We couldn't enjoy our balcony because was a roof of another building right next to it, the view from the balcony shouldn't be described as city view, is only roof view...we took superior room just for the balcony but is not worthy.

Very strange hotel lobby - felt like an African arrivals hall. Ridiculous bathroom. Can only sit on toilet sideways and almost impossible to fit hands below tap on sink.

The location of the property is very convenient for all the main points of the city. The room is quiet and clean. The breakfast is very good.

It's not up to the 4-star rating or the price paid. The room setup is completely absurd: drawers that don't open because they're blocked by the bed, a sink faucet that doesn't work because it's blocked by the bathroom cabinet. No attention to detail: all the furniture is chipped, burnt-out light bulbs never replaced, non-functioning router in the living room. As for the services: we requested beach towel rentals, but they weren't available on-site. The breakfast room doesn't have enough tables for guests, so they sent us to another room to share a table with other guests. These are certainly details, but given the price, in my opinion, they are not acceptable.

The location was decent and close enough to the water. The pool, steam room and sauna in the spa area were very nice.

The rooms were dated and the air conditioning did not work or at least not very well.

Breakfast was OK. (Though staff were very grumpy.) Central location suited.

Staff were rude. Invoice presented upon checking in was much higher than what I booked on your website. Not to mention a large unexpected deposit on top!! Very misleading. Parking was an extra, not an option at time of booking...although it led to believe it was included. Noise from building works during our stay was appalling. Staff were not apologetic, and in fact told us that during working hours it was acceptable. Our room was not cleaned on the second day and we had to chase house keeping multiple times. I would certainly not rate this hotel as 4*! And would not recommend to others.

Great location and breakfast. Really good options to eat and right on the Rue d’Antibes.

Booked a double room that was 2 single beds pushed together for a couple. It was the most uncomfortable sleep for 3 nights with the gap of the 2 mattresses pushing into my back. Why do you not have a proper double bed? . They provide complimentary bottles of water in your room but these are not replenished for a 3 night stay and yet if you are only staying one night you would get the free water! So if you had the room booked for 3 individual one night stay anll those guests would be given complimentary water so why would you not replenish the water for a 3 night stay guest? Amenity kit was not replaced in the bathroom after being used and the shower gel was empty and had to use shampoo for body washing. The empty shower gel and shampoo were wall mounted high up and so there was no ability to use these to have a bath - very inconvenient. How are you meant to wash in the bath tub if these toilet toiletries are fixed high up to the wall? Pointless! Also, the lighting for applying makeup in the bathroom was dreadful. They only let you use the spa and pool until check out time of your departure day and get every other hotel around the world let you use pool facilities after check out. Seems very strange when you want to spend the day before leaving. My final gripe is the awful and overpowering automatic air freshener dispenser by the elevator. This could have choked you it was so strong and overpowering! Just awful and not good for the environment or people’s breathing! Please stop this.

Very central on the rue d’Antibes. Good breakfasts and lovely staff (especially the ladies that do the breakfast). Has a small pool as well.

Lift takes ages, but there are stairs if you take them slow as they are fairly steep.

Great location. Nice indoor pool.

Perhaps it once was a 4 star hotel but no longer. No comfortable lobby to speak of and an overwhelming smell of chlorine as soon as you walk in the door. Bathroom door doesn’t close, hairdryer barely works, Formica on table unglued and snatches at your clothes, cleaning staff shows up at 4:30…

The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly in the breakfast room.

The outdoor pool wasn't open as rain was expected. The room was so small I kept banging the tv as you walk past (no room to stand beside the bed) . There was little storage space to unpack clothes and you couldn't put suitcase on the floor. The office desk space was just big enough to put your laptop, but not the mouse pad. The central area smelt so strongly of chlorine, we didn't use the spa area. The lift took 15 minutes to arrive and the stairs were dangerous.

Housekeeping was poor. The shower soap dispenser was empty when we got there and still empty at the end of our stay. There were weeds on the patio that my wife pulled up from in the floor and disposed of. the tea and milk etc was only replaced when they were in the mood.

Staff so kind, friendly and accommodating. Anything we needed help with, they obliged. One of the front of house staff, Raina I believe her name was, was particularly nice- I recall interacting with her just made me want to smile and laugh a lot. Incredible air con and lovely scent at reception. Very deep pool, jacuzzi and amenities like hammam steam, sauna etc.open until late. Luggage storage option. Super central- amazing price considering you're on the main shopping street of Cannes. Bed so comfy. Iron available in room really handy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Room was a tiny bit on the small side, but this didn't bother us as we were out most of the day. Staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony on arrival. Much appreciated.

Pool and sauna area were alright. The breakfast was also very good. Staff was nice and polite.

The room was ok, but I would expect a better and larger bed and a better bathroom for this price. The elevator is always crowded, and the staff uses the same elevator, so you have to wait a lot. And you cannot use the stairs instead because the lobby is not connected to the rooms by the stairs.

Pool good and general areas were clean and pleasant.

Room layout was utterly ridiculous, and must have been designed by a lunatic. Had to sit sideways on the toilet as there was no room to sit normally (I’m 5’10” so not exceptionally tall). A TINY double bed, with two ridiculous deliberately built wardrobes either side, necessitating a ‘climb into’ the bed. Cut into them was a hole to put your phone/water etc. All utterly ridiculous and completely unnecessary as the room was big enough for a bigger bed and a normal room layout.

Close to attractions, clean

Safety issue; hair dryer mounted just over sink, cable of hair dryer touches the water in the sink. Sink was flat, no sufficient space to properly wash hands. Toothpaste or liquid soap does flow from the sink properly as it is flat. Wardrope is just next to bed, dangerous for crashing the head.

The staff were all very helpful, and breakfast was fine.

Hotel is at the end of Rue D'Antibes about 15/20 mins from the Palais, and overlooking the motorway at the back. There is a nasty smell in reception, and the whole place needs a major refurb - behind every facade there was dust and grime. The elevator is old and the rooms are small and very basic, low quality bathrooms etc. Even the coat hangers don't work! The 'pool' on the top floor requires extra payment and I could touch both sides when fully stretched so is more of a tub than a pool, plus in need of upgrade.
