piece of camembert for the entire party and you could break a tooth on the bread. No eggs, tasteless yoghurt, orange juice from a machine. I would only recommend this breakfast to my worst enemy.

The front desk was super nice, they took their time to have a little chat. It was very pleasant, they also upgraded our room. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. The hotel was better than some other 'three' star hotels we had on our trip. We definitely recommend staying here. The location is in the center of Caen.

Pain au raisin's were missing????
Your hot chocolate drinks were extremely good!
We were very surprised to see that Bonne Mamon also do Chocolate spread, because we've never seen it before, but it was lovely!
The bed we had, was the best bed we've ever had anywhere on holiday and it's probably better than ours back home!
We were expecting your hotel to be suitable for disabled people like myself, so as soon as we opened your front door and realised there were step's, we nearly turned round to leave, but we didn't and I persevered.
The pattern on your carpet, made me feel dizzy therefore almost sick.
The bedroom was v small and Phil kept banging his feet on the only storage space you had, which was also small

Right in the center of Caen, so everything in walking distance.
All was very clean. Small rooms but it had everything you needed. You are there to visit Caen and not more than sleeping in the room, so for me and my brother it was perfect. Even though it is right in center of city we did not have any problem sleeping with the window open.
Friendly owner and service minded.
We highly recommend a stay if you are spending a night or 2 in Caen.

The hotel was perfect for 1 night in Caen before we went off to a Wedding. Our room was decorated to a high spec and was very clean. The bed was really comfortable.
Water in the room would have been appreciated as we had to go out at 11pm to find somewhere to buy some.
Also coffee machine was mentioned in the facilities but did not mention that this was only available until 10pm in the reception so when we arrived at 11pm reception was closed and we were unable to have a coffee.

The staff was super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the breakfast was great, especially considering the price. And last but not least the location was excellent.
The sofa bed is not the best. If you use it for a couple nights only, it is ok, but longer than that, don't do it!

The position very close to the center. The quite room. The good breakfast. The kindness of the owner. It is a 2-3 star hotel but its quality to price ratio is rather good.
There is no lift and one has to do 3 stair steps to reach the high floor rooms. The ground platform of the shower in the bathroom (by the way rather small) is sliding. There are no boxes where one can store clothes.

Great place to stay in caen. Perfect location in the centre. Nice clean rooms, small but perfectly fine for city centre location. Bars and restaurants all around close to shops. Close to bus and tram stops. Parking in nearby car park is bit expensive( not under hotels control)but at least it's underground and secure and easily accessible. Coffee and hot drinks and water available at no extra cost from the reception was a bonus. We didn't pay extra for the breakfast on this occasion. Family run hotel, very nice and accomidating owners as we had to adjust our bookings. Would 100% recommend this hotel. If I'm in caen again this is where I'll stay
Parking but it's outside the hotels control being city centre location
